Il bagno era un po' sporco perché l'acqua scorreva dal piccolo doccia. Doveva essere fissata presto. Un altro punto, quello positivo, è che ora c'è un sedile di massaggio nel pantello. E 'molto utile per molti viaggiatori o turisti. La grande cosa qui è l'accesso. Dritto davanti all'hotel, ci sono molti musei e cibo ovunque. I stayed at Hotel Alia Cikini and honestly I really enjoyed the experience. It is a comfortable and pleasant place, especially if you are looking for something simple, clean, and well located in Jakarta. One important thing to note is that this is a sharia or Islamic hotel, so they apply certain rules in line with that concept. For unmarried couples, you will not be allowed to stay together in one room, and same sex couples are also not permitted. So it is something to be aware of before booking, depending on your situation. That said, aside from the policy, the hotel itself has a lot of positives. The building is a bit old but it is very well maintained. Cleanliness is definitely one of their strong points. The rooms, bathroom, and common areas are all kept tidy and comfortable. The location is another big advantage. It is in Cikini, which is a very strategic area. You will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and other facilities nearby, all within walking distance. It makes it very convenient whether you are staying for business or a short leisure trip. Overall, if you are okay with the hotel concept and rules, this is a solid choice. It is affordable, clean, and in a great location. I would definitely consider staying here again for a short trip.

This hotel is a classic case of ”you get what you pay for” – and in Central Jakarta, the price is actually reasonable for the area. The building is old, no doubt about it, but I could tell they make an effort to keep the rooms clean, which I appreciated. The location is the real star here. You're right in the heart of Jakarta – walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores like Family Mart and Indomart for late-night snacks. Shopping malls are also nearby, so everything you need is within reach. Plus, they have an elevator, which is always a bonus in older buildings. Now for the downsides – and honestly, they're significant. The bed is really old. I could feel every single spring poking through, and I barely slept at all the first night. I actually ended up cutting my stay short and moving to another hotel just because of this. The linens and towels also looked very faded and didn't feel fresh – they gave off that ”used too many times” vibe. The hot water wasn't very hot either, more like lukewarm. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly throughout, which made the experience a little better. They also provide breakfast, and if you're not into that, there are plenty of options outside to eat. A practical tip: the airport is about 30–32 km away, and Jakarta traffic is no joke. If you have a flight, start early – don't underestimate the travel time! So who is this place for? If you're on a tight budget and only need a bed for a night or two, it's okay – especially given the unbeatable location. But if you value good sleep (and honestly, who doesn't?), I'd recommend spending a bit more somewhere nicer. A good bed makes all the difference, and this one just didn't deliver. I couldn't imagine staying a week here with that mattress. All in all, I'd say: great location, friendly staff, but major comfort issues. Fine for a short stay, but not for anyone who actually wants to sleep well.

Grande posto pulito. Nessun ospite è consentito perché è un luogo tradizionale. Devo sposarsi. Niente di male con l'hotel, ma la posizione è una strada molto occupata. Un posto conveniente e buono.

Il centro di Jakarta, una camera pulita e una vista finestra completa. Non è il Hilton, ma per un breve soggiorno è molto decente. Il personale della reception è anche molto amichevole

I was very disappointed with my experience at Saffron Suites Syariah “SUPER DUPER DISSAPOINTED” I booked the room for two people, but after arriving, I was informed of several restrictions that were not clearly communicated to me when I made the booking. My partner was not allowed to visit me without being questioned about our relationship, and I was also informed that unmarried couples are subject to restrictions. I was additionally asked to sign hotel regulations only upon arrival, including a restriction on bringing alcohol into the room. These conditions were not clearly brought to my attention before I paid for the booking. I fully respect that a Syariah hotel may have its own rules. However, such important restrictions should be clearly disclosed before guests make and pay for a reservation, not presented only after arrival. THIS IS SO UNETHICAL due to not to disclose this kind of information in the public I strongly recommend that future guests confirm all hotel policies directly with the property before booking, particularly regarding partners, visitors, marriage requirements and alcohol (I have been even asked to presented the official marriage certificate) this is truly INSANE For me, this was an unexpected and very uncomfortable experience, and I believe these policies should be made much clearer to customers before they book. And specially for Trip.com and the team to do further investigation on this.

La camera è discreta. L'atmosfera è tranquilla, ideale per riposare. Mi hanno assegnato una camera al terzo piano, sì, era un po' piccola, ma visto il prezzo molto conveniente, va bene così. La receptionist è stata gentile e disponibile a prestarmi un caricabatterie perché quello del mio telefono non era compatibile con la presa indonesiana. C'è una lavanderia a gettoni accanto all'ostello. Tanti snack a disposizione. Sono abbastanza soddisfatto!

Andare alla Plaza è molto vicino, e ci sono molti cibi vicino

Le camere sono state confortevoli in media, le ceneri di sigaretta trovate nel bagno n mancanza di pulizia della camera . Il rumore del treno passava, le preghiere dei veicoli e delle preghiere erano disturbanti. Ci sono stati molti fumatori nel parcheggio del lobby. Nessun Wi-Fi nelle camere L'acqua puzza male.
