Personale fantastico, posizione fantastica e varietà di opzioni per la colazione! Il massaggio è stato delizioso! Il letto più comodo durante il nostro soggiorno ad Hanoi

L'ingresso principale è deludentemente piccolo e camminare verso la hall anteriore è puzzolente. La hall è ok e in generale non è male. Il cibo è buono e la posizione è fantastica. Mi aspetterei di più per il prezzo che ho pagato.

Good looking rooms and decor. Very thin walls and nearly nonexistent noise proofing windows. Like it or not, you're going to know more about your next room guests than you ever wanted. At night, all kinds of street noise and contractions hammering woke you up nonstop. Service is ok.

The beautiful entrance and reception take you off the bustling and congested roads of Hanoi’s old quarter into an oasis of calm and charm. Sadly the amenities (bar and pool) are pretty limited - I couldn’t find a spot to sit around the pool (there were probably 8-10 people there and no room left). The indoor spa facilities were good and the treatments pleasant. I wouldn’t return as I think for the money spent, I could get much better facilities OR get the same facilities much cheaper elsewhere in Hanoi

Very nice hotel with amazing rooms and stunning swimming pool (that perhaps could be a little bit cleaner…). The breakfast is just amazing - one of the best we tried so far. Great location in the old city of Hanoi. Would definitely recommend it!

Think again if you are going to pick this place for your stay in Hanoi unless you wish them to ruin your trip! I mean it! 1. Completely different from pictures 2. Two small windows and one of them is broken. 3. Right next to another building (restaurant) you can literally talk to the customers in the restaurant over the tiny window in your room. 4. Noise from everywhere (upstairs, through the door.. you name it) 5. Broken TV and shower head 6. Unprofessional staff 7. The location is okay Overall, it's a terrible experience!

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel and such a great loacation, opposite it has Michelin local Restaurant. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous services and warmth from their staff. The stay was wonderful at the centre of Hanoi. It is definitely a great place to be if you are in Hanoi. Deserved the 5 star review 👍
