JjhoebiUno dei migliori hotel è stato a. 5/5 per me.. Molto buon servizio e buon cibo e colazione è fantastico. adoro il loro champagne. sicuramente uno dei miei migliori viaggi a Cebu. È preoccupato di viaggiare anche il suo quote lontano dall'aeroporto. La stanza è così pulita e spaziosa. Amiamo la loro sala dirigenziale. Lo consiglio certamente alla mia famiglia e ai miei amici.

MMasaki07I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak.
This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well.
We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit?

UUtente anonimoWe booked two rooms for 7 nights at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan. We are two families traveling together with three young children and a pregnant wife. We were excited for a relaxing vacation, but after just 4 days, we wanted to check out early.
The hotel agreed to refund only one room (around 900–1000 USD), but refused to refund the second room. This decision was made even though the hotel is completely full (Chinese New Year, peak season). Our rooms could have been sold to other guests immediately, so there was no financial risk to the hotel.
Why We Wanted to Leave Early:
1. Food Issues (Very Important for Muslim Families)
The hotel is in an isolated location with no restaurants nearby. The on-site restaurants serve mostly spicy Asian food, often containing pork. As Muslim families with young children, we cannot eat spicy food or pork. This made every meal a struggle.
2. Transportation (A Nightmare)
Getting a taxi is extremely difficult.
· When we wanted to leave the hotel to go to the city, we often waited over an hour for a taxi.
· When we tried to return to the hotel from the city (like Cebu), we waited up to 2 hours because drivers refuse to come to this hotel.
· Even within the Mactan area, finding a taxi was not easy.
· The hotel offers a transfer service, but it costs 2–3 times more than a regular taxi. For a family, this is not a practical solution.
3. Maintenance Issues
On the very first day, we reported that the sink was clogged – water drained very slowly. We were promised it would be fixed. After 3 days, nothing had been done.
On day 3, I personally told the General Manager, Mr. Robin Bernard, about the problem. He said: ”No problem, I will solve it.”
But even after his promise, nothing happened.
Finally, on day 4, housekeeping came to our room. We showed them the problem by running the water. They saw it immediately and called an engineer, who fixed it within 20 minutes.
Mr. Bernard's promise meant nothing. The regular staff fixed it.
Our Conversation with Management
We requested an early checkout. Mr. Ross Bautista genuinely tried to help us. He suggested a possible refund for one room and arranged a meeting with his superior to discuss our case.
That meeting was with General Manager Robin Bernard. Here is what happened:
· He claimed he ”knew the situation”, but could not explain any details. We had to tell him everything again: about the children, the pregnant wife, the food, the transportation.
· Throughout the conversation, he was arrogant and condescending. It felt like he was not listening, just waiting for us to finish.
· We explained that the hotel was fully booked (Chinese New Year, peak season), so letting us leave early would not hurt his business. The rooms would be sold again immediately.
· His response was shocking. He looked at us and said, word for word:
”You should not think about my business. It's my concern.”
Then, one minute later, when we asked for understanding, he said:
”I have to think about my business.”
There is no logic. It felt like he just wanted to show his power and punish us for asking.
The result? Nothing changed. Ross Bautista tried, but his hands were tied. Robin Bernard simply confirmed his original decision and showed zero empathy.
As long as Mr. Robin Bernard is the General Manager, we will never return to this hotel. His arrogance, empty promises, and complete lack of care for families with children and special dietary needs are destroying the reputation of this Sheraton.
To other Muslim families or anyone traveling with young children: I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. Here, your needs will be ignored if the manager does not feel like helping.

JJaneCherviakovaThe hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is true and very convenient. You're greeted with live music at the entrance. Security is present: security checkpoints, baggage scanning, and guards with dogs.
The hotel has its own beach and three entrances to the sea. The water is crystal clear, fish swim right off the shore, and life jackets are free. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are water slides, a kids' club, and a huge playroom. You can even leave your child with a nanny (for an additional fee). There are daily activities for both children and adults, including arcade machines, air hockey, and morning yoga.
Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly.
The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent.

UUtente ospiteStaff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

UUtente ospiteI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

JJpg ZanoriaLa nostra stanza a Dusit Thani era molto piacevole, le camere erano confortevoli, la proprietà era ben mantenuta e l'atmosfera generale soddisfa le nostre aspettative per un soggiorno rilassante.
Tuttavia, l’esperienza di check-in era piuttosto difficile, e non ero presente fisicamente durante l’ispezione, mentre la mia famiglia mi precedeva. Nonostante l'invio di un'e-mail e la chiamata per autorizzarli, il desktop frontale non ha consentito alla mia famiglia di accedere a me, causando inutili inconvenienti e ritardi.
Pur comprendendo l'importanza della sicurezza, il processo mi ha reso troppo rigido e mi ha reso incomodo con la mancanza di flessibilità e fiducia che si estende agli ospiti, soprattutto per le prenotazioni pre-riservate e confermate con una comunicazione chiara.
Per gli ospiti che prenotano più camere o che arrivano separatamente, consiglio vivamente di registrare gli ospiti che verranno a soggiornare in ogni camera in anticipo per evitare problemi simili.
In generale, il soggiorno stesso è stato piacevole, ma spero che l'hotel possa migliorare le procedure di check-in per essere più accogliente, pur mantenendo la sicurezza.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is so grand, everything looks fancy, aesthetic and expensive . The staff wears uniforms, everyone looks tidy and sharp. Staff are polite and easy to approach. The view from room 1535 is spectacular. I can see the sea, a small community, another building and part of the city. The room is well maintained, clean and tidy. Everything is inside. Free coffee, shampoo, body wash, soap, 2 towels, 1 small towel, 2 bottled water, hot water, tv, CR, bathroom, safety deposit box, very big window . My family was very happy during their overnight staycation.
