Suggest bathroom shower upgrade those has multi selection. TV Channel too old and keeps flickering and pause on every channels. Bathroom only provide bath towels, no face and hand towels provide. Make sure to check your bath towels before use.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Located just a few steps to gajah mada plaza. But it was not interconnected.you need to walk within doorback mall. Quite scary. You need to try room massage when you are here. Recommend 🫶🏻

Very convenient location. Less than 5 minutes drive to PIM mall. The staffs are very friendly and ready to assist you. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast place was very crowded tho. I couldn’t find place to sit for breakfast.

L'unica parola che posso usare è ”Superb” - abbiamo avuto una cattiva esperienza a Grand Tropic, quindi ci sono stati 15 minuti - poi sono venuti qui - sì un po' costoso ma vale ogni penny/cento -Lady on reception - scusatemi non ricordate il suo nome era fantastico -appartamento - Sono stato solo un grande - era sei o sette di noi - a parte me tutti indonesiano - mi preoccupavo di nessun maiale, ecc. come tutti musulmani - nessun problema al colazione il ristorante manager è solo un grande uomo - sì, abbiamo aspettato un po' come era occupato, ma il primo giorno 6 poi il secondo giorno 7 - ma si è davvero spostato dal suo modo per renderci felici - ho vissuto in Asia 18 anni, non mangiavo molto riso - ma chiese di 'nasi Goreng' per i miei amici - e finito di mangiare me stesso era un bel gusto -kudos al capo - ma il ristorante manager e la squadra era solo meravigliosa - il ristorante - sapeva come trattare con gli stranieri e gli indonesi in modo senza saldatura - non menzionare il suo nome - scopri!

La posizione è ottima, ma ovviamente Giakarta è rumorosa anche di notte. Hotel molto pulito, letto comodo, grande TV. Purtroppo la cassaforte e il bollitore erano rotti. La colazione non era una grande scelta o qualità. Personale cordiale. Ma va bene per 1 notte.
