Hotel 3 stelle a Giacarta

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Ho avuto una bella esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse la zona. L'iscrizione era rapida e regolare, e mi facevano sentire a mio agio immediatamente. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e ben progettata, il letto era molto comodo, il condizionamento d’aria funzionava perfettamente, e la camera aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Apprezzo in particolare l'attenzione prestata ai dettagli, tra cui le tolette fresche, le comodità complimentari e l'atmosfera complessivamente accogliente. Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche eccellenti. Il lobby era elegante, le aree comuni erano sempre pulite, l'ambiente si sentiva tranquillo e sicuro. La connessione Wi-Fi era stabile e veloce, che era molto conveniente durante il mio soggiorno. Ho anche goduto il colazione, ci sono molte opzioni deliziose e tutto è stato fresco. Una delle migliori cose su questo hotel è la posizione. Esso è vicino a ristoranti, negozi e molte attrazioni popolari, rendendo molto facile per raggiungere. Nonostante essere in una zona confortevole, l'hotel stesso era tranquillo e rilassante alla notte. La cosa che mi ha colpito più è stata la gentilezza e l’aiuto del personale. Quando avevo una domanda o un aiuto, essi risposero rapidamente con genuina amicizia e cura. La loro ospitezia rendeva l’esperienza ancora più speciale. In generale, questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Offre un servizio eccellente, camere pulite e confortevoli, una posizione confortevole e un'atmosfera calda. Vorrei rimanere qui felicemente in futuro e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno piacevole e memorabile.

Andato qui per soggiorno. La camera doppia era pulita ma un po' distante. Bagno, pressione dell'acqua buona. L'hotel stesso è molto affascinante con palestra, piscina, bar al tetto, caffè e parcheggio. Il personale dell'hotel è professionale e gentile. L'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale CP per i vostri negozi e diversi caffè, ristoranti e indomaret/alfamart per 24 ore di opzioni di negozio di comodità. 9/10

I really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.  The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.  The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.  Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.  It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.  Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback  based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

Siamo stati qui per 2 notti, è stato davvero confortevole... l'hotel è buono, pulito, le strutture sono ok, anche il personale è molto cordiale... anche la posizione è ottima, il cibo è davvero delizioso, soprattutto nuotare con un vista diretta sugli edifici di Giakarta... quindi l'esperienza più recente... consigliata per viaggi da soli o in famiglia... la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui...

Distanza da camminare all'interno della stazione Thamrin (meno di 5 minuti), dove anche camminare (20 minuti a piedi) a Plaza Indonesia e Grand Indonesia. L'hotel di colazione era anche molto buono, di solito nasi goreng per l'hotel non è così buono, ma per tre giorni consecutivi che ho soggiornato, il cibo è molto buono esp il nasi goreng! Alcune volte è spezia che è preferibile al mio stesso piacere! Se volessi andare a Jakarta, rimarrei qui.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

La stanza era pulita, confortevole e spaziosa, e il personale era amichevole e utile durante la mia visita. La posizione è molto conveniente per l'aeroporto, ma l'atmosfera si sente tranquilla e rilassante. In generale, era un grande soggiorno e sarei felice di tornare.

Simple 3 star hotel with good service. The location is convenient, close to Thamrin City ,Sarinah and Tanah Abang, making it easy to get around. Grab rides are also very easy to find. The room was clean ,worth the price and comfortable overall a pleasant stay.
