Absolutely top notch customer service, be it at the check in and check out counter or the house keeping team. Friendly and very attentive. Very good breakfast with wonderful view at the dining hall. I asked for an extension for late check out and it was done swiftly. Cleanliness is five stars too. The only aspect they could improve on would be perhaps to install EV Charger for the convenience of the guests. Otherwise, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
We had two nights at this property. Hotel has free parking. Hotel is nice and staffs are very friendly. Room 1514 seaview was spacious and clean and located 30minutes walk to Gurvey hawker centre. The nearest supermarket is in Gurney Paragon and Gurvey Plaza about 20mins walk. There is Gurney Walk next to this hotel but no supermarket to buy fruits.
It was alright for us as we drove around and the view was my main attraction.

The Millen is an elegant hotel, beautifully crafted to make us feel like we'd stepped into one of the HGTV designed homes! We'd booked a room with seaview on 6 July 3025, and were given a high floor. It was so great to wake up to the sun reflecting on the sea. The bathroom with 2 vanities was so big and spacious, and the bathtub was right beside the window with the magnificent view! The hotel incorporated modern technology to make our stay so user friendly - a tap of the room card in the lift sensor will bring us directly to our level (there are only 4 buttons to press to go to the public areas). The curtains in the room opened/closed with the touch of a button too. We enjoyed the breakfast main courses at the Lili. All the staff were friendly and helpful; they decorated our room for husband's birthday, and served us a slice of cake upon check-in (and welcome drinks at the reception). We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!

Gli articoli da toeletta non hanno un rasoio, una sorpresa, il giorno del check-in non è stato preparato alcun gel doccia, bisogna chiamare la reception per riempirlo, niente bevande omaggio nel frigo (omaggio come ha detto la reception), bisogna dire al personale di mettere le bevande, la stanza in cui ho soggiornato potrebbe avere problemi di perdite, il water ha sempre avuto acqua sul pavimento, bisogna chiamare il servizio di couverture ogni volta dopo la doccia. Ho letto nella recensione di qualcuno che avevano i sali da bagno ma io non ne ho ricevuti, e li ho anche richiesti 3 volte, hanno promesso di metterli ma niente fino al giorno del check-out. Il cibo era buono, il personale era gentile, forse è solo il momento di punta per il loro hotel, comprensibile.

Di solito alloggio in tutti gli hotel a 5 stelle a Feringghi (ho già provato tutti gli hotel a 5 stelle a Feringghi) anche a parte Feringghi gli hotel a 5 stelle non ti fanno pagare 1 ora per RM54 come Lone Pine. MI HANNO ADDEBITATO RM108 per 2 ore di check-out posticipato dalle 12 alle 14 per l'hotel Marriott. Questo è inaccettabile.
Voglio sottolineare il servizio di un hotel a 4 stelle come il tuo che non consente il check-out posticipato, deve essere puntuale alle 12, deve essere informato in anticipo l'ospite. Ho fatto il check-out posticipato fino alle 14 perché prima mi metto in camera. Di solito la receptionist chiama dalle 12.30 alle 13 per informare se è possibile o meno il check-out posticipato e se è disponibile la tariffa. MA PER LONE PINE. NON chiamare e NON dare informazioni sul check-out posticipato. Quindi ho pensato che fosse ok come altri hotel a 4-5 stelle e per gli hotel sotto ”MARRIOT”.
