"Il soggiorno era grande, ci aiutava il barista a prendere la stazione e andare via. Tuttavia il personale di front office non era così utile , non potevamo usare T3 per prenotare un taxi, il personale non ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, solo chiederci di prenotare un taxi sulla strada noi stessi . Il sistema intelligente non ha risposto troppo bene, voleva aprire la cortina con il comando vocale ma non poteva funzionare, e il lavaggio non poteva drenare l'acqua molto bene, deve usare la mano per aprire l'acqua drenaggio per rilasciare l'acqua."

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Changbaishan Railway Station located approximately 8km away and Baishan Changbaishan Airport roughly 57km away. Famous local attractions Changbai Mountain Dongwo Hot Spring, Changbai Mountain Sky Flight Tourist Experience Center and Cloud Top Palace, can all be reached with a short walk. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well.
The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel.
If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs."

Il Qingwa è tornato indietro, il libro di inchiostro è dipinto con il disegno di neve inchiostro, silenzioso e curato.La camera è ampia e luminosa, la finestra di terra può vedere il mare della foresta, letti morbidi, strutture intelligenti, super riscaldamento terribile.

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.

SShana101Anche se abbiamo prenotato una stanza senza finestre, ci sorprendevamo quanto ci fosse confortevole durante la nostra permanenza qui di 3 notti. Le letti sono super morbide e le camere sono molto spaziose, vengono con riscaldamento e umidificatore. Il bagno è il migliore con acqua calda elettrica e sistema di riscaldamento. Tutti i mobili sono molto nuovi e il posto è in generale abbastanza pulito
Il servizio è disponibile gratuitamente dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. In quanto straniero, è stato ancora facile contattarli tramite telefono trip.com Internet, e seguirli tramite WeChat. Una volta all’hotel la posizione è grande è a piedi di distanza dalle principali aree alimentari e 5 minuti a piedi alla fermata del bus (bus gratuito!) che vi porta al centro di Changbaishan North. - Ricordate di prenotare i vostri biglietti in anticipo!
In generale, si consiglierà facilmente di rimanere qui se si visita Changbaishan :)

MMind KatechooLa stanza è così carina. Era un soggiorno davvero bello e confortevole. La stanza ha tutto quello che si ha bisogno e è pratica e funzionale. I letti sono puliti e confortevole. Il design è ben pensato. Mi piace passare il tempo li'. Tianchi non era aperto tutto il tempo che ero lì, quindi ho passato un po' di tempo in camera e è bello! Il proprietario e la famiglia sono molto amichevole e utile anche. Sono molto attenti ai loro ospiti. Ero un po' giù per Tianchi, ma hanno fatto un bel tempo comunque! Ho comprato colazione separatamente per i giorni che voglio mangiare e hanno dei buoni set di colazione. C'è una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli e sono molto occupati. Tuttavia, è molto conveniente. La posizione è a passeggiata al parco Reindeer, parco duck, e centro di distribuzione anche. Così è un plus. È a circa 1-1.5 km da le strade occupate e il cibo. Se non si può salire a piedi, è ancora possibile camminare (anche se è molto freddo). Era un bellissimo soggiorno e mi piaceva il posto!

UUtente ospiteIl viaggio è arrivato alla fine di dicembre. Il proprietario dell'hotel ci saluterà attraverso il viaggio per portarci alla stazione alla stazione (gratuito).
- La stanza è pulita con acqua calda; c’è un po’ di fumo, ma il vetro si gira per ventilare e è andato; la vista della stanza vicino al fiume è bella.
- Per quanto riguarda il servizio alimentare qui, c'è un cuoco che cucina deliziosi cibi. Se si arriva, si può cercare di ordinare un menu di pollo con cotone intrecciato per provare. Sale dolce, olio, erbacea, ma non grassa. compreso l'alloggio, c'è un caffè di tè latte per persone che vogliono anche bere.
- In termini di servizio Ecco il servizio è molto buono. Possiamo lasciare che il cervello e permettere al proprietario dell'hotel di scegliere quale attività andare. Ci sarà una macchina per prendere e cadere La maggior parte di loro prenderà molto tempo (se non vai a Tianchi perché l'hotel è abbastanza vicino alla zona di attività in generale)

1) Vedere il cuoio - camminare dalla scuola. Ci sono due cuoio vicino, molto carino.
2) Rafting - bella vista, più quando si raggiunge la fine dell'acqua, scendete all'area dell'hotel, dopo aver giocato, si può andare all'hotel.
3) Skiing - L'hotel dispone di attrezzature di base, quindi non è necessario affittare molto più (come camicie, pantaloncini, mutandine da torta usate come sicure, molto carino).
4) Pesca - Nella zona di attività, un zio viene a insegnarvi come.
La pesca è caduta su dieci pezzi. Dopo l'atterraggio, puoi grigliare e mangiare. Sono in grado di spruzzare polvere, non lo so, ma è molto deliziosa. È così deliziosa che la luce viene fuori dalla tua bocca. Devo provare all'area di attività, ci saranno i tacchi di Shabu.Il tacchino di pane caldo è anche in vendita.
5) Caffè Tea Shop - Il Tea Shop ha una serie di dessert. Per il tè, ci sono tè latte e tè caldo cinese. Questo è anche molto delizioso. Voglio che lo provate.
Il personale qui prende cura di loro. Viaggiamo molto. Chiunque venga a Harbin, cerca di visitare Changbaishan. Il prezzo non è costoso. Le attività sono strette.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
