Friendly staff, clean, tidy room with a nice balcony. Breakfast was fine.

I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning.

We were very happy to have chosen the hotel for our trip to Hanoi. Jennie and Anna were helpful and our guides for our trip to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Location is plus point.

Staff were very hospitable and gave exceptional service. Room was spotless, faculties and breakfast fantastic! would highly recommend to anyone. insuring Hanoi. short walk to lake, city centre and imperial palace.

Cleanliness, Modern look, Good breakfast spread, Central location, Friendly and attentive staff in allowing early check-in when room was available, Daily room makeover, Toiletries, Electronic safe in room to protect valuables.

Location was great. Staff at front desk amazing and very helpful. Breakfast adequate even if in adjoining hotel. Room cleaning staff do a good job. Overall a positive experience.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Arrived at 9pm and the staff were still happy and eager to help. Huge bathroom and good shower pressure. Stayed for one night and got a great sleep.

Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Jennie immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Jennie was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. Me and my girlfriend stayed at Lotus Boutique Hotel and were delighted with everything about it. the rooms were surprisingly very spacious and the quality of the rooms was amazing, as for the staff they were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially Anna who couldn't do enough for you!! the location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, if we visit Hanoi again we will definitely book a stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel!!!! Nice little hotel to get out of the noise and chaos in Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and genuine. We organised tours to Ha Long and a taxi to the airport through them. Definitely one of the better hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Recommend it for sure.
