Hotel 5 stelle a Giacarta

It is one of the latest hotels in Jakarta; therefore, the rooms were up to date. (do not mixed up with Sari Pan Pacific). I reserved the rooms which include Bfast, so that every morning we went up to the 90th floor (the highest breakfast place in Jakarta I guessed) and ordered our special breakfast (prefer the one that was made to order). The hotel was attached to the malls, which later on I found out that there were quite many good foods inside the malls that open during breakfast hour. I was there during lebaran holiday, so that obviously my family schedule on that time was only dine and shop. The location was so close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, which nothing to worry for dining and shopping. The swimming pool was very beautiful at night and The gym was truly gorgeous with a breathtaking view from above. Overall, I like Pan Pacific Hotels because of its strategic location and brand-new hotel with bonus of stunning views as currently being the highest hotel in Jakarta.

La stanza era pulita. Wifi era stabile e abbastanza veloce. Il colazione è stato prenotato in modo inclusivo e è un free-flow ala-carte colazione ordinata dal menu. L'iscrizione era molto semplice e il personale era amichevole, utile e, soprattutto, parlava buon inglese. La posizione era eccellente in mezzo alla CBD vicino a un grande centro commerciale Pacific Place. In generale, un ottimo soggiorno. Sicuramente tornerà quando vi sarà. Molto raccomandato.

Il servizio era molto buono e la camera era molto pulita. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Il parco acquatico è uno dei preferiti dai bambini e la piscina è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di scelte per la colazione. Durante il Capodanno cinese ho anche fatto dei piccoli regali ai bambini dopo il check-out. Non c'è niente di interessante a Giakarta, quindi anche soggiornare in un hotel è una buona opzione. Verrà di nuovo la prossima volta!

Nuovo esperimento a Jakarta e un altro appartamento tipo camera. Abbondante spazio ma un po 'datato e grosso sui bordi. La posizione è abbastanza chiara e molte opzioni f&b intorno o in breve viaggio. Buona pulizia e nessun rumore stradale, ma un po' sottili muri per urlare il bambino tantrum vicino alla porta. La colazione era buona e piacevole e utile personale. Questo era un passo da Manhattan verso la strada, ma ancora non il più grande valore per i soldi. La manterrà sulla lista per la prossima volta, ma potrebbe anche provare un'altra opzione.

Avevo un soggiorno molto piacevole a Ascott Jakarta, la stanza era eccezionalmente spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, offrendo un ambiente rilassante dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. La posizione era conveniente, e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Uno dei punti per migliorare la scelta del colazione, poiché una più ampia gamma di opzioni migliorerebbe l'esperienza complessiva, tuttavia, la qualità del soggiorno, la grande dimensione della camera e il comfort forniscono più di quanto non sia stato fatto. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno e sarei felice di tornare alla mia prossima visita a Jakarta.

On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

Location, service, room, amenities and facilities are good. Some of the furniture may be old.

La stanza è confortevole e pulita nonostante i mobili antichi. La posizione è grande con diverse attrazioni e opzioni alimentari. Offre buona cena per il buffet del colazione.

Il personale è gentile e la posizione è sorprendente!! Dritto dalla piazza e passeggiando a grande indo che è di gran lunga il miglior centro commerciale visitato in Indonesia come primo tempore. La stanza è ovviamente il migliore così pulito e spazioso. Ma il migliore era l'hotel nasi goreng!!!

Questo è un posto molto buono per rimanere se si desidera andare a PIK Chinatown e Batavia. Circolato dall'appuntamento si può avere bevande, massaggio e supermercato. La cibo è facilmente situato. La piscina all'aperto è fantastica, la vista dal balcone è eccellente! Le camere sono buone con voi hanno tutto. Wifi è anche veloce. Molto consiglio di soggiornare!
