My stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort was truly wonderful. The resort offers breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful design details that make the stay feel special. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also great, offering easy access to Sapa’s main attractions while still feeling quiet and secluded. Overall, a highly recommended resort for anyone visiting Sapa.

I had a wonderful stay at KK Hotel Sapa and really enjoyed my experience. One of the highlights was my room on the 16th floor, which offered beautiful panoramic views of the lush green valleys and mountains surrounding Sapa. Waking up to that scenery was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated having a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sapa. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Another feature I found very convenient was the hotel’s unique layout, with two lobbies—one on the 1st floor and another on the 15th floor. The 15th-floor lobby was especially useful because it made getting to the Muong Hoa Street area much easier and more convenient. It was nice not having to go all the way down to the main lobby when heading out to explore. Overall, KK Hotel Sapa offers spacious and comfortable rooms, stunning views, and a very convenient setup. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sapa.

Il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo fatto finora in Vietnam. Il personale è stato fantastico e ci ha viziati. Tutti erano gentilissimi. Anche il servizio di pulizia ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale, la camera era impeccabile. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti e una postazione per le uova, tutte deliziose. La palestra era ottima e molto bella, con una piscina riscaldata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico!

Un consiglio per il prossimo viaggiatore, inviate un'e-mail direttamente all'hotel dopo la prenotazione per confermare le vostre richieste. Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini. L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Il nostro soggiorno era fantastico!Abbiamo avuto 2 appartamenti e le viste erano semplicemente stupende! La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro della città e la passeggiata è circa 40-45 minuti e non è molto bello usare Grab quando vai al centro della città. Il colazione è sufficiente, ma trovo che il fatto che un caffè o un tè non siano inclusi sia un po' strano e non ha alcun senso, quindi dovrai pagare un'ulteriore per avere un caffè o un succo. Abbiamo anche cenato una volta - il cibo era .... Interrogabile ..... Questo ha detto - la signora che sta correndo il posto è molto gentile e lei ha sempre assicurato che avessimo tutto quello che avevamo bisogno! Molto utile, amichevole e attento! Grazie.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

Tutto è stato sorprendente da check-in a bug-in al servizio, alla pulizia al colazione per vedere. L'unico rilascio è stato la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno. È la testa di doccia più debole che abbia mai avuto. Lo stesso vale per il bagno che volevo usare, ma rinunciato quando solo metà del tubo è stato riempito dopo 30 minuti. Senza parlare per un prezzo così bello e il bagno che non ha funzionato nella sua finalità principale. Forse sono sfortunato, forse è solo questa villa che non sono sicuro.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)
