UUtente ospiteThe room wasn’t very clean, but the location is excellent and the price is good. There is a washing machine available. However, the bathroom drain doesn’t work well and needs to be manually cleared. Housekeeping is not done daily, if you need tissues or towels changed, you have to request it. Drinking water is not free; even the four bottles provided are charged separately at supermarket prices.

UUtente ospiteHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

MMiantianpaofuQuando ho prenotato l'hotel, era troppo presto. Ho prenotato un giorno più. Il capo era molto bravo. Mi ha restituito più prenotazioni quel giorno. Poiché sono arrivato in anticipo, la mia grande camera da letto non è ancora stata ritirata. Il capo mi ha aggiornato il modello di camera gratis. L'atteggiamento è molto buono. Lo spazio è molto pulito, l'aria condizionata è anche molto nuova, l'apparecchiatura è molto completa. Ho prenotato una stanza di intrattenimento per dieci persone con i suoi amici prima, e l'ultima volta era molto soddisfatto.E'anche conveniente viaggiare, ci sono negozi e hotel intorno.

HHahanezBuon hotel. Molto pulito e proprio sul lato della strada. Al fianco dell'hotel è McDonald e un piccolo negozio che ha un supermercato. Può prendere un rapido frutto o acqua per bere. Il personale dell'hotel è molto bello nonostante la barriera linguistica ancora disposto a tradurre e aiutare. L'hotel può anche fare tardi Check out, deve pagare 20 yuan per ogni ora. Ci siamo fermati fino a 5 pm a causa del volo notturno. Il servizio in camera pulisce anche la stanza quotidiana, pulisce asciugamani freschi e pulisce vasi.

Tutti i posti sulla navetta dall'aeroporto erano prenotati, quindi si sono offerti di rimborsarmi la tariffa del taxi (si prega di notare che c'è un importo massimo). E al momento del check-in, vi forniranno un kit di benvenuto con tutto il necessario per resistere al freddo di Harbin.

Their services are good and they are very friendly and welcoming to foreigners like myself. They have 24/7 front desk services. The aunties there are very calm and understanding.
