Hotel 3 stelle a Cebu

очень хороший небольшой отель (позиционирует себя как бутик). прекрасное питание. цены несколько выше чем скажем в городке, но не сильно. уборка, обслуживание и проч. на уровне. есть свой небольшой но очень красивый риф с кучей живущих там черепах (правда заход в воду не супер, но там везде так) надо и минусы упомянуть: 1. в душе в номере на 2 этаже ну совсем слабый напор воды, ну просто тонкая струйка (и холодной и горячей) 2. далеко от аэропорта (но хорошие места на Себу всегда так :( ) спасибо хозяину отеля Майку за прекрасно проведенное время и внимание к гостям! :)

The price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

Siamo stati lì con mia figlia solo per alcuni giorni e abbiamo trascorso del tempo a prendere il brevetto subacqueo PADIS grazie all'allenatore Lin e al responsabile del centro immersioni John, a visitare il pittoresco mercato alimentare di Mallball e a osservare la vita locale in riva al mare. L'acqua del mare è limpida come il vetro, con una ricca fauna marina anche vicino alla spiaggia, e i dintorni sono fantastici: montagne, vegetazione tropicale, ristoranti e hotel di lusso lungo la spiaggia e, naturalmente, le barche locali dall'aspetto rustico e incantevole. Il cibo era delizioso, il personale cordiale. Tutto era il massimo!

L'hotel è bello per soggiornare. Molto amichevole con la coppia che ci ha soggiornato. Ho regalato questa prenotazione alla coppia di novelli sposi. Grazie mille Dio benedica Eloisa

Abbiamo dovuto trovare una corteccia che è vicino e conveniente vicino all'evento del luogo e trovato Kojo in viaggio. La posizione si sente comoda e confortevole. Solo a piedi da City Timesquarr e Parkmall. Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo a Kojo Hotel!

Vivo qui in McTan.Anche se è un po' lontano dal contea di hotel vacanze, è situato nella nuova zona urbana, l'ambiente è pulito e pulito, e può raggiungere il supermercato, negozi convenienti, piazza di cibo, farmacie e negozi facili da vivere.E'facile da fiorire. Mi piaceva la mia stanza. Era pulita, ben mantenuta e molto comoda. La doccia aveva un'acqua calda e una forte pressione, il Wi-Fi era affidabile, e l'AC funzionava bene. La maggior parte del personale era attenta e utile, tranne nel desk front, che era deludente. L’iscrizione era alle 2:00. Invece di aspettare nel lobby, gli ho detto che sarei al caffè e mi sono chiesto di essere informato una volta che la mia stanza era pronta; ma anche dopo le 2:00, dovevo tornare al lobby e ancora aspettare prima che la stanza mi fosse data. Durante il check-out, mi sono verificato presto e mi è stato detto di prendere un posto mentre lavoravano il mio deposito. Ho aspettato 30 minuti, e se non avessi seguito di nuovo, credo che avrei aspettato ancora più, come sembravano aver completamente dimenticato che stavo aspettando. Oltre a queste questioni di front desk, il resto del mio soggiorno era terribile.

The room we stayed in was very nice. Super clean and big enough. The location was great. Lots of food options to satisfy anyone’s needs and curiosity. I’d recommend the place right across the street which has a few options for Filipino BBQ. Or you can go to new town and drink expensive coffee at Starbucks. Whatever satisfy your fancy.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
