Hotel con colazione a Sa Pa

Siamo arrivati ​​molto presto, il personale della reception è stato molto efficiente e siamo entrati in camera alle 11:00. Camera, bagno, selezione di tè, accappatoi, tutto eccellente. Ma la caratteristica più straordinaria dell'hotel è la terrazza sul tetto. Vista incredibile, musica rilassante meravigliosa, arredamento bellissimo. Sapa è carina, non spettacolare, la periferia e i famosi villaggi autentici sono sporchi, brutti e pieni di spazzatura. Quindi l'hotel era un'oasi di civiltà in cui non vedevamo l'ora di tornare! La colazione era meravigliosa. Il miglior cappuccino, cioccolata calda e angolo per le omelette. Tutto il personale, estremamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Grazie

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Hotel era bellissimo. grande vista, spazioso. aveva un posto in fiamme, una bottiglia di vino complimentare, bagni. non difficile arrivare al centro della città e c'è un servizio buggy per il trasporto all'interno del resort. abbiamo avuto un grande tempo!

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Hotel molto carino e rilassante. Siamo arrivati ​​la mattina intorno alle 4+ e siamo rimasti sconvolti dal fatto che non possiamo raggiungere l'hotel a causa dei lavori stradali. Le auto non possono circolare, quindi dobbiamo fermarci sul cantiere e portare i nostri bagagli per camminare sulla strada accidentata (fangosa e molte pietre). Non è una lunga distanza, ma penso che la direzione dell'hotel dovrebbe avvisare i clienti perché è davvero una seccatura. Nel complesso, l'hotel è molto confortevole

La posizione di questo hotel è eccellente, proprio accanto al mercato di Sapa. Il lago di Sapa e il centro città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Non parla inglese, ma si riesce a comunicare benissimo tramite app di traduzione sul telefono. Del resto, anche il mio inglese è un po' arrugginito, e il traduttore vocale/testuale cinese-vietnamita è stato estremamente utile. La cosa più importante è che le camere sono grandi, pulite e con bagno privato, e il prezzo è anche molto conveniente. Ho prenotato una notte su Trip, poi un'altra direttamente con il proprietario, e dopo essere tornato da un'escursione a Ta Van, ho aggiunto una terza notte. L'hotel non è molto grande, ma dispone di un ascensore e al piano terra c'è un ristorante. Ho provato il pho di pollo per colazione e il riso fritto con gamberi per pranzo; erano entrambi buoni e a prezzi ragionevoli. Noleggiare una moto dal proprietario è anche molto conveniente: altre strutture chiedono 150k o più al giorno, lui ne chiede solo 120k. La moto, pur non essendo nuovissima d'aspetto, ha ottime prestazioni. L'ho noleggiata per andare a Ta Van, e nonostante le condizioni stradali fossero pessime in alcuni tratti, la moto ha superato tutto in sicurezza.
