Hotel 3 stelle a Cebu

Geweldige resort. Vriendelijk personeel. Regelen een scooter voor je. Deze heb je wel nodig omdat het wat afgelegen ligt. Prijzen voor het a la card eten was prima, niet te duur. Rid voor de deur. Snorkel en flippers bij de receptie. Strandbedjes en parasol, private beach.

L'hotel e il personale hanno fatto molto bene durante il festival Sinulog! Hanno organizzato un workshop e hanno fornito regali e souvenir. È anche molto vicino a una delle aree principali del festival. L'unica delusione è stata la kaldereta che abbiamo ordinato dalla cucina, che era ridicolo poco (1 pezzo di carne). Tuttavia ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. Il secchiere ha bisogno di un pagamento aggiuntivo di 100 peso per notte.

Abbiamo adorato soggiornare in questa posizione. La nostra camera era proprio sull'acqua, con viste mozzafiato sia al mattino che alla sera. Ampio spazio per riporre le cose e bagno spazioso. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo centro immersioni che noleggia anche attrezzature per lo snorkeling di ogni tipo fino a tarda notte. La piscina era pulita e c'era persino un bar all'interno. Il nostro unico problema è stata la bassissima pressione dell'acqua nella doccia, che ha reso un po' difficile lavare i capelli lunghi. Anche se siete lontani dalla strada principale della città, a circa 8 minuti a piedi troverete alcuni altri hotel/ristoranti e attività ricreative proprio accanto all'ingresso dell'hotel.

I loved my stay here and I felt my studio room was very specious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Rooms cleaned daily. The hotel also has a nice and reasonably priced café, a small swimming pool for relaxing and a gym. There are spas, restaurants and a mall just in walking distance. Staff was nice and arranged a free ride for me to the airport at the end of my stay.

Abbiamo dovuto trovare una corteccia che è vicino e conveniente vicino all'evento del luogo e trovato Kojo in viaggio. La posizione si sente comoda e confortevole. Solo a piedi da City Timesquarr e Parkmall. Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo a Kojo Hotel!

Abbiamo davvero voluto amare questo alloggio! Ci sono certamente alcuni elementi fantastici qui, e vorrei sottolineare innanzi tutto i positivi. La squadra di servizio clienti era meravigliosa e genuina impegno a risolvere le nostre preoccupazioni, che apprezzavamo. La stanza stessa, una volta finalmente si è sistemata, era molto comoda! Abbiamo goduto della bella vista, e il letto e le lamelle erano assolutamente grandi, portando a un buon sonno di notte. Questi fattori sono stati in ultima analisi perchè siamo stati in grado di completare confortevolmente la nostra prenotazione 3-day. Tuttavia, devo essere assolutamente sincero con l'esperienza iniziale, e è stato assolutamente inaccettabile e deludente che la stanza assegnata al check-in si sentisse completamente in preparazione per la nostra arrivo. ⚠️ Il viaggio verso la stanza, pur chiaramente marcato, era ancora una lunga sfida, che ci ha costretto a navigare ”corridori, due ascensori e un forte odore chimico”, solo per arrivare in una stanza che, purtroppo, ha odore distintamente di rifiuti. Questa scoperta iniziale, dopo quella lunga strada, era veramente inquietante, e spero sinceramente che il team non garantisca che ciò accada ai futuri ospiti. Abbiamo dato loro la possibilità di ripararlo, e ci hanno trovato graziosamente una nuova stanza in un piano superiore; mentre la nuova stanza era bella, il treno verso di essa era lungo, se non più, e aveva ancora una complessa rotta di corridoi e ascensori. Mi auguro che la direzione prenda questo feedback al cuore e si assicuri che la preparazione iniziale della stanza sia infettiva per tutti i futuri ospiti. In sintesi: fantastico, utile personale e una grande camera confortevole (una volta si trova), ma il viaggio verso la stanza e la preparazione iniziale della stanza richiedono un'attenzione seria e immediata.

Had a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

Biggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night.  Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

Il nostro soggiorno a Richmond Plaza Hotel è stato eccellente, voglio solo suggerire che vogliamo che avrebbero dei capelli blurante, Kettle all'interno della stanza tutto. il personale è anche bellooooo kudos!
