A+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. Probably by the time you wake its all gone and you never know its there. It

Abbiamo visitato le Suite del Mar nel 2012 per la luna di miele e non ho mai voluto tornare, quando ho pensato che fosse tutto a posto e niente di speciale. Tuttavia, abbiamo deciso di darle un altro giro nel settembre 2023 e sono così felice che abbiamo fatto. Abbiamo viaggiato dalla Scozia con il TUI, il tempo di trasferimento era solo di un'ora. Il check-in era un po'caotico, la ricezione sembrava molto occupata all'arrivo. Ora, quando abbiamo visitato nel 2012, ho pensato che le camere fossero date e purtroppo restano esattamente le stesse - immediatamente mi dispiace di prenotare! Tuttavia, la mattina dopo abbiamo deciso di non lasciare che la stanza si diluisse i nostri spiriti e siamo andati a esplorare. Il resort è stato esteso dal nostro soggiorno iniziale con più attrazioni disponibili. Il nuovo italiano e asiatico erano bellissimi, il cibo e il servizio erano fantastici, e abbiamo anche goduto i cocktail nel bar tequila. Ho letto recentemente che dal luglio di quest'anno il bar asiatico e tequilla viene a un costo aggiuntivo ? Spero che non sia il caso. Il divertimento serale, che mi sembrava di lasciare andare il nostro primo viaggio, era completamente diverso con un programma migliore che correva le sera. Il bar della spiaggia alla fine era un'amica preferita. Ci siamo entrambi divertiti con il bagno, seguito da un paio di massaggi sulla spiaggia - il cielo assoluto. In sintesi, sono così felice di tornare a questo resort, abbiamo apprezzato la nostra visita questa volta. La mia unica critica sarebbe quella delle camere in desperata necessità di modernizzazione.

È stata un'esperienza unica, visuale bellissima.. La location merita davvero.. Cibo buono, porzioni ridotte e un po costoso. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante Tseenja Il cameriere Alfredo è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Parte del personale (non tutti) all'ingresso poco accoglienti. Nonostante ciò, consiglierei questo posto.

Molto pulito e vicino al centro. L'unica preoccupazione è che si deve pagare per un taxi ogni volta che si deve andare da qualche parte. Offreno servizio bici a reception per $300 pesos ma penso che dovrebbero includerlo gratuitamente per gli ospiti. Il servizio alla piscina era povero. Aveva solo una giovane donna che non era utile. Non voleva preparare una piña colada perché non aveva il Bacardi. :(

È possibile mantenere l'ambiente.Nessuna vasca, frigorifero o TV.Solo un sedile １ nella stanza è a bassa capacità, quindi anche se si usa un ventilatore, può caricare solo per smartphone e tablet. La posizione sul mare è buona, ma c'è un club davanti a lui, e alcune camere si sdraiano ogni giorno fino a mezzanotte.Se chiudi la finestra, non sentirai un po'di voce, ma non c'è aria condizionata nella stanza, quindi a meno che non apra la finestra, il tempo è molto caldo e non si può dormire. Quindi potrebbe non essere adatto a coloro che vogliono rilassarsi.
