Very worth the money. Staffs also very kind & friendly. Unit was superb clean and complete everything 💯

Stay was good with the room being really clean and spacious. However, there was an electricity supply cut on the first night of stay and a water supply cut on the second night of stay. No apologies were made by management nor any attempt to fix it immediately. However, without these, it will be a decently good stay.

All are superb.... As usual,i love the pool! So pretty! And below the residence, have few restaurants and shop open 24 hours..👍👍👍

Everything ok, just the counter of Mana Mana navigation is not so clear, and the bed is dented, it is not comfortable to sleep, hope the management can replace it. Bila Mart is so convenient when u need to buy some stuff.

For our 4 days 3 night stay, this serviced residence came with almost everything u need, eg: great view, washing machine, dryer, hair blower, microwave, big fridge, etc but they only provided us with 1 car park & 1 access card (with RM100 as refundable deposit) n no flat rate for guest's parking if more than 1 car. The room was relatively clean n new but the shower's water pressure wasn't great. Room service only every 2-3 days. Overall a pleasant stay but they can certainly do better.

Pretty clean, to check in after 11pm look for the security staff at Mana Mana's counter.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Firdaus for arranging an early check-in at 12 noon, which was crucial for our MST call with the global team. Upon checking in, I noticed that the living hall and all room floors were still wet. Despite this, I truly appreciate his prompt efforts in accommodating our needs.

Overall stay is fine as convenient to get grocery from bila bila mart. But our experience with room is average due to:- - room floor is dusty - no "glass / cup" provided eventhough there is kettle and instant drink packet provided - no hair dryer provided - air cond set at 16 degree and yet is not cold at all - difficult to access door lift at car park as access card not working well - no explanation by front desk on dual door access and get confuse when locating room unit - no phone number provided to call when facing difficulty in accessing door or locating the room
