Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

This was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

Overall, it was a good stay and would come back, but the tv's were freaking out and not working properly. Also, the shower kept having water leaking during showers and had to keep using all the towels to keep the bathroom dry. Restaurant had amazing food though! The Philly cheesesteak loaded fries were my husband and I favorite! Thankful for the people who were there serving us and working hard. Hopefully those couple things could just be fixed a bit. Other than that this is an amazing hotel!

Very unfriendly and rude night shift worker @ the front desk. Customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with our stay.

The resort was good. You can tell it’s dated, carpets are dirty from everyday wear. Unfortunately we could hear the people above us and beside us all night. Take a sound machine. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Location is convenient to everything.

Everything was excellent , the view of the ocean the staff the hotel was great ONLY 1 thing we did not like was that the sheets were way to small for the king size bed and the edges of the bed sheets would come off leaving us with half put on sheets. When we tried to fix the sheets numerous times it was of no use Becasue the fitted sheets were just to small other than that it was a great stay i

Overall, our stay was great. Would stay again! Hotel was nice, right on beach. Location great! Walked everywhere! Some homeless nearby. Valet was nice. Staff was pleasant. Saw zero bugs!!!! Had an issue with running toilet and phone. They fixed both issues within a half hour. Only 1 hot tub out of 3 actually had bubbles but water was still warm in the other 2. Here is where we could of seen improvements, Sat 12/30 breakfast crew. We came down for bfast around 830, our 2nd bfast at hotel, Bfast over at 930. The table next to us had kielbasa and potatoes. We were super excited, different from yesterday!!! Went up to the bfast area, kielbasa and potatoes no where to be found. Asked a gentleman if they were bringing more out, he said no without even checking and very rude about it. Looking around further, there were more empty food spots and less options than Friday which seems weird as you'd think Saturday would be busier. It seemed as they were just ready to pack up bfast for the day even though there was an hour left of bfast. Wipe tables more often. The other place we would of liked to of seen an improvement was the bathroom cleanliness in our room. There was a hair in the shower, on the floor, and toothpaste on the wall around the mirror at checkin. Not terrible enough to call the desk but just a little more tlc goes a long way.

Awesome place to stay was clean and safe. Something for everyone in the family or if traveling solo.
