"Ho avuto un'esperienza eccellente all'Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Tutto il personale è disponibile ad assisterci e a garantire la migliore esperienza possibile durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e ad Harbin. Non siamo mai rimasti senza articoli da toeletta in camera, che vengono riforniti ogni volta che è possibile. Ho festeggiato il compleanno del mio compagno durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale ci ha persino preparato una sorpresa! Questo hotel è situato in una posizione comoda. La maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e la stazione della metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel. È un hotel con vista sul fiume Songhua. Dispone di sale riunioni, negozi di souvenir e una palestra. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia della moquette. Presenta macchie visibili, il che è comprensibile visto che è difficile da pulire. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel! Grazie a tutto il personale."

"La posizione è piuttosto comoda e il personale è molto preparato. Dal ragazzo che prende i bagagli all'ingresso alla reception, dalla governante al personale del ristorante, tutti sono molto cordiali e accoglienti. Anche la camera è sontuosa e ha un'atmosfera esotica. Apprezzo il fatto che ci siano luci con sensore di movimento dal comodino al lavandino e al pavimento, così non devo accendere la luce quando vado in bagno di notte. Anche se è alta stagione, vale comunque il prezzo. Harbin è troppo fredda e il tempo per le attività all'aperto è limitato ogni giorno, quindi scegliere un hotel confortevole è fondamentale. Spero che migliori sempre di più e gli auguro un'attività prospera. Soggiornerò di nuovo qui se ne avrò l'opportunità."

"Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food."

"Si tratta di un nuovo hotel economico aperto dal Gruppo Jinjiang, Li Yi. 1. L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Street ed è in una posizione eccellente a pochi passi. 2. Le strutture recentemente aperte nell'hotel sono nuovissime, igieniche e pulite. La toilette e il materasso intelligenti sono confortevoli. 3. La colazione è ricca, igienica e buona, non lussuosa ma sufficiente per essere gustata. 4. Sono presenti servizi soft e il personale è gentile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti. 5. Prestazioni ad alto costo consulenza personale; 1. Quando ci sono molte persone a colazione, è affollato e gli ospiti non riescono a trovare un posto. Non c'è abbastanza personale di servizio e dovrebbero essere integrati. Non c'è nessuno alla porta per controllare la tessera della camera scappatoia. C'è stata una situazione in cui non c'erano abbastanza stoviglie, spero che possa essere migliorata. 2. Si sente un po' di rumore fuori dalle finestre di alcune camere durante la decorazione ed è silenzioso di notte. C'è molta sporcizia sulle finestre dello schermo che soffiano nella stanza. Si consiglia di pulirle frequentemente. 3. È meglio aggiungere un piccolo frigorifero all'interno in modo da poter conservare alcuni alimenti acquistati dagli ospiti. YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

UUtente ospiteHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è pulita e confortevole. Ci sono un te' pomeriggio complimentare come il nostro volo è in pomeriggio. Possiamo riposare e ricarrare prima del nostro lungo viaggio. Il personale qui è così dolce e amichevole. Ci dà due caldaie come il tempo è freddo.

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
