UUtente ospiteThis was the perfect start to our first trip to China — the hotel was right beside erhai lake and the views from the hotel cafe and the rooms were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and facilities modern and good (particularly the hotel cafe which serves coffee (each guest can redeem 1x coffee and unlimited cornetto ice creams and snacks from the cafe). It is also a ~6 minute walk away from a family-run bicycle shop where tourists can rent a bike from (20 元 for a full day) (there are rent-as-you-go bikes along the area too but they require a Chinese ID card in order for you to book). The service was also excellent and all the staff were very attentive. Each time we returned to the hotel, the staff would greet us with an option to get a bowl of rice noodles (mi xian 米线） or chinese dessert, depending on what time we arrived. There were also free flow fruits (some small apple-like fruit and cherry tomatoes) in the hotel lobby that was stocked through the day. Fantastic stay. We will definitely return if we come back to the area. (We had entered another hotel further down the same stretch for a coffee and that other hotel’s coffee and cleanliness paled in comparison; made us very thankful that we had booked this hotel instead). 10/10!

JJovin_WongI had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dali Ancient Town Meishan Guesthouse, and it exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Location – unbeatable and worry-free The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of Dali Ancient Town. As soon as you step outside, you’re surrounded by beautiful ancient streets and alleys, full of local character. 2-3 mins walk away from the Bars. Attractions, cafes, shops, and amazing food are all within walking distance, which made exploring incredibly easy and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, the entire stay felt completely worry-free. Service – warm, genuine, and unforgettable The biggest highlight of this guesthouse is without a doubt the host. The lady boss is unbelievably friendly, considerate, and welcoming. She is super nice, enthusiastic, and very meticulous in everything she does. From contacting me in advance, patiently explaining routes, to sharing travel tips and local suggestions, she made me feel taken care of even before I arrived. Staying here truly felt like coming home rather than staying at a guesthouse. What made this stay truly special was the personal connection. She even invited me to join a barbecue with her and her friends. We had drinks, chatted late into the night, and shared stories about our cultures, life views, and experiences. Even though I only stayed for two nights, that evening made my time in Dali unforgettable. I felt incredibly lucky to have arrived back just in time for the barbecue. The Bai Jiu, the Yi Zu-style barbecue pork, and the homemade dumplings she made were all fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and full of laughter. Even small details were fun, like the pot cover shaped like the Rolls-Royce Spirit of Ecstasy, which gave us a good laugh. It was one of those nights you don’t plan for, but it’s the highlight of the trip that you will remember for a long time. 😎 Room & Sleep Quality – quiet, comfortable, and well designed The room itself was quiet and very comfortable, with good sound insulation and a thoughtful renovation design that blends modern comfort with traditional charm. The bedding was clean and high quality, and the bathroom was spotless and well equipped. I slept extremely well every night. The entire guesthouse is beautifully designed, cozy, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Value – exquisite and worth every penny This is a highly cost-effective and exquisite accommodation. You can see the attention to detail everywhere, from the design to the service. It perfectly balances the charm of the ancient town with modern convenience. It’s absolutely worth experiencing, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. Final thoughts I returned home a few days ago, but when I think back on my trip to Yunnan, Dali still stands out as the most chill and relaxing place and Meishan Guesthouse is a big reason why. The friendly host, the warm atmosphere, and the meaningful conversations made this stay truly special. If I could give 11 stars, I would. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly, highly recommended. Will definitely be back!!!

VVincent8888Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Mengling Yayuan Hotel di Dali dal 19 al 21 dicembre 2025. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente attento e ha fatto di tutto per rendere la mia visita memorabile: dal check-in senza intoppi ai consigli preziosi sulla zona, la loro ospitalità si è davvero distinta. La camera era spaziosa, elegantemente arredata e dotata di comfort moderni che hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole e pratico. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la colazione locale giornaliera a base di noodles o congee, il rilassante tè pomeridiano e i deliziosi dessert serviti la sera. Dato che avevamo un check-out anticipato, il personale ha preparato con cura una colazione da asporto per il nostro viaggio di ritorno, cosa che è stata molto apprezzata. In posizione perfetta, a pochi metri dall'ingresso del centro storico di Dali, l'hotel offre una base ideale per esplorare la zona. Il Mengling Yayuan Hotel fonde splendidamente il fascino tradizionale con i comfort moderni e lo consiglio vivamente per il suo servizio cordiale e le sue eccellenti strutture.

KKatherineliewtanWe stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

UUtente ospitePosizione: molto comoda, vicino al monte Cangshan, alla Porta Nord, a March Street, all'Università di Dali, alla base cinematografica e televisiva, ecc. Decorazione: Cortile con giardino molto grande, bello e pulito, varie decorazioni molto eleganti e di alta qualità. Servizio: ci hanno accolto educatamente con un sorriso e ci hanno offerto colazione, tè pomeridiano, zuppa dolce la sera e altro cibo delizioso. Il loro atteggiamento è stato molto buono e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Altro: Il parcheggio è molto comodo, ci sono diversi gatti carini con una bella personalità, le donne delle pulizie sono molto responsabili ed entusiaste, aiutano con i bagagli e portano fuori la spazzatura, ecc. Anche la stanza è grande e pulita.

Ssu_explorerRecentemente sono rimasto qui come un viaggiatore solitario, e questo hotel è stato l'elemento centrale del mio viaggio a Dali. L'hotel si trova direttamente al di là della Porta meridionale della città antica di Dali - a pochi passi dalle mura della città antica, solo 3-4 min a piedi, ma è tranquillo a notte. Ci sono anche molti deliziosi piatti locali all'interno di un posto di cammino 2-minute e anche un massaggio a piedi. Dopo aver esplorato e aver stanchi piedi, consiglio fortemente questo posto - a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Chiamare un taxi (DiDi) per qualsiasi attrazione è anche molto conveniente. Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona incredibilmente gentile e genuina. Mi ha fatto sentire benvenuta dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Anche se parlo molto poco mandarino, hanno fatto uno sforzo per parlare molto lentamente per me. Il momento più memorabile è stato quando mi ha invitato a unirmi a lei e ai suoi amici per un pranzo cucinato a casa all'hotel. In quanto viaggiatore solitario, questo gesto della comunità era davvero speciale e qualcosa che non posso prenotare su trip.com. Questo hotel ha reso il mio viaggio dali inoltrabile. Grazie per i meravigliosi ricordi.

L'hotel è situato su alcune isole di Kai 🥰 È possibile godere di un'ondata di Kai e di una tranquillità vicino al piede di Kai. Il capo è molto entusiasta e entusiasta.
