"We stayed at the Shanghai-La Mactan Cebu for a week. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with incredible employees- everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort has multiple daily activities including snorkeling which were great. We tried most of the restaurants and they were great! Acqua which was Italian was tasty ; Buko Bar was also yummy! Highly recommended for a relaxing hotel with good pools and calm environment."

"We just returned home from Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. It was our first time in Cebu. It was a short but great trip. The highlights: Accommodations: We chose Crimson because we frequent high-rise hotels when traveling and decided this time we wanted a villa/bungalow type of room. No hallways and no elevators. Crimson checked those boxes. They also accommodated our requests for a king bed and first floor room. Activities and amenities: Our daughter loved Crimzone and the children’s pool. It was hard to get her to leave. The Saturday foam party was fun and the pool staff were engaging. My wife and I both availed the spa and wow, we can see why they won an award for Best Value in Asia. The price was affordable while the quality of service was top-notch. Food: The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. My favorite item was the fruit and veggie smoothies. Who knew bakchoy and mango blend well together? But it was the attentive staff that really made breakfast a great experience. We tried the 24-hour room service and I swear the chicken club sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life 5/5! The lowlights: Here are some reasons why we are not giving Crimson an excellent review. 1. Overpriced/low quality food in Saffron during ala carte dinner. Our first night we arrived in the evening and were hungry. For two people (our daughter is a toddler) we paid over 5000php for an appetizer, 3 entrees, one beer and one bottle of water. Honestly, the price would be ok for this amount of food if the quality was better. I would suggest Aka or Enye for higher quality food although we didn’t try either. Saffron was empty that night and we found out why. 2. Distance to places/sites. Crimson is quite far for shopping or eating at other restaurants. We hired a private car for 3 hours and was only able to visit two sites and one pasalubong store. Luckily it was only moderate traffic on that Saturday. 2500php for a sedan for 3 hours was reasonable. 3. The gift shop is waaaay overpriced. 950php for a small tube of sunblock seemed very high even at a resort. We also wanted some souvenirs, but there wasn’t much variety at all. 4. Our room needed some TLC. The paint in the nice tub was chipping, the caulking in the showers could use a refresh and there was a huge ipis (roach) in the closet. Luckily we spent most of the time outside the room. 5. No floaties or life vests for toddlers to use, even for rental. Despite having almost everything else, this would have been a nice touch. 6. We came to Cebu for mangoes and lechon, but Crimson didn’t offer these items and again, because of distance, it would have been nice to have some at the hotel. The bottom line: We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others, however we would give them our full review so they are aware of the pros and cons. Thank you to the wonderful staff that made up for the minor issues we encountered!"

"I would definitely recommend the hotel; it was very well located. All the staff from different areas were amazingly kind to us, and they helped us with everything, making our stay easier and simpler. We were also there when the earthquake happened and all the stuff was very well prepared to calm down everybody and did their out most to make us feel safe. The food was also very good. Whole family had a great time there."

"Overall, excellent, really friendly and perfect for relaxing. The lagoon was fantastic, you could float on top of it for hours watching the sky change color. There's an on site bakery, food generally good and 24/7 service. Def worth the money. Lots of readily available activities to do too. Great service."

"È al centro di alcune diverse aree di attrazione, quindi ha funzionato bene per me personalmente. San Valentino è uno svantaggio per chi viaggia da solo basandosi solo sui ristoranti. Questo perché è occupato e con offerte speciali per due. Ero al ristorante della bistecca che praticamente faceva pagare lo stesso importo per meno cibo con solo un menu alla carta come opzione e nessuna modifica per ottenere gli articoli offerti nel menu fisso. Indipendentemente da ciò, il personale di Twilight, della piscina, della reception e della porta/concierge è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma estremamente pulite e attrezzate. I panorami e le aree salotto sono bellissimi. Il traffico a Cebu è piuttosto agitato, ma sono rimasta lontana dalla NewTown a causa del traffico di San Valentino. Si consiglia una guida turistica per la giornata poiché ci sono così tante direzioni da percorrere. L'hotel in sé aveva il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo e servizi per la zona."

"We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city."

"La terza mattina sono andato alla colazione a buffet dell'hotel e ho scelto un altro sapore. Dopo cena, siamo andati alla spiaggia dell'hotel per giocare. L'hotel ha fornito kayak gratuito per mezz'ora. Abbiamo anche preso il ginseng di mare, che era così denso e denso. La gente del posto ci ha detto che potevamo mangiarlo, ma è stato un peccato che non c'era modo di elaborarlo se l'hotel potesse fornirlo, quanto è buono il trattamento come in Cina. La sera puoi prendere il motoscafo dello staff dell'hotel fuori dall'isola e puoi prendere un autobus tuk-tuk alla porta. Se riesci a parlare con duecento persone, può portarti a Mobao Town, mangiare e fare shopping , e chiedigli di aspettarti e di riportarti indietro allo stesso prezzo. Molto felice. Dopo essere rimasto per tre giorni, la prima notte sono stato morso da una pulce e mi ha solo morso. Era a letto perché la mattina dopo avevo sempre delle macchie rosse in più sul corpo. Si spera che la gestione in questo settore venga rafforzata. Per il resto tutto soddisfacente. L'unico inconveniente è che i morsi delle pulci mi fanno prudere."

"Il personale è molto amichevole, così tanti ristoranti per cenare con voi potete esplorare le vostre opzioni molto bene. Anche la distribuzione del colazione è davvero buona. sicuramente tornerà ogni volta che saremo a Cebu. Grazie!"

"Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhon tino . I have stayed in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodation, friendly & helpful.. senza questo personale in sala da business class . Sono arrivato 2 minuti prima nel salone e comincio a mettere cibo sulla mia piastra e mi ha fermato e mi ha letteralmente detto che U CANT mangia ancora Perché non è 5pm!! E lui passava letteralmente da me e serviva acqua su tutti i bicchieri degli ospiti tranne me!! La mattina dopo la mia famiglia andò prima delle 7:00 e tutti i dipendenti erano carini e non era lì e il tempo di cena andò di nuovo presto e era così carino a loro e li serviva acqua e caffè.. La sera sono andata con tutta la mia famiglia e mi ha sorriso e non ci ha servito l'acqua di nuovo!!Ha un cucchiaio di libbre e occhi cinesi in uniforme nero. Il ricevimento è molto bello e è stato così amichevole e accogliente per tutti noi. Mia madre è un vecchio di 71 anni e a volte ha bisogno di aiuto, ma questo tipo di ricezione era davvero utile, tranne per quel personale brutto."

"Il resort Kandaya è sicuramente molto bellissimo e pulito. Offre molte attività da ARV, cavalli di ritorno, archeria, salto insulare e molti altri. Il colazione è delizioso e ha una varietà di cucina, soprattutto filippina. Il kayaking era il nostro preferito personale. E' solo una lunga strada da Cebu. Tuttavia, se ci troviamo di nuovo quella parte del mondo, sceglieremo questo resort in qualsiasi momento. Infine, la stanza era così elegante e moderno.. era solo sorprendente. Il letto è molto comodo."
