Hotel is located in a great spot in old quarter. It’s in a relatively quiet part but still close to everything. Loved that our room was made up daily and water was refilled.  Breakfast is average and didn’t make use of this every day but if you’re not too fussy it’s a great addition.  The part I don’t like was that the walls are very thin / gaps in doors / windows overlooking other rooms so you could hear absolutely EVERYTHING your neighbours were doing and I mean everything. It was horrible.

The location is in the old quarter near everything. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is good.

A bit old but old. Good location, easy to commute around old quarter. The staff is polite and helpful.

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices. Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful

The hotel is in the city center close to many convenient stores, monuments etc. The staff is always smiling and dedicated. Good breakfast. Recommanded :)

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool seemed to be dirty so I didn't try it, but the rooftop provided great views of the area! Would definitely stay again.

베트남에 3주동안 있는동안 5개의 호텔에 있었는데 가장 만족도가 높은 호텔이었습니다! 항상 깨끗하고 조식도 퀄리티가 엄청 높습니다 높은 건물의 뷰도 끝내줍니당! 유명 관광지도 모두 가까운 곳에 있으며 풀빌라보다 더 만족하니 이루어 말할 수가 없네요! 그리고 직원들이 정말 매너있고 친절한데 특히 이 호텔의 직원인 Mr. Dylan은 베트남 사람중에 최고로 친절하고 상냥합니다!! 베트남에 오면 매번 이 호텔을 이용할것 같아요 강추!!!
