From the warm welcome, birthday cake, and room upgrade to your exceptional hospitality, every detail made our family feel so special. It was a beautiful and memorable staycation for our senior parents and their grandkids. We’ll always treasure this experience.

It was our first time at NUSTAR. We only stayed for one night. It was a birthday suprise for my wife. She loved it and so did I. The suite we had was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of details put into designing these suites. Very well done. The mall was great, all high to higher end stores which explains why not many customers in the stores. The 2nd floor had several restaurants. All were very busy which is good to see. We wanted to do the sky walk however it is by reservation only and they had already sold out for the day, so book that early if you want to do. The ****** was fun. First time for my wife. It was clean and very similar to all other casinos.We are already making plans to come back in December for a week, so I would highly recommend it. As for the cost, probably out of reach for most Filipinos however for foreigners it is very affordable. Just remember it is a high class place with standards and a dress code.

Our stay at the resort was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and accommodating assistance as they made every effort to fulfill our requests. The added amenities in the garden, including archery, badminton, and a chess set, were a fantastic bonus that enhanced our experience. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and our hotel room was spotless, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant visit. We are particularly grateful for the staff's thoughtful reminder about the local celebration on our checkout day. Their timely advice to allocate extra travel time to the airport due to potential road blockages was crucial and very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and made wonderful memories at the resort. If there's one aspect we would highlight for improvement, it would be our room allocation. We had originally booked a balcony ocean view room, but were given a room with only a partial ocean view due to high occupancy. While this was a bit disappointing, we believe this is more of a management issue rather than a reflection on the hardworking ground staff who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, our experience at the resort was fantastic, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff made it unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again in the future and hope to enjoy the full ocean view we initially anticipated.

È al centro di alcune diverse aree di attrazione, quindi ha funzionato bene per me personalmente. San Valentino è uno svantaggio per chi viaggia da solo basandosi solo sui ristoranti. Questo perché è occupato e con offerte speciali per due. Ero al ristorante della bistecca che praticamente faceva pagare lo stesso importo per meno cibo con solo un menu alla carta come opzione e nessuna modifica per ottenere gli articoli offerti nel menu fisso. Indipendentemente da ciò, il personale di Twilight, della piscina, della reception e della porta/concierge è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma estremamente pulite e attrezzate. I panorami e le aree salotto sono bellissimi. Il traffico a Cebu è piuttosto agitato, ma sono rimasta lontana dalla NewTown a causa del traffico di San Valentino. Si consiglia una guida turistica per la giornata poiché ci sono così tante direzioni da percorrere. L'hotel in sé aveva il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo e servizi per la zona.

Il resort è curatissimo e il personale è impeccabile da tutti i punti di vista. Pulizia perfetta. La stanza carina, il bagno enorme e comodissimo tuttavia sia in camera che in bagno l'odore di umido è molto forte nonostante l'aria condizionata funzioni molto bene e ci siano anche ottimi ventilatori a soffitto. Comunque il letto e le lenzuola non odorano di umido e quindi va molto bene. Il letto e i cuscini sono conodi. La colazione è pazzesca! La scelta è infinita sia per occidentali che asiatici. La quaita' del cibo e del servizio molto alta. La spiaggia è curata, si può fare snorkelling in una area ristretta e cintrollata, comunque nulla di che...la piscina è bella anche se troppo affollata. In generale non è una location particolarmente interessante e i dintorni del resort sono proprio in pessime condizioni e il traffico è terribile per cui i tempi di percorrenza in auto sono lunghissimi.

This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere al Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, e in generale, è stata una bella esperienza. Il resort è in un luogo incredibile, circondato da acque blu chiare che creano un perfetto contesto per il relax. L'ambiente tranquillo lo ha reso una scelta ideale per una rapida mossa. Il centro è ben mantenuto, con un bel paesaggio e comodo comfort. Il sereno imposte davvero migliora l'esperienza generale, rendendolo un grande luogo per rilassarsi per un soggiorno di due notti. Una delle nostre evidenze è stata la cortesia del personale, che ha portato alla ricezione e alle persone che si sono recitate a casa, e che hanno accolto con piacere i ragazzi della piscina, aggiungendovi alla vibrazione rilassata del resort. Tuttavia, ho trovato che l'alimentazione necessita di un notevole miglioramento, mentre le opzioni alimentari erano ampia, la qualità e la varietà non erano attese. Per migliorare veramente l'esperienza degli ospiti, ritengo che sia necessario prestare maggiore attenzione al menu e alla preparazione dei cibi, aspetto che svolgerebbe un ruolo cruciale nella mia decisione di ritornare. Un altro settore che richieda attenzione è la comunicazione sulle viaggi e sulle attività, ma purtroppo spesso ci siamo ripresi in direzione verso i posti sbagliati, solo verso un'altra parte dell'isola. Informazioni più chiare su dove andare per le escursioni sarebbero molto utili per gli ospiti. In sintesi, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort è una bella destinazione con un'atmosfera rilassante e un personale amichevole, ma miglioramenti nella qualità alimentare e una comunicazione più chiara sulle attività sono essenziali per una esperienza più soddisfacente. Con questi adeguamenti, potrei vedere che tornavo, perché le incredibili opinioni e il clima di pace sono veramente lodevoli.

Amo questo posto perché è una grande proprietà con molte parti e cose diverse da fare. Ci sono davvero molte piscine, un parco aquatico, un'isola infiammabile su una grande piscina, una sala da gioco, un bar, un ristorante, un negozio di souvenir (che vende anche medicinali di base e i servizi igienici), bagni, un giardino, la spiaggia davanti. Se siete una famiglia con figli di diverse età e anche se avete nonni in arrivo, sarebbe perfetto. Non sono sgualdrine con sedie da letto e in una piscina, si può giocare a volleyball. Le loro camere sono di buona dimensione e sono dotate di un piccolo rif, asciugacapelli, una caramella e un tè e caffè gratis. Il loro buffet di colazione è fantastico con tanti cibi e bevande da scegliere. C'è una macchina per il contante BDO e il loro personale è molto utile e gentile. Prendere cibo non è consentito per consegnare al lobby, possono solo farlo alla porta della proprietà e mentre non è lontano da camminare lì, si può chiedere di trasportare gratuitamente per portare la vostra ordinazione e poi tornare al lobby. Essi prendono anche carte di credito e stazioni idriche in ogni piano dove si può riempire le bottiglie d'acqua. Ci sono 2 grandi bottiglie d'acqua in ogni stanza. Credo che l'unica questione che ho è che ho percepito questo resort come familiare a causa delle molte attività per diverse età, ma le nostre camere sono state dotate di bagni con parete di vetro dove una persona fuori dal bagno può tirare i ciechi. Quando ho prenotato le camere, non si diceva che la camera sarebbe stata simile. Vorrei che fossero distinte durante la prenotazione, in modo che le persone che non vogliono che le camere siano simili possano evitarlo.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.
