I migliori hotel con spa a Giacarta

Vado al servizio di custodia alle 13:00 e spero di poter fare il check-in anticipato (dato che ho un bambino e un bambino piccolo) E finalmente possiamo fare il check-in nella nostra stanza alle 15:00 Richiedo una culla dal check-in alle 13:00 E la culla viene in camera nostra alle 17:00 E la lampada a sospensione nella stanza 1219 è spenta, quindi abbiamo poca luce ma non voglio chiamare l'addetto alla reception perché sono molto stanco La cosa buona è solo la posizione vicino al centro commerciale

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Bel posto, davanti al mercato PIK.  Non è caduto come in Indonesia.Tutto il popolo che abbiamo incontrato era cinese continentale.

Marvellous place to stay Convenient location to reach other places! Connected to the nearby mall with easy access to the supermarket and other requirements. Breakfast buffet - tasty too Excellent service

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

Molto buona posizione vicino a Cawang LRT,  può cambiare treno alla linea aeroportuale se il traffico è giapponese. La stanza era cosi' cool e cool. Ha ancora il modello Ibis ma con vibes dell'hotel SC. La camera da bagno era anche pulita e lobby ampi e bello 👍 Buona affare

I booked the corner room for my stay, it has a killer view and the room design helped me to fully enjoy the view from different angles and I could watch the sunset. For the current price, the facilities have room for improvements, for instance the TV is still quite old and has limited channels, it would be perfect to give smart TV or maybe add more channels. It would also be great to install a rain shower for every room in addition to the existing shower now.

Rimasi qui molte volte. Ottenere sempre una stanza pulita e pulita, e il miglior servizio da parte del loro amichevole dipendente ...

The biggest problem is waiting for elevators . On the day of checkin, I have to wait for 20+minute to reach my room 3309. I have many visitors Wisit’s me during my stay and all were complaining about the elevators problem. Out of three elevators, only two are functioning. Sometimes I had to use service lift to come down. Do improve this service and visitor will be happy
