Hotel a Tulum, Messico

La stanza è grande, può cucinare, il balcone interno della stanza ha una piscina privata aperta e una piscina pubblica aperta.La strada davanti alla porta non è riparata, è lontana dalla stazione di auto.Il prezzo del cibo è troppo alto.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa nel complesso per i nostri 7 giorni trascorsi all'Hotelito Azul! Siamo andati con un'altra coppia e ognuno ha soggiornato nelle Oceanfront Suites (eravamo sopra di loro, erano al piano terra). Le stanze erano pulite e spaziose. Spazio di archiviazione un po 'limitato per i vestiti, ma abbiamo sfruttato al meglio le scaffalature / pensili fornite. La doccia è un sogno. Il servizio di pulizia puliva la nostra camera ogni giorno e ha fatto un ottimo lavoro! Abbiamo adorato le prelibatezze lasciate sui nostri cuscini ogni giorno. AC era tuo da controllare. Una sfida che abbiamo dovuto affrontare che avrebbe avuto una semplice soluzione è stata la mancanza di tappeti nella stanza. Stai camminando attraverso la sabbia per raggiungere la tua stanza e sì, c'è un secchio d'acqua da sciacquare prima di entrare, tuttavia eravamo alla disperata ricerca di un piccolo tappeto da esterno o solo qualcosa ai lati o ai piedi del letto per spazzare via la sabbia prima di arrivare a letto. È interessante notare che i nostri amici al piano di sotto avevano un fantastico corridore ai piedi del loro letto, quindi forse solo la coerenza con questo avrebbe fatto un'enorme differenza! Ti svegli con un cestino carino con il caffè ogni mattina e ti riempiranno di acqua potabile quanto ne hai bisogno nella stanza. Non possiamo dire abbastanza cose positive del personale. Comunichi con loro tramite What'sApp che offre risposte rapide a qualsiasi domanda o dubbio o quando ordini cibo/bevande. Larissa, il portiere è stato MERAVIGLIOSO. Ci ha accolto ogni giorno e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e coccolati durante il nostro soggiorno. Ha aiutato a riempire il viaggio con esperienze meravigliose che si tratti di tour, ottimi punti locali per cibo/bevande o logistica. Abbiamo noleggiato scooter dall'hotel la maggior parte dei nostri giorni di vacanza e ne è valsa la pena. Abbiamo trovato che i prezzi dall'altra parte della strada erano più economici, tuttavia ci è piaciuta la comodità di affittare tramite l'hotel. Il cibo e le bevande dell'hotel sono tutti deliziosi, anche se abbiamo imparato rapidamente che mangiare e bere sulla spiaggia diventa costoso, quindi abbiamo scelto saggiamente quando/quanto abbiamo mangiato in hotel. Questo viene solo con la posizione. La posizione fisica dell'hotel è ideale perché non è troppo lontano dalla striscia di spiaggia, il cui traffico è diventato piuttosto cattivo man mano che si guidava. L'estetica e i dettagli dell'hotel sono perfetti per farti sentire come se stessi vivendo in una giungla stravagante. Cordiali saluti a tutti coloro che cercano di rimanere sulla spiaggia di Tulum, durante aprile-novembre o giù di lì, Tulum ottiene un'enorme quantità di alghe che rende quasi impossibile nuotare nell'oceano. Gli hotel, incluso Hotelito Azul, fanno del loro meglio per rimuovere quante più alghe possibile dalla spiaggia, ma amico, è una battaglia in salita. Sfortunatamente, questo limitava la nostra capacità di sederci fuori sulla spiaggia, perché l'unico sollievo dal caldo era la doccia esterna. Che, di nuovo, è incantevole, ma non l'oceano. Fortunatamente, Tulum ha così tante altre cose meravigliose da fare che non abbiamo ritenuto che questo abbia avuto un impatto significativo sul nostro viaggio. Coloro che viaggiano durante i mesi migliori hanno un'incantevole area fronte mare da non perdere all'Hotelito Azul. Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di stare qui con la mia famiglia. Da quando siamo entrati, siamo stati impressionati. I terreni erano bellissimi. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa. Il colazione era deliziosa. La piscina era fantastica con la temperatura perfetta durante un giorno caldo. Ci sono state diverse occasioni di godere delle biciclette gratuite. I membri del personale erano eccezionali.

This has to be the worst experience I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Please read carefully before yoh decide to book this hotel. Upon checking in (1/11/23) you are asked to leave a deposit for incidentals. We booked 2 rooms so 2 deposits. At first when you enter, the room is clean and welcoming but it simply doesn't function. The remote control had the room number taped to it, the back of the remote that covers the battery kept falling off and there was evidence that a piece of tape was used to hold the back in place. Inside the room there was no furniture to place your folded clothes. Only hangers. We woke up the next morning wanting to iron our blouses to hang them only to realize that there was no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms, as a matter of fact we were told that we would have to go downstairs and request an iron and board at the front desk. There were no phones, radios, clocks anything that resembled some form of functionality. So to get the iron we had to walk downstairs since no phones to call to request one. Next to the hotel was a private home and on the property were 2 dogs who would constantly bark. Directly across from the hotel is a construction site so you had to contend with that noise as well. The worst part of our short stay (3nights) is upon checking out at 4am, you are told that someone would check your room before releasing the hold on your card. A man at the front desk went through the dirty towels and came downstairs and said there was a stain on the towel. A stain on towels that were not white or 'hotel worthy' to begin with. He had a picture of what he calls a stain and said they would charge us $17US for the stain on the towel. We were flabbergasted. Aren't towels suppose to get dirty. We told the gentleman that that is something that will come out after the towels are washed. He still charged us $17US for the stain. We will never stay at this hotel again and I implore you please avoid this hotel. This is not a boutique hotel but a cheap motel lacking basic amenities and then rips guests off after searching your dirty linens. My job affords me the luxury of travel and in all the 20yrs of stays in numerous hotels, boutique and all out resorts this is definitely the first time we heard such nonsense. No furniture was damaged, items broken but instead they charged us for a dirty brownish color towel. Definitely poor taste. Also avoid the breakfast nothing to spend $10US on but definitely visit Aldo's at the corner for some ice cream. A VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY.

La qualità dell'hotel è la scelta migliore per il prezzo. La posizione è un po'difficile (di solito c'è un hotel chiamato hotel a bordo del mare), ma è situato in città, non si può vedere il mare, ma anche se non si può vedere il mare, le strutture sono molto soddisfacenti.Il prezzo è più economico di altri hotel, e la qualità è alta, quindi consiglio alle persone!

L'hotel è meglio di Azulik vicino a lui se non piace l'ecologia originale.

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you. My rating does not include the quality of food...

We had another great meal at Mezzanine tonight. The food, atmosphere and drinks are always consistently awesome and a highlight of each trip. We had fabulous service with Jorge and the rest of the staff. If you have room at the end of the meal…. Try the cheesecake! And the Thai Gimlet may be the best drink of my trip so far. So, so good.

As soon as I step foot into the lobby Jose, welcome me and my cousin with delicious mocktails. We ended up upgrading our room to two, which was such a reasonable price which I’m glad we did since rooms are on the smaller size. As soon as we settledwe ran upstairs to the rooftop and let me tell you…I was blown away! This is why you book is tor the pool. Staff was so attentive and consistently checking in ( which was amazing). The gym, who my cousin said was lite 🔥. The hotel is located in between central Tulum and the beach which made it a great location for us. Plenty of coffee and good options. Grocery store is near by making it very convenient.
