"L'hotel è bello e vicino al centro visitatori di Changbaishan. La città è vicino alla strada principale se camminare ci vorrà circa 20 minuti per ottenere il servizio di navetta dell'hotel per guidare. La cosa buona su questo hotel è che può organizzare la stazione ferroviaria pick up e tornare, ma l'arrangement è molto difficile. Devi avere WeiXin e organizzare un giorno prima. Il dipartimento responsabile di questo servizio reagisce un po' lento. Controllare il processo dell'hotel è regolare. La diffusione del colazione è ok. Il conducente che è venuto a prenderci era grande e paziente. Lo abbiamo anche impegnato a guidarci a Yanbian per un viaggio di giorno dove il parco nazionale era vicino a causa del cattivo tempo. Gotta buon sonno quando ha un lungo viaggio. Ho controllato molto tardi alla notte e la receptionista del desk front is very helpful. Mi aiuta addirittura a portare la mia parcella al piano della stanza dell'hotel. Punte extra per il servizio di contatto umano. Per la primavera calda, non mettere aspettative. È solo un concetto di piscina interna, ma è gratuito per l'ospite che si trova all'hotel."

"Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel offered a complimentary pick up and drop- off service from the train station which is highly appreciated especially in the cold. The room is clean and location-wise, while there isn’t much around, I could walk to the touristy street in 15 mins with many restaurants in the vicinity. Changbaishan Visitor Center is also about 25 mins by foot. I find it quite convenient! The driver(s) also offered private transport to the various local attractions like hot spring and float down the river at reasonable rate (there is a published rate for transport provided in the hotel for reference) and at discounted price for the various attractions. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at the hotel!"
