The position is perfect, just walking distance from IT patk where you can get all restaurants and goos night life. The hotel is very nice, clean and new, rooms are though a bit old style and would need renovation.

Con la mia famiglia, abbiamo trascorso sei giorni al Badian resort e lo consiglio ;vivamente a tutti per: Cortesia, pulizia. Luogo paradisiaco. Lo staff molto attivo e cortese, Cris ci ha consigliato molto per quel che riguarda le escursioni ed e molto attento al benessere degli ospiti al ristorants lo staff, gentile, cortese, con Glazia che ciconsigliava sulle specialità proposte dallo chef. Tutto lo staff (spa compresa)), ha veramente a cuore, che il soggiorno di tutti gli ospiti, sia sereno, rilassante ed indimenticabile. Grazie ragazzi, continuate cosi!

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.

L'hotel è accogliente, pulito e le persone sono tutte molto accoglienti, soprattutto Denev e Rona del Front Desk! Sono molto gentili e forniscono un servizio soddisfacente all'ospite. Kudos a Rona che mi ha aiutato a prendere foto, lei è così gentile e utile e sempre sorridente che può illuminare l'atmosfera e contribuire a una vibrazione positiva.. Uno menzionato a Deneb, che mi ha fatto il cuore pigro con la sua voce e gesto accogliente, soprattutto durante il colazione.

È stata una bella esperienza, mi è stato chiesto di prenotare un hotel per mia zia dall'estero! E la prenoto in questo hotel, ero molto felice coz lei era molto soddisfatta del suo soggiorno.. frm il personale al vry delizioso colazione servito! Vuole rimanere qui di nuovo in vacanza

One word to describe Bluewater Sumilon Island would be PARADISE! We were greeted by a mild-mannered receptionist (if i remember it right, Kevin) before we hopped on the boat. Sit on the first row, if you wish to enjoy the water splashes. We didn't mind as we were still wearing our swimmers from our whaleshark experience. We got there about 1pm, the room was ready about 3pm, but no trouble, because we enjoyed alone time in the infinity pool, took a nap on the daybeds, enjoyed a ”must order” halo halo on a buko, and fruit smoothies! What makes this place awesome is the staff, from the pool guy who picks up every leaf falling on the water, to the porters who helped our bags, to the friendly people at the reception and the dining area, even the nice ladies at the Amuma lounge. William's smile and attentive service is really heart warming. I'm not surprised why he's popular! Security is spot on! My husband flew a drone in front of our room and was told off 10 seconds later, which we are ok to abide. When snorkelling, I highly recommend getting a guide to the marine sanctuary. It's so worth it! It's good that the guides protect the sanctuary. There are only areas where you can snorkel, but plenty of fish, corals and clown fish. We stayed in premier deluxe room, which was very spacious, closest to the sandbar and best spot to watch the sunrise. Buffet dinner and breakfast are really good with plenty of options. Highly recommend, but would stay for more than 1 night next time.

E'la prima volta che so se dovrei chiedere la pulizia della stanza - sono deluso. Ma se la persona che si trova in quella parte deve sapere, è scomodo. Il personale è molto gentile. Mi ha sempre trattato con un sorriso luminoso. La colazione era così semplice, ma il servizio era buono e il caffè era delizioso. Penso che proverò un altro menu. In generale, è un hotel che deve essere valutato dal costo.

Tutto a livello atteso, tranne uno, ma piuttosto critico per me, è un sistema di condizionamento dell'aria coperto in forma. Ha avuto gravi implicazioni per me - sono allergico a mollare e ho avuto gravi allergie poche ore dopo l'arrivo, mentre non riuscivo a capire cosa l'ha causata. La stanza era molto umida e profumata, quindi spero che il condizionamento dell'aria risolverà un problema tra poche ore, ma si aggraverà notevolmente. Ho un altro posto assegnato dopo aver identificato la ragione (foto allegato); il posto alternativo aveva meno problemi (ovviamente non ha odore), ma il sistema di condizionamento dell'aria era coperto anche in forma. Anche la piscina era in manutenzione, ciò che non era stato annunciato mentre prenotava... viaggiare con un bambino, avrei prenotato un altro hotel se avessi questa informazione.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

L'hotel più economico che potessi trovare. Rimasto per 15 giorni. Le camere erano al quarto piano bellissime e pulite. Dico le camere perché la metà strada attraverso il nostro soggiorno il nostro aria condizionata è uscito così siamo stati trasferiti (gratuito) in un'altra stanza. I dipendenti erano tutti gentili e disposti ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. La posizione è bella. Quasi vicino al centro commerciale Ayala e l'area generale è sicura e facile da navigare/trovare il trasporto sotto forma di jeep o autobus. La decorazione è un po' insolita e antiquata. Quel beige sulle pareti è l'unica cosa che non mi piace. Non è affatto un hotel 5 stelle, ma è un'operazione per il suo prezzo(15 euro per notte) chiunque sarebbe stupido passare. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Cebu su un bilancio. Non abbiamo gustato la loro cucina o visitare il loro giardino.
