L'ambiente dell'hotel è ottimo, anche la colazione è molto ricca, il mare è proprio fuori dall'hotel, bellissimo, abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi qui. Vale la pena sottolineare che la nostra camera è al secondo piano, molto vicina all'albero, e ci sono molti 🐒 che vengono a trovarci la mattina, sono molto carini!

Soggiorno incantevole ma da migliorare ❤️❤️❤️. Gli articoli da toeletta non hanno un rasoio, una sorpresa, il giorno del check-in non è stato preparato alcun gel doccia, bisogna chiamare la reception per riempirlo, niente bevande omaggio nel frigo (omaggio come ha detto la reception), bisogna dire al personale di mettere le bevande, la stanza in cui ho soggiornato potrebbe avere problemi di perdite, il water ha sempre avuto acqua sul pavimento, bisogna chiamare il servizio di couverture ogni volta dopo la doccia. Ho letto nella recensione di qualcuno che avevano i sali da bagno ma io non ne ho ricevuti, e li ho anche richiesti 3 volte, hanno promesso di metterli ma niente fino al giorno del check-out. Il cibo era buono, il personale era gentile, forse è solo il momento di punta per il loro hotel, comprensibile.

Had always been contemplating whether or not to try G Hotel Kelawai. Bit the bullet and here's my review; Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is top notch. Free minibar (replenished daily) is a plus. Swimming pool is nice although a bit shallow, and Gravity is a nice place to chill at night with view overlooking the island and Bukit Bendera. Is it worth the money? Yes. Location? Perfect. It'd be hard to find another hotel in Penang that checks all my boxes, and this could be it.

We had a night stay with 3 rooms including breakfast. Check in is smooth and receptionist is friendly with smile. Kids had enjoyed the swimming pool. There’s just a few steps to walk out to the beach. Alongside has newly opened cafe and restaurant. Breakfast has variety of choices but you need to queue if you are going at peak hour after 9am. Yes, queueing is the most unbearable part. I have never encountered such experience before you need to queue and split table for having breakfast which kinda spoil of mood. Staffs easily get annoyed when you asked for help. Not sure if I am bias but the treatment seems like a bit different compared to the white. However, the food is the salvation and nasi lemak is the signature that you must try. Cleanliness is a big issue that need to be improved. Location is not really strategic if you wish to explore Georgetown and find nice local food. Overall, it’s an okay choice for us for this stay.

Situato presso l'aeroporto e con molte opzioni alimentari, l'hotel è confortevole e si apprezza davvero la 24h fitness!

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva, la colazione è molto ricca, l'hotel è situato sulla famosa spiaggia di Batu Ferringhi a Penang e c'è un autobus gratuito per la città. 🌹Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho incontrato una bellissima signora che parlava cinese. Il servizio era cordiale e premuroso, facendo sentire le persone molto amichevoli, il che ha contribuito alla meravigliosa prima impressione dell'esperienza del check-in. 🌹L'addetto alla camera RUBEL è stato molto coscienzioso e premuroso durante i tre giorni in cui siamo rimasti, coordinando e risolvendo tempestivamente i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato. Sebbene non potessimo comunicare in una lingua, si è preso la briga di utilizzare un software di traduzione per comprendere tempestivamente le nostre esigenze. Pulisci sempre la stanza in modo tempestivo, mantienila ordinata e ordinata e tratta gli ospiti calorosamente per far sentire le persone a casa! Davvero complimenti! Spero che l'hotel aggiunga più personale di servizio che capisca il cinese, perché dopo l'esenzione dal visto, molti cinesi verranno in Malesia e Penang. Grazie!

Excellent overall!First of all,the room is very spacious with sea view and there are two water taps. everything needed is provided!! Secondly,the air conditioner is very good and there is nothing to complain for the bathroom which the water pressure is pretty good. Thirdly, the facility is decent,the only thing that could be improved is the air conditioner of the gym room. The breakfast is good at last!! This is an excellent experience with reasonable price,will definitely come back again!!

G Hotel Gurney is attached to Gurney Plaza Shopping and is at an excellent location. The suite is spacious and breakfast is included, lounge access from 6-8pm everyday too. The minibar inside suite is also included.

All perfect from check in until check out. Nice room and very clean, staff friendly, facilities good. And many choice of breakfast and the taste so good. The most important many spot for taking picture because the resort so nice.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.
