PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing.
Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent
Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc
Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room.
Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter.
Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è in città - facile da trovare, ma nei fine settimana il centro è tutto ma chiuso.
L'hotel non ha risposto alle mie email prima di arrivare con domande e richieste di soggiorno.
Forniscono acqua filtrata nel ristorante, che è grande, ma la casa non ha mai rimosso le bottiglie quando si sono pulite, hanno anche cambiato i miei asciugamani ogni giorno, nonostante il segno che diceva di lasciarle sul gancio se non volevi cambiarle.
Il letto era molto morbido e non confortevole e le mutande erano troppo grandi e lucidate.
In generale era tutto ok, pulito abbastanza e facile da trovare, ma non mi ritorcerei.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è grande. Vicino alla stazione Perth. Ristoranti intorno all'hotel. La TV in camera gemella non è nel centro e davanti a una sola delle letti. Non c'è Chromecast ma la condivisione dello schermo è un'opzione. Il colazione era una base inglese colazione opzioni. Il gusto è buono.Non male, ma non buono, non consiglierei colazione.Possiamo vedere il sole dalla nostra stanza che era bello

MMachineryWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno a Crown. Il loro check-in online è molto conveniente. Ci è stato promesso un buono per 4 perché la nostra richiesta di una carta di compleanno scritta per i nostri bambini nella stanza è stata dimenticata, ma anche il buono è stato dimenticato. Abbiamo notato che non offrono una bottiglia d'acqua complimentare nella stanza. In tutto abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.

AAmylulumi HoAbbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e l'hotel nel suo complesso si è sentito più come un 3-star piuttosto che un 4-star. Durante il nostro soggiorno, siamo usciti di sapone e ho chiesto tre volte, nessuno è venuto a sostituirlo finché non ho chiesto personalmente al pulitore di riempire.
La nostra prima stanza aveva anche un sedile igienico rotto con bordi crudi che ci hanno fatto scappare, quindi abbiamo chiesto un cambio di stanza.
Nella seconda camera, il telefono non funzionava, usciamo per il giorno in cui ci aspettava che fosse stato risolto, ma non è stato fatto niente al momento di controllare l'hotel.
Per essere equi, la posizione è conveniente e il personale è amichevole, ma le esperienze e le norme di manutenzione non riflettono una valutazione 4-star. Con miglioramenti nella responsività del mantenimento della casa e il mantenimento della camera, questo hotel potrebbe offrire un soggiorno molto migliore.
