Outstanding Service at Sapa Horizon Hotel We had a truly pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, thanks to the hotel’s excellent service and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Tom, who speaks fluent English and is extremely considerate and attentive to guests’ needs. He went out of his way to ensure our requests were well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was decent, offering a selected variety with thoughtful attention to guest preferences. Overall, the service level exceeded our expectations, and the staff’s genuine care made a real difference. One small area for improvement would be the shower water temperature at room 702, which was inconsistent during our stay. We hope the hotel can address this promptly. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. You're a short, easy 5-10 minute walk to the city centre, putting major attractions and shopping within easy reach. For longer trips, cheap Grab cabs are readily available right outside. The immediate area is very practical, with a halal restaurant directly in front—perfect for a quick, delicious meal without having to travel. Service & Amenities: Thefront desk staff were genuinely nice and helpful, providing a warm welcome. A unique perk is the hotel-affiliated massage service in the next building—a major plus for unwinding after a day of sightseeing without needing to search for a reputable spa elsewhere.

Huge Thanks to the receptionist Kelvin and room boy top notch service with extra miles handling our luggage. please give both of them a big bonus this year's performance review. 7 ⭐ For the management attention, the hotel room allocated for us at building 2 was damp not fresh. 3 ⭐ only!

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Had a lovely relaxing time at the resort. Just on the outskirts of Sapa Town, so it was very peaceful and quiet, away from the traffic and crowds. But still easily accessible by taxi/grab Wonderful helpful and efficient staff. From front desk to housekeeping. Front desk staff were super with recommendations for day trips, booking of tours and transport House keeping , bellboys were fast and efficient Every one was very friendly and helpful
