Our stay was from 8/30/2024 to 9/2/2024. We arrived later in the evening on the 30th of August. We were tired from our journey and wanted to check in as soon as possible. We were immediately taken care of by Jeannie at the front desk. Jeannie was professional, kind, and polite. She checked us in quickly at the front desk and we were relaxing in our room in no time. Jeannie went above and beyond by being a wonderful, joyful, and professional person. Thank you Jeannie, we appreciate you. During our stay we were treated very well by every staff member we came across. I would say that ”Southern Hospitality” is a very real thing because we experienced it first hand. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone who made that possible. We appreciate you all.

Ocean 22 was fantastic!!! Everyone is nice and kind and professional. My advice is to get there between 3 pm and 3:30 pm for a quicker check in. We got there at 3:30 pm. Check in is at 4pm but if you show up after 5pm, you gonna have to wait. Also you have a better chance of getting a luggage cart which are short in supply but high in demand. The market place was very convenient especially if it's storming outside. Had an issue with one of the vents but maintenance guy came and took care of it quickly and was very personable. The elevators may take a while but that's to be expected due to the building having 24 floors. They are not pushy regarding a sales pitch. There are 6 restaurants within 2 blocks so we just walked to them instead of driving. Plenty of towels and the full kitchen was great. Plenty of things to do in the area. Great for families or just couples. Pool and beach were awesome. It was the best timeshare I ever stayed at!!! My wife and I will definitely be back!!!

Il buffet del colazione è bello con opzioni di rotazione ogni giorno, e mentre hanno un sacco di posti, è difficile trovare un tavolo. Abbiamo apprezzato il caffè che serviva bevande Starbucks!! E due ristoranti diversi sul sito. Il parcheggio del valet era ideale, hanno un parcheggio autonomo che è più economico - ma preferiamo valet per la comodità. La nostra famiglia amava la zona della piscina, perché aveva 3 diverse zone della piscina all'esterno con guardie di vita che era bello se avete figli! Ci sono distributori di tovaglioli nella zona della piscina da prendere - quindi non è nemmeno necessario portare i tovaglioli!

This was a hidden gem that we overlooked in the past due to the location being off the beach. With that being said, it clearly needs some improvements for which they made it clear by posting their intentions and ideas. The entrance is inviting and spacious. The check-in process was easy, and the employees were very nice and inviting. Our room was nice and clean, but the view was AMAZING!!! Now for the hard part. I do believe the beds were full size, not queens. I hope that is part of the updates. My husband and I are much smaller than we used to be, but had we been hefty people we would not have made it with our two older kids, someone would have been on the floor, or we would have had to get another room. With that being said it was not a good sleep. The bathrooms need to be upgraded quick! My daughter and I stubbed our toe on the entry way several times but left her with a bruised big toe, which made us very aware to enter with caution after that. It was dark and dem, so lighting and lighter walls is a must. Parking in the front to check in was interesting. The only spacious spaces were handicap. The lines need to be redrawn on the first two spots. Someone parked next to us, and we had to climb over the seats to get into the driver's side...glad there were no cameras for that event. The parking deck seemed a mile away for someone who needed a handicapped spot. We didn't see any handicapped spaces in the deck, so that was interesting as well. There needs to be mirrors or some type of warning for cars approaching the corners and more lighting would be great. I would also suggest the elevator floors be looked at because one floor was a little warped and would kill someone with anxiety problems. Positive side...there was plenty of parking and the spots were a little more spacious. We had to park on the 4th floor which was an adventure. The signs made it seem like it was the end of the world once you got towards the top of the garage parking.

Posizione, posizione, posizione. Pienamente vicino a tutto quello che vuoi fare, ma lontano dalle folle. Personale amichevole. Grande camera (3 b/r angolo suite di vista océano). Era una grande soggiorno. Solo l'influenza era il tempo che ci voleva per catturare un ascensore. Ancora più vecchio ma ancora nella sua gloria
