A+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. Nel bosco piovano, l'ambiente è buono, naturalmente, ci sono molti pezzi di agnello... la dieta è generalmente, non sorpresa, non è disgustoso. Tago is the place to be in Tulum! A class service! Upon arrival Lety the host greeted me with a warm smile. Offered me a beverage of my choice and a cold cloth infused with aromatherapy. It’s totally a vibe here….so vibey! I was then shown the property and up to my beach view suite that has spectacular views. The pool was crystal clear. The room was extremely clean. Omar carried my bags up and made sure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the pool and complimentary fruit right away as I read me welcome letter from Tago. It’s definitely the place to be. All the staff are like family and make sure your needs are meet right away. Super chill but still such a vibe. I’m sure I will not remember all the names of the amazing staff but you all were terrific. Thank you for all of your love. There was nightly turn down service with a complementary nightly treat. Fanatic food. The avocado toast and fresh juices always hit the spot. Upon check out Michel, Frida and Noah made sure I had a seamless check out. You guys are soooooo great best ever. Also, making sure my deposit went back to my card straight away. So professional and kind. Also allowing me a late check out. Everything everyone is doing works! Cheers! Blessings!

The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

Hotel in vista bella in una posizione confortevole centro città. Le camere sono piccole ma hanno tutto quello che ti serve. Alimento e bevande sono grandi quando arrivano a te perché il servizio è un po ' lento, così ordinare con abbastanza tempo. La piscina al tetto e la vista da lì sono splendide.
