L'intero hotel ha 53 unici Riad, ogni Riad vive solo 2 persone, Il personale dell'hotel ha quasi 500 persone, anche in condizioni di pieno servizio, circa 4-1 rispetto agli ospiti, In sostanza, stai cercando il Marocco online. Molte immagini saranno sconvolte dall'hotel. Molte rosse sono la prima raccomandazione per il stile marocchino. Ma il prezzo è molto costoso. Durante il mio soggiorno in giugno, ho calcolato la stagione estiva. Sono il tipo di camera da soggiorno più basilare 𠮶, Ci vuole circa $14000 HK per una notte, ma non è mai il suo problema.😂 Esperienza di soggiorno personale: Poiché ogni camera è separata da una casa, il soggiorno deve essere anticipato o cadere sulle scale, E un hotel così nobile chiama la ricezione. Non parlerà inglese (la maggior parte di loro parlano francese, perché qui era una colonia francese). È molto semplice chiedere a chi riceverà la piscina di Liu. Pensa anche che non parlerai francese molto basso 😂, I dipendenti più alti si sentono più alti, Durante il soggiorno, ho provato a fare il ristorante asiatico di corsa, e il gusto è buono 😋 Inoltre, qui è davvero una buona carta da giocare, specialmente una spa 🥰, in realtà, ho anche un'altra piscina interna che mi piace molto, ma è solo che sta facendo la manutenzione...🥲 (sono stati sentiti parlare di manutenzione  tempo  ancora diversi mesi) - Signor Presidente, signore. - Signor Presidente, signore. - Signor Presidente, signore. - Signor Presidente, signore. ❣️ La persona pensa che il prezzo sia basso, a meno che non voglia davvero entrare nella foto, puoi vivere una notte. Caro Sofitel Marrakech Team, Come ospite leale che ha soggiornato a Sofitel Marrakech negli ultimi 15 anni, voglio esprimere il mio costante apprezzamento per il livello elevato di servizio, comfort e ospitezza che l'hotel offre costantemente. Le mie esperienze sono sempre state molto piacevoli, e per questo continuo a tornare anno dopo anno. Volevo condividere qualche feedback costruttivo sul prezzo per gli ospiti non residenti che visitano la piscina. Mi ha sorpreso di vedere il costo fissato a 1000 MAD per una visita di pomeriggio. Dopo aver visitato recentemente diversi hotel di prima classe 5-star a Dubai , tra cui luoghi come il Skypool Aura , ho trovato i loro prezzi di accesso alla piscina molto più ragionevoli, nonostante offrire esperienze e servizi premium simili o migliorati. Apprezzo pienamente la necessità di mantenere l'esclusività e la qualità, ma credo che una struttura tariffaria più accessibile sarebbe più adatta ai visitatori, pur mantenendo l'esperienza di lusso che Sofitel è noto. Grazie per aver preso in considerazione questo aspetto e mi aspetto che in futuro si possano attendere molti altri soggiorni più memorabili. Guarda calda, Soufiane Maadad

Un hotel molto prezioso, si può dire che è un momento luminoso per tutta la gita del Marocco. Ogni camera è un giardino indipendente Riad. Il servizio è gentile ma incantevole. Oltre al cibo generale, l'ambiente può essere detto senza provocazioni. Maraguash è in realtà molto male nel complesso. Posso dire che è un mondo in hotel e in hotel. Se Maraguash torna la prossima volta, pensa ancora di vivere qui!

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Molto buon hotel molto terreno, ci sono molte comodità di viaggio sopra. Io e i miei amici di viaggio d'affari ci interessano molto questo hotel!Vivremo la prossima volta.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel où l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Mention spéciale à l’espace enfant, véritable petit paradis pour les plus jeunes : coloré, sécurisé et parfaitement aménagé. L’animatrice Tima, douce, dynamique et très professionnelle, a su captiver les enfants avec des activités variées et créatives, leur offrant des journées pleines de rires et de découvertes. Grâce à elle, les parents peuvent profiter pleinement de leur séjour en toute sérénité.

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.

Quando stavo cercando un hotel intero con un cappuccio, l'ho trovato. Ci vorranno circa 20 minuti per prendere un taxi dalla città a 80MAD. Il taxi dall'hotel alla città è 150MAD. L'hotel ha anche un autobus per la città, ma vi suggeriamo di prendere un taxi perché il tempo è fissato e la prenotazione è completa quel giorno perché il viaggio unico 15MAD. Il personale del bar e del ristorante sono molto amichevoli e incantevoli. Le strutture di comodità non includono trappole, denti o ghiandole. Inoltre, poiché l'energia è una specifica europea, ho comprato un convertitore in un negozio dell'hotel 80MAD. Il ristorante è situato per la colazione, pranzo e cena, e si può bere vini bianchi, marroni e rossi senza limiti. Dal punto di vista del Giappone, questo prezzo non può avere questo tipo di strutture o servizi, quindi se si può accettare un calendario, vi consigliamo di lasciarla una volta.
