We decided to take a family/business trip to Charleston SC, and after researching and reading the reviews, visiting the website, we decided to book with Hotel Bella Grace! A Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city!! We appreciate the attention to the interior details, custom fixtures and finishes in our room, this is very unique and thankfully Not the standard boring corporate design. The hotel location is walkable to shops and restaurants and they offer gated valet parking, who were always polite, friendly, and quick to get your car. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly from answering questions and gave us suggestions for activities with our kids. The Service was outstanding and professional, check in and check out was excellent. The beaches are a short drive away, easy to drive to and find parking. Next door is a excellent restaurant,.fyi.. Our Room was spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating with any additional requests we needed. I highly recommend Hotel Bella Grace! We are planning on staying again soon!

Our stay was from 8/30/2024 to 9/2/2024. We arrived later in the evening on the 30th of August. We were tired from our journey and wanted to check in as soon as possible. We were immediately taken care of by Jeannie at the front desk. Jeannie was professional, kind, and polite. She checked us in quickly at the front desk and we were relaxing in our room in no time. Jeannie went above and beyond by being a wonderful, joyful, and professional person. Thank you Jeannie, we appreciate you. During our stay we were treated very well by every staff member we came across. I would say that ”Southern Hospitality” is a very real thing because we experienced it first hand. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone who made that possible. We appreciate you all.

I don’t know how to put into words how grateful my family and I are for the entire staff at Sonesta Hilton Head. Our family of five, plus our dogs, my mom and her dogs were displaced by hurricane Helene. We checked in on Friday, September 27th and were finally able to check out on October 7th and head home! From the moment we checked in on Friday, Vanessa, Michael, and the rest of the staff have been phenomenal and have gone above and beyond to make Sonesta feel like home. It is such a stress not knowing when you will be able to return home, especially with small children & pets who depend on you. We have at least found peace here at Sonesta without additional worry/stress. Everyone at the front desk was extremely patient with me & all my questions and each time I need to extend out stay. The housekeeping team is top notch, especially Reece - who took extra care of us and made sure we always had what we needed! If you see this Sonesta Hilton Head team, please know you have seriously touched our hearts with your generosity and kindness. We are forever grateful for you!

Staff members Mariah and Jimmy(Shuttle Driver) were highly recognized. Both went over and beyond throughout my stay. Shuttle driver came a hour early so I could make early morning flight. Also loved the southern style cooking in the restaurant. Kudos to leadership putting together a great staff.

Questa è la prima pausa di primavera e la prima vacanza, e questo è per tutte le attrazioni offerte in questo hotel sono la MIGLIA MAMMY! La sala da gioco è stata un bel tempo per sprecare tempo e divertirsi mentre pioveva. Le viste dal lobby durante il colazione erano bellissime e la vista balcone dalla nostra stanza sul 19° piano e impeccabile! Tutti 10/10 . L'unico hiccup che ci si può menzionare è stato il Wi-Fi non funzionava così bene.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in a king suite at the Andrew Pinckney Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, toilet and tub/shower , was small but adequate. Breakfast had more selections than a typical continental breakfast. It was good, but if you want something special and yummy I’d suggest you dine out. The location is great. We, a couple of seniors, walked everywhere. We would stay here again.

La posizione era perfetta! Veniamo a barca venerdì sera e il docmaster era così utile e accogliente. La stanza era bella e ci piaceva le opzioni di attività. La spiaggia e le piscine sembrano così divertenti! Abbiamo passato tutto il tempo sull'acqua e abbiamo esplorato Charleston in barca questa gita, ma non possiamo aspettare di riportare due ragazzi indietro la prossima volta!

We stayed three nights in October for an event I hosted (EVENT STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE OUTSTANDING), but this is for the room/staff. We stayed in a suite - always ask for the opposite side of the interstate, as it is very loud on the ”even side”, especially if you have any sleep issues. Could it be updated some? Sure. We came back for a night in November on family business. Stayed in an odd-numbered room and it was decidedly quieter. They need better trashcans in the rooms. Seriously, the one they had in the main room is no bigger than a stand up desk file box. The hotel employee that I was disappointed in was Gwen at the front desk. Not friendly, not attentive, not in a hurry. After the first visit my husband had left something, and I thought I ha. Until we made reservations for the second visit, my husband did not realize that that's where he left his cane. He gave them a call, they went right to it, and it was waiting at the desk with his name on when we checked in. What I thought I lost was a necklace we had brought to town to take to the jeweler, but a family emergency prevented that (we lived in the area until last year so it was a trip ”home”). I asked Gwen to check on it. SEVERAL times I had to explain exactly what it was - a broken gold necklace with 4 small beads - how exact is that?) She shuffled around and acted like I was crazy to even ask about it. I explained the situation several more times - she wanted the reservation number I had been under because supposedly that was the only way anyone could look for it. I didn't have the number, but had the dates. She was surly about it. FINALLY she said she'd call upstairs to the lost and found and I could have a seat. It took about an hour for anyone from ”there” to come down, and I finally had to crowd the desk for her to call them. Hearing the way she was referencing my claim was like she was just humoring me, and I might be scamming her. How many people come looking for a broken piece of jewelry, and how hard is it to see if they have it? That could have been a misunderstanding of her motives by me, but based on how she was at check-in both visits and how I saw her similarly relate to other customers, I felt she was not into her job. I won't let that keep me from staying there again, though. The great experience I had with the event staff bought them some loyalty from me. I will say kudos for having gluten free cookies - wish they could be warm, but know that's impossible.

Abbiamo prenotato un viaggio di ultima istanza a Charleston e abbiamo deciso di rimanere al The Planters Inn sulla base di altre recensioni. Il personale si è arrampicato indietro per assicurarsi di avere tutto quello che ci serviva e ha dato grandi raccomandazioni per la vista e la cena. La posizione era perfetta e centrale a tutto. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo hotel e il personale.
