Hotel 3 stelle a Giacarta

Andato qui per soggiorno. La camera doppia era pulita ma un po' distante. Bagno, pressione dell'acqua buona. L'hotel stesso è molto affascinante con palestra, piscina, bar al tetto, caffè e parcheggio. Il personale dell'hotel è professionale e gentile. L'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale CP per i vostri negozi e diversi caffè, ristoranti e indomaret/alfamart per 24 ore di opzioni di negozio di comodità. 9/10

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Best price hotel very very recommended to stay here with the loves one

I really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.  The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.  The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.  Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.  It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.  Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback  based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

L'hotel è vicino a tutto, ci sono molti posti dove mangiare nei dintorni dell'hotel, tutti gli accessi sono a pochi passi di distanza, anche il personale è cordiale, tornerò e ci tornerò

Recentemente soggiornato presso Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim e onestamente, è un soggiorno molto solido se si desidera comodità e una vivace esperienza di Jakarta. La posizione è certamente il più grande vincitore. È vicino a Sarinah e si può facilmente camminare a centri come Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia e Thamrin City. Super conveniente per cibo, shopping e solo esplorare la città. Come fumatore, mi sono molto lieta che abbiano ancora camere/suoifici per fumare. Questo è davvero diventare più difficile da trovare oggi. Il buffet per la colazione era solo buono, non una grande diffusione, ma il cibo era buono e soddisfacente prima di andare fuori per il giorno. La grande voce si è rivolta anche al concierge, al servizio frontale e al personale del ristorante, tutti alloggiati e aiutati durante il soggiorno. Ma la memoria migliore? È uno dei pub più anziani di Jakarta, che è andato la notte e ha avuto un'esplosione assoluta guardando le performance live degli antichi e delle canzoni degli anni '90. L'atmosfera era sorprendente e, onestamente, divenne una delle parti più memorabili del viaggio. Si raccomanda definitivamente.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

Great place for business traveler and in the center easy to reachable places restaurant rooms are quite comfortable with all the stuff

Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and a premium location. Overall, it’s good value for money. However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected. The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient. Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia.
