Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention Jakarta

L'unica funzione è on-off.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided, as the staff is exceptionally professional and accommodating. Furthermore, I appreciate the variety offered in the daily breakfast selections.

I had an excellent stay at Sunlake Hotel Jakarta. The beautiful waterfront location was peaceful and relaxing, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food. Everything made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly loved the experience and would definitely recommend Sunlake Hotel to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location but shopping mall and massage shop far away. Good breakfast and wide swimming pool. Shuttle service also good.

Check-in was quick and efficient, just like last time (we stayed here for 8th times in past 3 months) —but my 9th stay left a sour taste. The hotel charged me for a bottle of mineral water clearly marked "with compliments." That's not the issue; the issue is how they handled it—after I'd already checked out. They texted me demanding payment. I replied explaining the complimentary label, but they completely ignored my message and just sent back: "This is our bank account." No apology, no acknowledgment. A simple mischarge happens. Dismissing a guest's valid explanation and following up with nothing but a bank account number via WA is unprofessional. Moreover, we asked for the invoice so we can settle the bills yet need to chase them twice, weird😬. In any case, it's time to look for alternative accommodation for any future visit to the area.
