1). Chosen this hotel because of its location which is very good. It is only few steps away from Central Street.
2). The staff (all the ladies) from the breakfast restaurant were super nice and friendly. The house keeping ladies were kind and helpful as well. Kudos to every one of them!
Cons
1). No one speaks English at the front desk.
**2). Horrible horrible front desk customer service! I am a frequently traveller and I have never experienced such a poor customer service, the hotel really needs to give better training to the people at the front desk (those who work during the day shift), especially the lady in short hair with a very arrogant and bad attitude. I was politely asking one of the ladies behind the counter about the directions to a shop, she was not sure, and she asked her colleague (which was the short hair lady) to assist me. To my surprise, this unfriendly short hair lady just rolled her eyes to her colleague and rudely told me to check for ”navigation” myself (I think that was what she meant, as my Mandarin is not that good). Later she impatiently just brushed off the other questions that I tried to ask her, and before I even finished my sentence, she just abruptly turned around and walked away!!! HOW RUDE !!! I think I was not even given a respect as a human being!!! I was so stunned and speechless!!! Her colleague standing next to her witness what happened but did not say anything or offered to help! Let me tell you what other hotels will do when guests ask for directions- they would kindly check online and provide the directions, or they would even print out the directions for guests (all with a SMILE!). The lady in short hair, you are working in a hotel which is a service industry!!! I will not stay or recommend this hotel based upon this unpleasant experience.
P.S. I stayed in the Mercure Harbin Sophia Church after and had a great experience. All the ladies at the front desk always greet guests with a smile, always friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if this is because Mecure is an international brand which the training for customer service is different from local brands?

Il mio soggiorno al Mansion 1903 era eccezionale, grazie al suo servizio eccellente. Dalla mia arrivo, il caldo e l’attenzione del personale erano evidenti. Mi hanno attribuito una sala tranquilla, anticipando le mie esigenze, anche prima di esprimerle.
Il ristorante mi ha guidato in modo esperto attraverso il menu, suggerendo perfetti perfezionamenti di vino per ogni pasto.
Al checkout, il personale ricordava ogni dettaglio del mio soggiorno e mi diede un souvenir personalizzato. Il Mansion 1903 fissa un alto standard di ospite, offrendo un'esperienza veramente inoltrabile.

We would like to specially thank the breakfast supervisor, Jenny, who served us every morning. She always surprised us with small thoughtful touches, like tiny yogurt cups decorated with cute cartoon characters on top. These little details made our mornings brighter and showed how much she cares about the guests. Jenny’s kindness, creativity, and friendly service truly made our stay more enjoyable

UUtente ospiteAmore dell'hotel, pulito e facile da trovare. Il servizio era eccellente, più di quanto mi aspettavo. La posizione è ok, 2 minuti di auto dai ristoranti intorno e possono aiutare a guidare lì, compreso il yabuli ski resort, chiedere loro qualsiasi cosa, possono aiutare, tra cui attrezzature, trasporto, ecc.
Il posto è adatto alla famiglia, può giocare con la neve fuori, decorazioni sono bellissime fuori con orsi e accogliente all'interno.
Il soggiorno complessivo qui era fantastico!!

WWiwicoHo avuto un ritardo nel check-in, con il nostro tempo di check-in rinviato dalle ore 2 al ore circa 3 a causa dei ritardi nel pulizia della stanza. Anche se apprezzo l'assistenza della squadra di front desk, tali questioni sono inaspettate in una proprietà Ritz.
Inoltre, ho incontrato alcune preoccupazioni in merito all’igiene delle camere, in particolare, c’era un odore sgradevole nel bagno, e, in un’osservazione positiva, le offerte di colazione erano soddisfacenti, anche se il ristorante era un po’ pieno durante la nostra visita.
L'hotel è vicino a un fiume locale ben noto, offre una vista bella dalle camere, ma ho trovato la posizione insufficiente per le diverse attrazioni. Non c'era una stazione di metropolitana vicina, che rendeva più difficile il viaggio verso le mie destinazioni pianificate; di conseguenza, si rendeva necessario contare sui taxi, ma ho notato che il traffico a Harbin era piuttosto congestionato.

PPumpkin LLove the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that
It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

CCandou_Questa volta Hartley ha scelto l'hotel, guardando principalmente la sua posizione e la sua bocca.Due notti dopo aver vissuto, l'esperienza è molto ”silicone”, e ci sono sorprese e cattive.
Molti punti luminosi devono essere abbattuti:
1. La progettazione della stanza è molto utile.La decorazione della calda stanza è di moda, non il stile commerciale di ogni milione.La separazione secca della toilette è ben fatto. Il ventilatore di profumo e il fiore a mano che si dirige verso il muro sono tutti elementi aggiuntivi. È possibile vedere il gusto dell'hotel e la ricerca dei dettagli.
2.La colazione di buffet è una sorpresa!I tipi di caffè sono grandi, bevono bene, mangiano molto soddisfatto ogni mattina.Il servizio del ristorante è anche grande. Il servo chiude il piatto in tempo e l'ambiente è molto pulito.
3.Servizi pubblici regionali attentamente.L'aula ha acqua calda gratuita, tè e caffè, e lavastoviglie condivise che possono essere usati, che è molto conveniente per la famiglia con i bambini.
Ma l'esperienza del primo giorno è davvero un po'super:
Appena sono arrivati all'hotel, sono stati detto che l'ascensore era rotto.La prima volta sono stati indicati al negozio per trovare l'ascensore, non sono stati trovati.La seconda volta sono stati detto di andare a un passo.Quel passo era buio e rotto. Ho portato gli anziani, i bambini e un bagaglio. Più mi spaventa, più c'è ancora un segnale sul cellulare, e il telefono dell'hotel non può funziona Finalmente, sono andato al primo piano per contattare l'hotel. Anche se la reception ha mandato qualcuno subito per prendere e ha anche inviato scuse per i regali, il processo è troppo tormentante.Tornato la notte e ho scoperto che l'ascensore era rotto di nuovo.
Riassunto:
La base hardware dell'hotel è molto buona. Non ci sono dettagli della colazione e della stanza.Ma il primo giorno di incontro continuo di guasti e errori di guida, ci ha davvero fatto scontare la nostra esperienza iniziale.Spero che l'hotel possa prestare attenzione all'ottimizzazione della manutenzione delle attrezzature e del processo di trattamento di emergenza. Se possono essere migliorati, è assolutamente un buon hotel che merita di essere raccomandato.

TTravelDestinationsI think they clean the rooms daily especially in winter because the hotel is always booked during winter. The location is perfect! It is in the Volga Manor scenic area, so it is very convenient to go around and back to the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating. I was not able to speak Mandarin with them but they used a translating app to be able to inform me of important stuff. I love how cozy the room was. Highly recommended! ☺️ There is a Western and Chinese restaurant nearby. 🥗🥘

UUtente anonimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

XXiaogenihao233Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
