Fantastico
DDenden CustodioHa avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Nustar Hotel Cebu. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e bellissime, con splendide viste sul mare. Il servizio era eccezionalela gente era attenta, calda, e professionale. Le strutture, soprattutto la piscina e le opzioni di cena, hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più memorabile. Certamente uno dei migliori posti per soggiornare a Cebu. Molto consigliato!

EExtraordinaire_spicymommaBest family hotel. All staffs from reception, to bell boys to the restaurants are all so welcoming and accommodating. They have this huge kidzone play place for kids and attendants are so caring , attentive and kind. We really enjoyed all the resorts facilities. My son & niece enjoyed the pool , beach and kidzone. U should join their Shangrila membership to get gift like snorkel set use, ice cream or the 2hr pass from kidzone which is really the best of the 3.

LLee YaroSiamo stati a Seda durante il fine settimana per celebrare il giorno di San Valentino. Il soggiorno era buono e ci è stato permesso di uscire tardi alle 1 pm.
La palestra non è grande ma abbastanza buona. Ci è anche una piscina.
La posizione è buona
Il buffet per la colazione potrebbe essere meglio perché il cibo era abbastanza olio.
In generale, rimarremmo a Seda se ritorneremo qui in futuro.

UUtente ospiteHad an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Cebu with my kids! It’s totally family-friendly—rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff were so warm, polite, and always happy to help. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the meals were delicious too. Great location, easy to get around. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Cebu!

UUtente anonimoWe booked two rooms for 7 nights at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan. We are two families traveling together with three young children and a pregnant wife. We were excited for a relaxing vacation, but after just 4 days, we wanted to check out early.
The hotel agreed to refund only one room (around 900–1000 USD), but refused to refund the second room. This decision was made even though the hotel is completely full (Chinese New Year, peak season). Our rooms could have been sold to other guests immediately, so there was no financial risk to the hotel.
Why We Wanted to Leave Early:
1. Food Issues (Very Important for Muslim Families)
The hotel is in an isolated location with no restaurants nearby. The on-site restaurants serve mostly spicy Asian food, often containing pork. As Muslim families with young children, we cannot eat spicy food or pork. This made every meal a struggle.
2. Transportation (A Nightmare)
Getting a taxi is extremely difficult.
· When we wanted to leave the hotel to go to the city, we often waited over an hour for a taxi.
· When we tried to return to the hotel from the city (like Cebu), we waited up to 2 hours because drivers refuse to come to this hotel.
· Even within the Mactan area, finding a taxi was not easy.
· The hotel offers a transfer service, but it costs 2–3 times more than a regular taxi. For a family, this is not a practical solution.
3. Maintenance Issues
On the very first day, we reported that the sink was clogged – water drained very slowly. We were promised it would be fixed. After 3 days, nothing had been done.
On day 3, I personally told the General Manager, Mr. Robin Bernard, about the problem. He said: ”No problem, I will solve it.”
But even after his promise, nothing happened.
Finally, on day 4, housekeeping came to our room. We showed them the problem by running the water. They saw it immediately and called an engineer, who fixed it within 20 minutes.
Mr. Bernard's promise meant nothing. The regular staff fixed it.
Our Conversation with Management
We requested an early checkout. Mr. Ross Bautista genuinely tried to help us. He suggested a possible refund for one room and arranged a meeting with his superior to discuss our case.
That meeting was with General Manager Robin Bernard. Here is what happened:
· He claimed he ”knew the situation”, but could not explain any details. We had to tell him everything again: about the children, the pregnant wife, the food, the transportation.
· Throughout the conversation, he was arrogant and condescending. It felt like he was not listening, just waiting for us to finish.
· We explained that the hotel was fully booked (Chinese New Year, peak season), so letting us leave early would not hurt his business. The rooms would be sold again immediately.
· His response was shocking. He looked at us and said, word for word:
”You should not think about my business. It's my concern.”
Then, one minute later, when we asked for understanding, he said:
”I have to think about my business.”
There is no logic. It felt like he just wanted to show his power and punish us for asking.
The result? Nothing changed. Ross Bautista tried, but his hands were tied. Robin Bernard simply confirmed his original decision and showed zero empathy.
As long as Mr. Robin Bernard is the General Manager, we will never return to this hotel. His arrogance, empty promises, and complete lack of care for families with children and special dietary needs are destroying the reputation of this Sheraton.
To other Muslim families or anyone traveling with young children: I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. Here, your needs will be ignored if the manager does not feel like helping.

PPaNicIl resort è curatissimo e il personale è impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia perfetta. La stanza carina, il bagno enorme e comodissimo tuttavia sia in camera che in bagno l'odore di umido è molto forte nonostante l'aria condizionata funzioni molto bene e ci siano anche ottimi ventilatori a soffitto. Comunque il letto e le lenzuola non odorano di umido e quindi va molto bene. Il letto e i cuscini sono conodi. La colazione è pazzesca! La scelta è infinita sia per occidentali che asiatici. La quaita' del cibo e del servizio molto alta. La spiaggia è curata, si può fare snorkelling in una area ristretta e cintrollata, comunque nulla di che...la piscina è bella anche se troppo affollata. In generale non è una location particolarmente interessante e i dintorni del resort sono proprio in pessime condizioni e il traffico è terribile per cui i tempi di percorrenza in auto sono lunghissimi.

UUtente ospiteStaff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

AAnna SavolainenHotel non è nuovo ma ben tenuto e pulito. Il personale è molto bello, amichevole e utile. La piscina infinita è grande. Tutto in buono valore per soldi.
La mia unica denuncia è la situazione del secchio dei capelli. Ovviamente è una questione minore, ma purtroppo molto comune per gli hotel: il secchio dei capelli è piuttosto inutile e non può essere utilizzato nel bagno o proprio davanti a uno specchio.

UUtente ospiteI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

RRica MaffieSiamo rimasti principalmente per l'attrazione del cielo.
Sulla base delle recensioni passate, ero preoccupato per questioni come l'acqua calda, ma la doccia ha funzionato bene e la stanza ha superato le mie aspettative per il prezzo.
Vorrei sicuramente restare ancora :)
