Hotel in zona Khu di tích lịch sử Trung Giã, Hanoi

Questo hotel si trova in una strada, ma a pochi passi dalla strada principale per entrare. L'apparecchiatura è standard 3 stelle, ma la cosa speciale è che la Signora Reception è super entusiasta 🥰 . Se ho l'opportunità di tornare, voglio ancora rimanere qui

Dopo aver soggiornato al Melia Hanoi per 2 notti, sono partito la mattina presto, quindi l'ho scelto per risparmiare, ed era poco più di 2.400 yen a camera. Ottima posizione! La maggior parte dei posti in cui voglio andare può essere raggiunta a piedi È solo un hotel economico, quindi non c'è l'ascensore. Il condizionatore funziona, ma tira il vento e fa freddo Questa è la più grande difficoltà, le persone con pistole per condizionatori d'aria possono andare bene Forse per tempi più freddi o per i giovani? Il frigorifero e la cassetta di sicurezza sono rotti Ma la cassetta di sicurezza è stata sostituita! C'è una finestra, ma la vista è quasi nulla Le lenzuola sono pulite, c'è una TV, ma ovviamente non c'è NHK, c'è acqua calda normale, shampoo, asciugamani per spazzolini da denti, ecc. Il fratello del manager è sorridente e affidabile Il mio volo era alle 8 del mattino, quindi ero preoccupato di prendere un taxi alle 4:30, quindi mi sono consultato con loro e hanno organizzato un taxi per 350.000 dong! Leggermente superiore a Grab Al mattino presto e nei giorni di pioggia sembra essere costoso, quindi potrebbe essere abbastanza economico? Accetta sia contanti che carte di credito L'autista è arrivato con 2 minuti di ritardo Gli ho dato una mancia di 50.000 dong e quando gli ho detto di andare piano, ha guidato con prudenza.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English. This hotel does not have a dining place and therefore no breakfast. That is not a issue as there are lots of eateries nearby. I put up with Marina Hotel for 5 days, 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay with them.

When picking a hotel in Hanoi we were not sure about what to expect or who to go with as it was our first time in Vietnam! I have stayed in hotels in Australia, Italy, Dubai and many more but the Minerva Hotel is up there with one of the best! The rooms are cleaned to perfection and lovely white linen! They are spotless! The rooms are big and you get complementary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast is amazing with something to cater to all tastes. The location is also perfect as it is in a safe area within close walking distance to all attractions! However, the best part about the Minerva is the lovely staff who cater to your every whim and go out of there way to be thoughtful and just be as helpful as they can to you as a first time visitor in Vietnam! They helped us organise transport, food deliveries and also brought us to a shop to get our SIM card changed which was extremely extremely helpful! They could not be more helpful if they tried! I genuinely mean it by saying the Minerva Premium should be the only place you choose to stay in Hanoi it was exceptional! Thank you so much Minerva! from, Megan

Ho avuto meno di 24 ore a Hanoi, quindi la posizione era cruciale. Questo posto è perfetto. Nella tranquilla piccola strada nel cuore di tutto ciò che non poteva essere più perfetto. Lily è sorprendente! Così utile. La stanza era perfetta con un letto super comodo. Così pulito e gentile. La doccia era bella e calda anche. A un prezzo così economico, folle!!! Cosa altro puoi chiedere!!

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

Il giorno del pasto, le mie sorelle hanno visitato l'hotel e sono rimaste per 3 notti, anche se l'hotel era un po' piccolo, ma il personale qui era molto bello. Mi è stato presentato da un amico della campana chiamato Van Toan per mangiare ristoranti, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche intorno. E' molto entusiasta e così sono gli ospiti. Grazie Affa Hotel per averci dato un buon soggiorno! VEDO VOI !!

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

It is probably one of the best Novotel I have stayed over the past years. Most notable are the people-- from the reception to restaurant , everyone are courteous and willing to help and sincere, and English are generally sufficient which is a great help. The TV channels are very complete from CNN, HBO, BBC, CNBC, BOX which are even better than some 5 star hotels. The breakfast collection are very wide, and fruits are yummy , which is a great way to start the day. During my visit , the restaurants in the hotel are not crowded at all, and so dining is very comfortable and allow ample distancing between tables. The dinner on roof top restaurant is great value for money --- VND 499 K for a quality BBQ buffet with proper beef and seafood. Rooms and bedding are very clean. Location is on busy street but quite a number of small restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The only aspects for improvement-- due to language , it would be great to have a doorman at the main entrance to help with giving directions to taxi drivers to ensure no miscommunication; and the room lighting can be enhanced by placing a floor lamp next to the study table to facilitate reading ; and finally the hotel name sign on the street front is too small for drivers to spot the name .
