Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍
Loved the house pets 💕
Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

NnatqL'hotel è una vista turistica che vede una destinazione in sé - beautiful, extravagante e lussuoso. Dopo aver detto che, l'attuazione non è sempre coerente soprattutto nel lavoro di pittura. Le letti erano grandi e il colazione era davvero buono. L'hotel si collega alla macchina via cavo a Fansipan (deve vedere) e si trova in un centro di città. Controlla il ristorante Chic, il bar o il posto di tè alto sullo stesso piano e la zona della piscina.

DDaisyBubblesUn consiglio per il prossimo viaggiatore, inviate un'e-mail direttamente all'hotel dopo la prenotazione per confermare le vostre richieste. Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini.
L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.

UUtente anonimoWe really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa.

HhakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel is located in a strategic location, within an 10 minute walking distance (upslope is expected) of the Sapa Station (Sun plaza).
The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The shower has strong water pressure and a stable temperature.
The staff were extremely helpful. They can speak English very well. The hotel breakfast has different selections and live stations (eg., fried egg, omelette, pho noodle). They served the breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am at 5th floor, which is next to the hotel lobby.
We got a mountain view room and you can really see the nice view when there is not foggy. We don’t hear any noise from the street and the environmental within the hotel is quiet and peaceful.
We arrived at Sapa in the early morning (6am) and there is no room available for check-in. Therefore, we waited until 12pm and it was lucky that the staff allowing us early check in without extra charges. I also put a remark that it’s my husband birthday and the staff prepared a waffle cake and send to our room once we have checked in. Appreciated for the special arrangement and I would sincerely thank you the staff who really attentive to every notes from the guests.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its clean environment, great hospitality, and friendly staff.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨
The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!!
This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍

DDeeeeengdongÈ molto lontano dal centro, e la strada ha molte corse, quindi camminare dal centro della città all'hotel è difficile.
Tuttavia, è vicino al Cat Cat Village, rendendo facile visitare a piedi, e si può anche vedere parte del villaggio dall'hotel. ^^
Ho guardato tutti gli hotel di Sapa con una piscina, e questo è certamente al primo tre.
Mi piaceva anche che avessero strutture per la doccia disponibili dopo la nuoto o anche dopo l'iscrizione/uscita.

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato nel dormitorio e mi sono trovata molto bene, letto comodo, bagno e camera puliti, la colazione è ottima e i proprietari sono molto gentili e mi hanno aiutato a prenotare il mio bus per Hanoi. Inoltre la struttura è molto bella e anche la posizione è ottima, consiglio vivamente questo homestay!
