Tuttavia il personale di front office non era così utile , non potevamo usare T3 per prenotare un taxi, il personale non ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, solo chiederci di prenotare un taxi sulla strada noi stessi . Il sistema intelligente non ha risposto troppo bene, voleva aprire la cortina con il comando vocale ma non poteva funzionare, e il lavaggio non poteva drenare l'acqua molto bene, deve usare la mano per aprire l'acqua drenaggio per rilasciare l'acqua."

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Changbaishan Railway Station located approximately 8km away and Baishan Changbaishan Airport roughly 57km away. Famous local attractions Changbai Mountain Dongwo Hot Spring, Changbai Mountain Sky Flight Tourist Experience Center and Cloud Top Palace, can all be reached with a short walk. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel offered a complimentary pick up and drop- off service from the train station which is highly appreciated especially in the cold. The room is clean and location-wise, while there isn’t much around, I could walk to the touristy street in 15 mins with many restaurants in the vicinity. Changbaishan Visitor Center is also about 25 mins by foot. I find it quite convenient!
The driver(s) also offered private transport to the various local attractions like hot spring and float down the river at reasonable rate (there is a published rate for transport provided in the hotel for reference) and at discounted price for the various attractions. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at the hotel!"

"It's a very new hotel and it shows. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. Free drinks, gym and laundry are very nice additions to the overall great service. Location is a bit away from the center of the town (though just a couple of blocks away), so it's more quiet there. And thank you for the free station pickup service!"

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.

The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Il signor Feng e il suo personale sono andati sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro viaggio insonnito, hanno organizzato il trasporto a Xue Li Mountain e ci hanno aiutato ad acquistare biglietti a un prezzo ragionevole. Il signor Feng ci accompagnò ad un ristorante per presentarci a un nuovo piatto, che è stata una bella esperienza.Il giorno dopo, il signor Xia ci ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la montagna di Changbai (Cielo Lake). Ha anche assicurato che ci fossero lasciati alla stazione di autobus e poi ci fossero raccolti, rendendo il processo completamente senza problemi.

Eevy ariyaniQuesto hotel ha anche più di 4 stelle. La donna di servizio frontale ha avuto così cura n aiuto con tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Ci ha anche aiutato a ordinare cibo in meiduan utilizzando il suo conto. Il robot intelligente nella stanza ha reso i bambini felici e divertenti. Le attrezzature e gli apparecchi (il camion e la doccia erano così buoni) hanno la migliore qualità. Penso che il proprietario sia così dettagliato e un tale entusiasta tecnologico :)

TTan CK 9320I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.

UUtente ospiteIl viaggio è arrivato alla fine di dicembre. Il proprietario dell'hotel ci saluterà attraverso il viaggio per portarci alla stazione alla stazione (gratuito).
- La stanza è pulita con acqua calda; c’è un po’ di fumo, ma il vetro si gira per ventilare e è andato; la vista della stanza vicino al fiume è bella.

They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.
