Hotel con colazione a Marrakesh

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Un hotel molto prezioso, si può dire che è un momento luminoso per tutta la gita del Marocco. Ogni camera è un giardino indipendente Riad. Il servizio è gentile ma incantevole. Oltre al cibo generale, l'ambiente può essere detto senza provocazioni. Maraguash è in realtà molto male nel complesso. Posso dire che è un mondo in hotel e in hotel. Se Maraguash torna la prossima volta, pensa ancora di vivere qui!

Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla bellezza della piscina e della spa del Riad Belikoss. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Marrakech in Marocco di soggiornare in questo riad. Il personale, Heba, Marwah, Mahmod e la persona che gestisce il posto, è stato fantastico, il loro servizio è stato ottimo e molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Lavorano con onore, dignità e cura per i loro ospiti... Apprezzo molto come hanno mantenuto la pulizia della stanza e dell'intero riad. Anche il cibo era ottimo, la stanza con aria condizionata era perfetta durante l'alta stagione estiva, la piscina era fresca per un tuffo e la lounge era rilassante per stare e guardare il calcio. 😊 Il posto si trova nel cuore del Riad ❤️, tutto è nelle vicinanze.

Ottima posizione, l'hotel ha un bell'aspetto. La piscina riceve il sole per un paio d'ore durante il giorno, quindi è possibile prendere il sole. Il personale è cordiale e la colazione offre una buona scelta. Tra i lati negativi: le camere sono molto datate. I sanitari sono in pessime condizioni, il gabinetto traballava ed era spaventoso sedersi, l'acqua della doccia non scaricava e si restava con l'acqua alle caviglie. Alcuni tavoli della colazione traballavano; lo abbiamo segnalato al personale, che si è limitato ad alzare le spalle.

L'hotel è bellissimo! Anche se non vai da nessuna parte sarebbe piacevole. La posizione è grande come è attaccata al Menara Mall, quindi tutto quello che potresti avere bisogno è vicino. Ho visitato un amico per il mio compleanno e sono arrivato in una camera molto ben organizzata con cuscini di compleanno felici e ho trovato anche una torta nella stanza la sera! Abbiamo anche usato il bagno e abbiamo avuto un bel trattamento di lusso. Il personale era molto accogliente e riuscito a prenotare noi e il servizio di lavanderia era anche molto veloce. In generale, mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno e lo consiglierei.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
