Questo hotel è davvero enorme e probabilmente il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo che troverete nei dintorni di Pudong. Camere comode e pulite, design giapponese molto carino. La spa termale offre molte opzioni per un momento di relax dopo una lunga giornata di cammino a Disneyland. Il parco è a soli 15 minuti di auto e il loro servizio navetta gratuito è super comodo! Molte colazioni non sono delle migliori, ma andranno bene se non siete troppo esigenti con le opzioni alimentari. Altamente consigliato!!

Avevamo prenotato questo hotel appositamente per l'esperienza onsen, ma, con nostra grande delusione, le sorgenti termali sono chiuse per un mese intero! Sebbene la camera sia confortevole, senza accesso alle terme sembra una delusione. Purtroppo, la reception non ha offerto alcun upgrade o sconto per compensare questo inconveniente.

You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax. The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too. I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.

L'hotel termale in cui ho soggiornato di recente ha completamente stravolto la mia idea di vacanza tradizionale! Dal design al servizio, ogni dettaglio è sorprendente. L'hotel è stato progettato basandosi sul concetto fondamentale dell'integrazione con la natura. L'edificio è realizzato in tronchi e pietre, con grandi finestre a tutta altezza e pareti divisorie in vetro, che portano il paesaggio circostante all'interno, dandoti la sensazione di trovarti in un dinamico dipinto paesaggistico. Le strutture termali sono uniche, i bagni privati ​​sono nascosti, le piante verdi e la disposizione del design li rendono estremamente riservati e la temperatura adeguata dell'acqua può alleviare l'affaticamento di spalle e collo. La camera deluxe in cui abbiamo soggiornato era semplice ma elegante nel design, una combinazione di comfort ed estetica. L'arredamento in stile giapponese era fresco e naturale. Svegliarsi la mattina con il canto degli uccelli e il profumo del tè può trasmettere un senso di felicità. La camera è completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort e la vasca termale in pietra vulcanica è un plus speciale. La biancheria da letto è morbida e delicata sulla pelle, consentendovi di dormire sonni tranquilli per tutta la notte. Il personale del servizio in camera è professionale, entusiasta e meticoloso. Il maggiordomo dell'hotel ha lasciato un biglietto scritto a mano e ogni collegamento è pieno di sorprese. L'hotel ha predisposto anche delle aree per dare da mangiare ai pesci e ai conigli. Interagire con i piccoli animali è stato molto terapeutico e abbiamo trascorso lì un pomeriggio di relax. Le famiglie con bambini adoreranno sicuramente questo posto e la prossima volta dovremo assolutamente portare la nostra famiglia a provare di nuovo questa esperienza. Riepilogo: Un paradiso curativo che vale la pena visitare ancora e ancora Che si tratti del rispetto per la natura nel design, dell'ingegnosità della terapia termale o del calore e dell'ingegnosità del servizio, questo hotel interpreta perfettamente il concetto di ”lusso e simbiosi naturale”. Quando me ne sono andato, mi mancava già tutto qui e non vedo l'ora di rivederti la prossima volta! Anandi lives upto its name in every way possible! ✨✨✨. For booking I was assisted by the very patient Yana.Great customer service from the very moment you arrive, they are all super accommodating. You are welcomed from the entrance to the reception and also sent to your room by the butler! Before heading to the room, they will do the body aura test and have your healthy tea prepared ( to be sent to the room every evening and morning). The butler will also explain the activities you can do for the rest of your stay. eg yoga , peacock watching , mantra session. The hotel also has different centers mainly the spa center where they offer a very very wide range of body massages , you can even get your mani and pedi done. The food was great ( both breakfast and dinner ). Overall the whole stay was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was too hot. We had to leave the door of the room open. Customer service can improve in the restaurants.

Close proximity to Disney Resort, we had a great experience as a couple. The location was perfect—just a short ride to Disneyland, which made our visit super convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet, considering how close it was to the park. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were nice touches like a shuttle service and nearby restaurants. It was a comfortable and romantic stay, and we’d definitely come back for another Disney Trip!

Hotel worked out fine with me. It looked like the bath was supposed to have a bubble function, but I was unable to figure it out. Sadly, since it was winter, the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air, so my room was warmer that I like (but would be comfortable for people that want their room above 20°. Close to a shopping center. The worst part was the electricity turns off when you leave. I know most hotels do this. But, unlike most hotels, the refrigerator also turns off when you leave. So if you have anything that can spoil or you want cold... And you have to leave for the day... When you come back, it's warm. I hope they can find a way to remedy this issue. It's the one thing that would prevent me from staying again.
