Fantastico
KKaye657Hotel is in the center of Sapa and makes it accessible to a lot of restaurants and tour group meet up place (Sapa Stone Church). This is also where the tram going to Fansipan is located. Hotel offers excellent hospitality service, complete amenities (In room: toiletries, towels, hair dryer; in hotel: gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, spa).

Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍
Loved the house pets 💕
Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

UUtente anonimoWe really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa.

Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini.
L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.

HhakiefTutto è stato sorprendente da check-in a bug-in al servizio, alla pulizia al colazione per vedere.
L'unico rilascio è stato la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno. È la testa di doccia più debole che abbia mai avuto. Lo stesso vale per il bagno che volevo usare, ma rinunciato quando solo metà del tubo è stato riempito dopo 30 minuti. Senza parlare per un prezzo così bello e il bagno che non ha funzionato nella sua finalità principale.
Forse sono sfortunato, forse è solo questa villa che non sono sicuro.

- Ottimo servizio con telefonata mattina e offerta per il servizio Bellboy per portare i bagagli al lobby quando abbiamo dovuto controllare molto prima
- Il servizio di pulizia della stanza era veloce ma anche inaspettato, mentre andammo a colazione e tornammo in una stanza pulita. Sarebbe bello se laxsik avesse un tag per la porta per indicarci se volevamo ”servizio della stanza” o no
- Dobbiamo andare a controllare molto presto, laxsik offerto per darci un completo set di colazione di uscita con frutta, sandwich e acqua in bottiglia

- Ci siamo trasferiti nel bungalow della famiglia con 2 camere da letto e bagni, non c'era gel da doccia per una delle camere e nessun condizionatore per l'altra stanza, sarebbe stato bello se entrambe le camere avessero le stesse strutture
- Alcuni piastrelle sul tetto della casa 10 non erano completamente intatto, quindi si sentiva insafe e freddo in cui si fece il bagno molto freddo
In generale abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a laxsik nonostante la vista sia bloccata dal buio per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno, gli alloggi compiuti per esso. Nota che è un 10-15mins guida alla città di Sapa così si aspetta di pagare 200.000 vnd per un taxi. Il ricevitore ti aiuterà a prenotare un conducente se non sei in grado di ottenere un Grab da alloggi a città. Il fuoco nel soggiorno è molto consigliato se si sta soggiornando durante la stagione fredda! Ci siamo apprezzati molto e abbiamo riscaldato i nostri cuori e corpi.

DDeeeeengdongÈ molto lontano dal centro, e la strada ha molte corse, quindi camminare dal centro della città all'hotel è difficile.
Tuttavia, è vicino al Cat Cat Village, rendendo facile visitare a piedi, e si può anche vedere parte del villaggio dall'hotel. ^^
Ho guardato tutti gli hotel di Sapa con una piscina, e questo è certamente al primo tre.
Mi piaceva anche che avessero strutture per la doccia disponibili dopo la nuoto o anche dopo l'iscrizione/uscita.

UUtente anonimoGreat hotel with a convenient location—within walking distance to Sun Plaza and other spots in Sapa town, though the walk there can be slightly uphill. The hotel is nicely situated between the town centre and attractions like Moana Cafe and the Alpine Coaster, making it easy to explore both sides of the area.
The rooms were comfortable and offered an amazing mountain view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Upon special request for a birthday, the hotel also arranged a complimentary cake and a hi-tea set, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Breakfast could be improved as the selection was quite limited, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and kindly prepared vegetarian fried rice for us upon request. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality and great views.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨
The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!!
This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍

CCindy DinhGreeted by warm friendly staffs, readily to assist with luggages and check in. Arrival was early and room was not ready.
We dined at the restaurant first, very impressed with the pumpkin soup and the coffee was very good! The same area serving buffet breakfast had a smaller option but was enough variety also very delicious photos, sticky rice and beef stew. A coffee machine was available to make a cappuccino. This is on level 5.
After brunch, the receptionist accommodated us to the room on level 6. The bed was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The room overlook out to the Sapa Stone Church.
Bathroom also clean with toiletries, plenty of coffee and tea provided. Although toilet paper wasnt enough they gave us another roll on request.
Overall, great prime location, theres a shortcut by taking the lift to level 1. This is the backdoor of the hotel and surrounding by many restaurants, cafes and Sun Plaza to Fanispan
