Hotel Minasi Hospitality Group a Hanoi

This hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience. The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs). The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad. The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

Amazing location. Its not in the hustle and bustle of the city but also 3 minutes away by scooter or car. Very nice cafes also nearby for some breakfast on the side of the road. Hanoi is a vibe.

Everyone I interacted with was great including Emma , Emily , Hellen , Layla, ( and I think his name was Mark but I don't remember ) Lots of nice coffee shops and bakeries nearby and a relatively short / pleasant walk to old town and other areas of interest without being on top of them
