Cleanliness is satisfactory, but there's room for improvement in the quality control of the linen to ensure a spotless condition before being handed over to guests.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel being full on the first day, they accommodated my room preference on the second day. However, there seems to be a new security team who are adequate, but we miss the friendliness and helpfulness of the previous team.
The food is decent, and the kids enjoyed the in-house Horisteak, although it's a bit pricey. Nearby the lobby, there's an ”Ankringan” with more affordable options, which we found classy and convenient.
The ambiance is pleasant, especially with the refreshing scent of lemongrass in the lobby. The welcome drink and snack are satisfactory.
Parking was a bit congested due to the public holiday during Hari Raya, but the security team was helpful in assisting us.
Regarding amenities, we have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the towels need to be replaced consistently. We received new, thick towels on the first day, but subsequent days provided us with the same old towels similar to the ones we reported two months ago (they informed us it's under management preparation for replacement). Secondly, it would be great if bath foam with a Saga scent and shampoo with a peppermint scent were provided, as they would complement the lemongrass ambiance of the hotel and provide a more luxurious feeling. The current shampoo and bath foam are not matching the ambiance of the hotel.

Had an Indonesian family gathering here -in the end I arrived one day early as my apartment in Jakarta electric issues -so stayed three nights with 3 more rooms Friday then 4 rooms Saturday including a 4 bedroom apartment. Its really nice we were on 36 floor mainly -Ricki and other receptionists just great -main point ALL my Indonesian friends loved it -all kitchen stuff worked well as I cooked was a quiet birthday party for 20 pax -overall very satisfied -we will be back.

On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations.
After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options.
The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options.
The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation.
In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

Prenotato l'hotel per partecipare al concerto allo stadio opposto a loro hotel. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. La sicurezza scansionò i sacchetti prima di entrare nell'hotel. I had a truly perfect stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience. I can’t wait to return!

The location is the best in the North Jakarta. The big shopping malls next to hotel can provide everything you need. But the traffic is also horrible as weekends and peak hours.
The room is big and good, but the toilet seems have problem. The disgusting smell keep going out as the exhaustion of the first toilet is very weak. I need keep closing the door and not using it.
When I checked in, I’ve told my room is not yet ready, they offered me a free welcome drink at the coffee shop, that’s nice. But after one hour, no one ever come to inform me my room is ready or not. I got my room when I complaining which they should proactively inform the client.

AAABalceThe day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

SShamsiah SaadonAbbiamo avuto il soggiorno più meraviglioso in questo hotel. Quello che amo è la sicurezza. È molto stretta, rende la mia famiglia e mi sento sicura e sicura.
La stanza era spaziosa e pulita anche se abbiamo aggiunto un letto extra. Gli apparecchi di tipo G (Malaysia/UK) sono anche disponibili se non avete portato l'adattatore universale.
Il cibo era grande, tutto era bello.Amo la varietà di cibi forniti.

UUtente ospiteWe did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.
Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

Only the toilet posible can be bright if possible because feel little Dim.
We Wish in future can stay in to this apartment again Thanks.
Have a washing area fr us to wash and only have to purchase the soap by own or can ask housekeeping to give to us.

UUtente ospiteMentre il nostro soggiorno complessivo a Oakwood Jakarta è stato piacevole, la mancanza di un caldo benvenuto è stata deludente. Il receptionista che lavorava tra 8-9 PM il 17 ottobre 2024 non era amichevole o sorridente, che ci ha lasciato con una povera prima impressione. Non ha fornito alcuna informazione sulle strutture dell'hotel – non ci è stato detto come accedere alla piscina, ai ristoranti o ad altre strutture.
E' stato particolarmente sorprendente dopo 10 giorni a Bali, dove tutti si sono allontanati dal loro modo di sorridere, di offrire aiuto con i bagagli, e di assicurarsi che ci fosse comodo. A Oakwood nessuno ha mai chiesto se avessimo bisogno di aiuto con i bagagli.
Nonostante il servizio deludente, l'hotel stesso è stato grande. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. La posizione è anche un enorme plus – solo un passo 10-minute a PIK Avenue e circa 23 minuti dall'aeroporto, rendendolo super comodo.
Se il servizio al di fuori del desk fosse migliorato, questo hotel potrebbe facilmente essere una scelta di alto livello. Per ora, lo consiglio ancora per il suo comfort, posizione e strutture complessive – solo essere preparati per un benvenuto meno caldo.

JjamesPotrebbe sicuramente essere più pulito e potrebbe trarre beneficio da qualche piccola riparazione qua e là. Si sentono rumori dalla stanza vicina e dall'apertura dell'ascensore. Tenda oscurante ma la luce del corridoio può entrare dalle fessure delle porte. A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina. Ma per il prezzo questo hotel è una delle migliori opzioni nel centro città.

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze.
Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

AAllisonGreat stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and helped me to get my Grab.
Room is big and clean, comes with smart TV which is a bonus.
Unfortunately not so soundproof so I was woken up by vacuuming sounds around 8am in the morning, but overall not a big deal.
