Il servizio di butler (管家小) era eccellente.Dal momento dell'arrivo, durante il soggiorno e anche durante le uscite, il personale ha fornito un'assistenza completa 24-hour. Succedevano ogni dettaglio e si assicuravano che tutto corresse bene, creando un'esperienza veramente benvenuta e simile a casa. La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata assolutamente meravigliosa! Quando due ragazze straniere viaggiavano da soli, all'inizio ero un po' nervosa che le cose potessero essere difficili o inconfortabili, ma tutto superava le nostre aspettative.
Alla fine di marzo abbiamo visitato per un fine settimana, principalmente per vedere il lago e esplorare la zona circostante. Dal momento che siamo arrivati in treno, il personale dell'hotel è andato oltre e sopra alla stazione dopo averci coordinato con loro con la WeChat, e la loro gentilezza e utilità ci hanno reso completamente confortevoli fin dall'inizio.
Hanno sempre prestato attenzione alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno persino aiutato a prenotare biglietti per il parco naturale vicino, che è stato incredibilmente utile perché non conoscevo il sistema. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera della regina, che era molto spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata, aveva tutte le attrezzature di cui avevamo bisogno, e il riscaldamento funzionava perfettamente, importante, perché era ancora un po’ freddo durante il nostro soggiorno.
L'hotel non poteva essere migliore. È solo a pochi passi dalla strada principale, dove troverete molti ristoranti e negozi. È anche abbastanza vicino all'ingresso del parco naturale e del parco rinoceronte. Il primo giorno, siamo andati al parco di rinoceronti in circa 30 minuti, e la camminata stessa era bella, passando attraverso un lago con la fauna selvatica.
Il secondo giorno usciamo presto per visitare il parco naturale, e il personale dell'hotel ha organizzato un taxi per noi, perché era così presto la mattina.
Non posso davvero raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza,è stata un'esperienza senza guai dall'inizio alla fine. Siamo incredibilmente grati al personale per il trattamento con questo calore e cura. Tornerei assolutamente in futuro!

As a total clean freak, I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless! The service and facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. 长白山 was the first stop of our trip, and it has definitely set the bar high for the rest of our journey!

Dal giorno in cui ho prenotato questo hotel, ho chiesto al personale front desk molte domande sulle mie esperienze a Changbaishan, perché sono nuovo in questo posto e non ho alcuna pista. Sono stati molto gentili e pazienti con me, mi hanno anche mostrato come comprare i biglietti di Tianchi picco su Wechat. L'hotel è super nuovo, con tutte le strutture e anche un te' con un angolo tatami e una finestra di baia di vetro per il vostro piacere. Grande sistema con schermo e musica benvenuti ogni volta che entrate nella stanza.La vasca da bagno era riscaldata e automaticamente fluttuante.Il colazione era buona e diversa. Ci è piaciuto molto.
La posizione è buona, si può raggiungere il parco Edelweiss Reindeer in pochi minuti a piedi e raggiungere il centro turistico del Nord Slope Changbaishan National Park (dove prendere un autobus per Changbaishan e Tianchi picco) in 15 minuti a piedi.
La mia apprezzamento per la guida femminile dell'hotel che ci ha portati alla stazione ferroviaria e ci ha mandato fuori, ci ha anche portati a qualche buon posto per cena, e ci ha aiutati. Le persone dell'hotel Yunju erano tutte belle e utili. Grande impressione!

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

10 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria Chang Bai Shan.
Problemi che ho affrontato : c'è un enorme mancato taxi nella città durante la stagione turistica di picco, un giorno ho dovuto camminare 3.3 chilometri in - 15 gradi temperatura per raggiungere il centro, DIDI e T3 servizio funziona qui, ma l'attesa del taxi è di solito 40 min 1 ora.
Come straniero, la posizione dell'hotel era poco strano per me e molti preziosi tempi sprecati in taxi aspettando, la posizione del colazione è a 300 metri dalla stanza, che non era conveniente perché io e la famiglia non volevano camminare in - 20 gradi temperatura per mangiare per colazione, sono rimasto 5 giorni, ma solo 2 giorni oso andare a colazione.
Per rimanere in questo posto è così buono, così pulito, caldo.Se hai la tua auto, allora non c'è problema.
L'hotel ha un ampio appartamento di servizio, la stanza è molto grande, molto pulita, il personale dell'hotel è molto felice di aiutare.

Il problema che ho incontrato è che durante la stagione turistica, il taxi urbano è gravemente scarso. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.

3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍

Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable.
