Wybraliśmy znacznie droższą opcję niż przeciętne Homestay licząc na lepsze warunki i czystość. Zarezerwowaliśmy 4 pokoje z klimatyzacją, działa tylko jedna. W jednym z pokoi był rozwalony zamek. W kolejnym pokoju przeciekał dach, przez co było w nim bardzo dużo wilgoci i robactwa.
Zarezerwowaliśmy pokoje ze śniadaniem, jak się okazało kawa ani żaden inny napój nie jesteście śniadania, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dopier podczas opuszczania hotelu.
Sporym problemem było się porozumieć z kimkolwiek po angielsku.
Zarezerwowaliśmy dwie noce jednak opuściliśmy hotel po pierwszej nocy licząc na zwrot chociaż części pieniędzy, czego puki co się nie doczekaliśmy.

The location is remote and view is excellent. Enjoy the drive and view of the valley full of rice fields. The traditional herbl bath experience in the cold mountain weather was extremely refreshing. The spa service with tools is unique and the masseuse are very well trained as if gifted with a natural talent. The experience is extremely rejuvenating and relaxing. Felt connected to nature with traditional local architecture elements and view of the farms. Unlike any commercial spa salons in the cities and touristy.

This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru *******. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone to have to experience what we went through so I suggest that ******* remove this hotel from their site.
