Hotel con spa a Giacarta

Il servizio era molto buono e la camera era molto pulita. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Il parco acquatico è uno dei preferiti dai bambini e la piscina è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di scelte per la colazione. Durante il Capodanno cinese ho anche fatto dei piccoli regali ai bambini dopo il check-out. Non c'è niente di interessante a Giakarta, quindi anche soggiornare in un hotel è una buona opzione. Verrà di nuovo la prossima volta!

On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

My first time booking at this hotel and I stayed for 4 nights. It feels like a 5 stars hotel but it's actually a classic 5 stars hotel. If you follow my reviews you'd know that I rate, review and critic honestly and professionally. - Reception: very friendly, helpful, polite and customer service is a 5 stars hotel customer service. - Lobby and vibe: a Western modern fusion. It's certainly unique and feels relaxing and welcoming especially for first timers. - Rooms: the room I got was nice, very clean, quite. The only downside is the shower because it's half glass covered shower and the water will be all over the shower room when you have shower. All rooms are moderately specious (30 - 45 sqm). Rooms are clean, beds are also clean with fresh smelling pillows and they are well prepared and feel right at home. - Restaurants & Cafes: the breakfast includes standard Continental, Western, Local and South Asia. The foods are always fresh, and the breakfast staff are highly trained (5 stars). Coffee in the evening at the lobby/restaurant is worth it and the relaxing vibe is excellent to do some work on your laptop or just chill out. - Gym & Pool: the gym is excellent, they have a smith machine, cable machine, dumbbells, free weights bar, and several cardio machines. Typically everything you need for a workout. The pool is good and moderately good size with many seats around it to swim or just lay down and relax. - Location: you're close to everywhere, and everything including tourist places are within 5 - 15 min drive from the hotel. - The Hotel in General: I've visited and reviewed close to 500 hotels throughout the years and I can say that for this hotel is one of my favourite entry level 5 stars hotels in Jakarta, and what makes it unique and welcoming is the staff. - Summary: you'll definitely get your money's worth at this hotel. You're in a good location, clean and friendly hotel, clean and good foods, excellent customer service and I'd personally stay at this hotel again in the future.

Location, service, room, amenities and facilities are good. Some of the furniture may be old.

An old-school upscale business hotel. Very good service with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with adequate amenities. With international electric sockets that was very convenient for international tourists. A Family Mart and a KFC are just round the corner, Without 10 minutes walk to find many eateries. Not around with shopping centres. The swimming pool and full-gear gym were excellent! I'd in particular mention Tria of the lobby lounge. I went to the lounge also every evening throughout my stay, Tria was very friendly and consistently provided excellent service.

Il personale è gentile e la posizione è sorprendente!! Dritto dalla piazza e passeggiando a grande indo che è di gran lunga il miglior centro commerciale visitato in Indonesia come primo tempore. La stanza è ovviamente il migliore così pulito e spazioso. Ma il migliore era l'hotel nasi goreng!!!

Globale Buona disposizione e pulita.Tranne il servizio del ristorante è stato molto lento.Ci vuole molto tempo per ottenere cibo servito dopo l'ordine.Durante il colazione si nota che il personale non fa uno sforzo per riempire .

Soggiorno di 2 giorni qui Il primo giorno il reparto pulizie, quando abbiamo chiesto piatti e cucchiai aggiuntivi, non ha fornito feedback sulla disponibilità o non ha nemmeno dovuto richiamare e ci è stato dato solo il secondo giorno Per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani richiesti alle 15:00 e forniti solo alle 18:00 Suggerimento: si prega di fornire un feedback se gli ospiti chiedono qualcosa in modo che non debbano aspettare a lungo

La stanza è pulita e pulita, ma non è sicuro perché c'è un grande pilastro all'interno della stanza e l'ho colpito qualche volta. Il bagno è piuttosto buio anche con le luci. Nella zona della doccia, nessuna rack per mettere i vostri bagni. Nessuna tazza per mettere la zuppa, ho usato la tazza dall'esterno. Il secco dei capelli non ha una copertura protettiva, mi spaventavo che i capelli mi sarebbero bloccati, così ho dovuto tenere il secco un po' lontano dai capelli.La colazione è così, il porridge è troppo timido, ho aggiunto l'acqua. Ho dovuto chiamare due volte per chiedere il mio lavanderia.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
