Hotel con colazione a Tulum

Stunning rooms! The place is bang on the middle of the jungle, so there are bugs and frogs etc, just be aware of that. Right next to a cenote! It’s on a motorway and you cannot really walk anywhere so you need a car or moped etc, as it is pretty far. Theee is a small jacuzzis and a sauna, which they try to charge a prohibitively high price for…. Considering it is the only amenity the hotel has this should be free. Bedsheets need an update. Have stains and rips. I still think it is an amazing place to stay especially for the price!

Estamos extremamente surpresos com Ana y Jose! Que hotel incrível! Instalações limpas e novas, chuveiro e cama perfeitos, WIFI rápido e com um staff gentil e educado. Fomos de lua de mel e fomos extremamente bem tratados. Café da manha delicioso!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excelente hotel, superó mis expectativas. Las instalaciones están impecables, limpias y muy cómodas, perfectas para descansar. El personal es muy amable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Very nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.

Quando ho fatto le prenotazioni trip.com caricato mentre prenota. Quando ho controllato, hanno chiesto un deposito per carte di credito e hanno bloccato circa 600 USD.Dopo ore di nuovo hanno prelevato il pagamento completo che mi è stato pagato Trip.com .Quando li ho chiamati mi hanno detto che hanno fatto il pagamento ricevuto da trip.com. Quindi dopo un'ora, hanno chiamato e hanno detto che ci dispiacevamo di aver sbagliato mentre lei controllava che restituiremo i soldi. E' circa 1 settimana che sto ancora aspettando di restituire soldi alla mia carta di credito che è stato prelevato senza il mio permesso.Per il modo in cui non sono stati bloccati annuncio che hanno appena prelevato $ 3700 .A proposito delle camere non ho mai suggerito tende bungoliw.insecti ovunque ....

Il nostro soggiorno a Tago Tulum è stato semplicemente eccellente! L'hotel stesso è un paradiso – le camere sembrano ancora meglio delle foto, con spaziosi layout, splendida decorazione, e quella perfetta miscela di lusso e stile bohemiano di Tulum. La vista sulla spiaggia e l'atmosfera pacifica lo hanno reso il luogo ideale per rilassarsi. Il servizio eccezionale, soprattutto da parte di Victor, ha fatto di tutto ciò che ci serviva, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare che il nostro soggiorno fosse immondo e piacevole. Il caldo e l'attenzione di Victor al dettaglio ci hanno fatto sentire a casa – un vero gem! Tago Tulum è un must per chiunque visita Tulum, e non possiamo aspettare di tornare

I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism. First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100. However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very different story. Azulik is a pure jungle experience. That can be magical, but it also means: Very limited privacy A toilet behind a divider No hot water at night Minimal comfort overall I understand this is intentional and part of the concept, but when rooms can cost up to $2,000 per night, you naturally expect a balance between artistic experience and luxury comfort — especially at that price point.  The room itself was cute, but definitely not designed for longer stays. This is not a place you want to stay more than 1–2 nights max. After that, the lack of comfort becomes noticeable. Service was not good. I understand this is Mexico and things move differently, but for a hotel with such an international reputation, staff speaking English should be standard, especially since most guests are travelers from the other countries. The beach service closes early (around 4–5 PM), so the experience feels very limited. A few small but important details: The matches in the room were extremely horrible to light, which becomes frustrating when candles are the main source of light, and I love candles idea but if you are reader this hotel not for you! Cleaning could be better.  Hot water should really be available 24/7 at this level. Overall, Azulik is an artistic, aesthetic, and spiritual concept, not a comfort-driven luxury hotel. If you come knowing that — and stay one or two nights only — it can be a beautiful experience. I think its important to remind guest on checking in what are they signing for, coz people don't like to read descriptions and coming for views then being disappointed. Come for the vibe, architecture, and photos. Don’t come expecting classic luxury or comfort. Beautiful idea, powerful concept — but it could truly shine even more with better service, basic comfort, and attention to detail. And I`m not asking a lot here.
