Hotel con balcone a Sa Pa

Da quando sono arrivato, questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative da camere di lusso, decorazioni elegante, letti più piccoli e toni tranquilli fatti per un perfetto ritiro. La stanza era pulita e la vista dal balcone era senza parole.  Quello che ha davvero messo a parte questo soggiorno è l’ambasciatore cliente dell’hotel, la signora Alissa, una professionista veramente attenta che ha agito come un concierge personale durante il mio soggiorno, che fornisce aggiornamenti proattivi sulle condizioni turistiche locali e partecipa alle mie esigenze sia Ogni giorno, ho ricevuto in tempo utile informazioni sui modelli e le condizioni meteorologiche nei luoghi turistici vicini. Questa informazione consapevole mi ha aiutato a pianificare i miei esercizi con fiducia. Infine, il GM, Steven Tan era così caldo, assicurando che l'ospite sia confortevole durante il tempo del colazione. Egli è da Singapore per la strada e aveva guidato il resort per 8 anni. Grande lavoro Steven!! La mia esperienza generale (eccellente) L’atmosfera dell’hotel era benvenuta e lucidata, raggiungendo l’equilibrio ideale tra lusso e comfort. Le strutture hanno reso facile da scongiurare, rimanere attive e esplorare il luogo turistico con fiducia. L’atteggiamento attento, quasi personale, dell’ambasciatore del cliente ha sollevato il soggiorno da eccellente a inoltrabile. Ho lasciato con meravigliose memorie e un forte senso di avere sperimentato una vera e propria ospitità e certamente tornerò più tardi quest'anno per esplorare luoghi che non ho visitato.

Siamo arrivati ​​molto presto, il personale della reception è stato molto efficiente e siamo entrati in camera alle 11:00. Camera, bagno, selezione di tè, accappatoi, tutto eccellente. Ma la caratteristica più straordinaria dell'hotel è la terrazza sul tetto. Vista incredibile, musica rilassante meravigliosa, arredamento bellissimo. Sapa è carina, non spettacolare, la periferia e i famosi villaggi autentici sono sporchi, brutti e pieni di spazzatura. Quindi l'hotel era un'oasi di civiltà in cui non vedevamo l'ora di tornare! La colazione era meravigliosa. Il miglior cappuccino, cioccolata calda e angolo per le omelette. Tutto il personale, estremamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Grazie

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

Il buffet di colazione del Ristorante Chapa Brasserie di Delasol è diviso in stazioni diverse. Il primo è il caffè/tea caldo e altre stazioni di bevanda. Succede da una tavola di tagli freddi, appetito di formaggio e salate. La prossima stazione è il pane, pasticceria e pancake corner. Dopo di che il contatore di calore altamente patrocinato per essere fatto per ordinare piatti di Pho e di uova. h altri piatti locali, ma più appoggiato sulla cucina internazionale. Infine, l'array principale di corso con una linea di piatti orientati asiatici è sufficiente per ogni palazzo di godere di mattina. In entrambi, ci siamo salutati con una sala da pranzo ben ispirata all'indocina con sedie in legno e cuoio. Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Valley View e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. Conveniente posizione con vista rinfrescante e un luogo tranquillo per soggiornare in vacanza. La stanza è pulita e confortevole con una terrazza migliore se vuoi controllare la vista. La colazione era deliziosa con stile di cucina a casa. In generale, questa è una scelta solida, e mi fermerò di nuovo qui.

La posizione di questo hotel è eccellente, proprio accanto al mercato di Sapa. Il lago di Sapa e il centro città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Non parla inglese, ma si riesce a comunicare benissimo tramite app di traduzione sul telefono. Del resto, anche il mio inglese è un po' arrugginito, e il traduttore vocale/testuale cinese-vietnamita è stato estremamente utile. La cosa più importante è che le camere sono grandi, pulite e con bagno privato, e il prezzo è anche molto conveniente. Ho prenotato una notte su Trip, poi un'altra direttamente con il proprietario, e dopo essere tornato da un'escursione a Ta Van, ho aggiunto una terza notte. L'hotel non è molto grande, ma dispone di un ascensore e al piano terra c'è un ristorante. Ho provato il pho di pollo per colazione e il riso fritto con gamberi per pranzo; erano entrambi buoni e a prezzi ragionevoli. Noleggiare una moto dal proprietario è anche molto conveniente: altre strutture chiedono 150k o più al giorno, lui ne chiede solo 120k. La moto, pur non essendo nuovissima d'aspetto, ha ottime prestazioni. L'ho noleggiata per andare a Ta Van, e nonostante le condizioni stradali fossero pessime in alcuni tratti, la moto ha superato tutto in sicurezza.
