Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is beautifully designed — Bensley really created a masterpiece right in the heart of Sapa. Loved all the little details, the beautiful pool and the cosy atmosphere. The breakfast also offered a wide spread of selections. The service was also genuinely top-notch and everyone was so warm and attentive. Definitely one of our favourite stays in Sapa!

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a genuinely pleasant stay here! Staff were all welcoming and they even gave me a small gift + written a note for my birthday during my stay! Even my room was upgraded! Room was clean when we first checked in and cleanliness was kept during housekeeping. The room is pretty spacious and we could fit and open two large luggages comfortably. The toilet was also pretty nice and big, bonus points for having a bidet!! Air conditioning and water heater worked fine as well, we had no issues with that. Location is quite a walk to/fro Sapa Centre (about 15 minutes) but it was easy to book a Grab from the hotel. I only managed to take one picture at the hotel (my room view) but trust the room was true to the pictures! I would love to go back and stay here again! 😁💕

Questo bellissimo hotel si trova nella collina di sapa dove c'era una vista molto bella da ammirare dal balcone della vostra stanza Il benvenuto al tè ginger è stato molto buono.È un luogo molto conveniente, perché è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria a Fansipan Mountain Il colazione è semplice e sufficiente, puoi ordinare la zuppa di noodle, pancake, pancake, tosta francese e uova a nessun costo La stanza era molto spaziosa, aveva un letto grande e abbastanza attrezzature C'era anche un spa a casa, come il mio tempo in sapa è limitato, non ho potuto provarlo In generale è buono per i soldi Un soggiorno ben riposato che è molto necessario dopo i passi

Un consiglio per il prossimo viaggiatore, inviate un'e-mail direttamente all'hotel dopo la prenotazione per confermare le vostre richieste. Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini. L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.

Very good service and friendly staffs who help us through our stay in Sapa. We really enjoyed the stay that’s why we even came back and stayed there for another two nights. The front deck is also very helpful with every information we asked. 100% recommend to this hote

I had an amazing experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, and what really stood out was their thoughtful service. They found out it was my birthday during my stay, and they went the extra mile by surprising me with a birthday cake and a lovely little celebration. It was such a warm and personal gesture, and I was especially impressed by the staff, like Sỹ, the buggy driver, who was very handy and helpful with our asks even though it was late. It really made the whole stay even more memorable. And of course, kudos to the spectacular panorama view from the balcony and the bath tub!

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

La posizione è buona, ma estremamente difficile ottenere un camion perché le strade sono troppo strette, che ottiene un enorme bottiglia col collo con il traffico. L'hotel non ha fornito alcun supporto per ottenere un taxi perché per loro la strada principale è molto vicina, ma è un passo di montagna, se avete un bagaglio sarà difficile da gestire. La stanza è abbastanza grande ma non è nuova. Vedi che è un po' vecchia. La colazione è buona, ma ho smesso di fare il resto. In tutto, è solo un bene in Sa Pa.
