From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

La posizione ideale per la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche, un appartamento di servizio spazioso e elegantemente decorato, l'unico posto in basso è il colazione, è stato consegnato in una scatola con molti pani, un po' di caramella fredda e formaggio, ecc. Tuttavia, la bottiglia di succo d’arancia fresco era bella.

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

L'hotel ha sia pro che contro. La posizione non è delle migliori per visitare la città, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana più vicina, poi poche fermate dalle principali attrazioni, il che può essere scomodo soprattutto in caso di pioggia. Il lato positivo è che si trova proprio accanto a un vivace mercato/area ristorazione con molti spuntini locali, e c'è persino un supermercato all'interno. Il personale è stato molto gentile, parlava un buon inglese e mi ha persino offerto un vassoio di benvenuto con frutta e crostatine all'uovo, un tocco di classe. La camera in sé era più bella delle foto: spaziosa, molto pulita, con cassaforte, armadio e bagno e WC separati. La colazione era abbondante e varia, anche se la selezione era sempre la stessa ogni giorno. Alcuni aspetti negativi: il personale delle pulizie è entrato nella mia camera due volte mentre ero dentro (una volta la mattina presto mentre dormivo, e un'altra volta mentre ero in bagno). Avranno anche bussato, ma mi sono comunque sentito invadente. Anche la disposizione delle finestre era scomoda: la mia camera si affacciava sulla hall, quindi ho dovuto tenere la tenda chiusa per tutto il soggiorno per privacy, il che ha reso la stanza buia. Nel complesso, è un hotel confortevole con un personale eccellente, ma la posizione non è ideale se si desidera essere vicini alle principali attrazioni. Se il prezzo è buono rispetto a quelli in centro, allora potrebbe essere una buona scelta, dato che i taxi per il centro costano circa 5 euro a tratta. Altrimenti, probabilmente la prossima volta sceglierei un hotel in zona più centrale.

This is a beautiful apartment that made us not want to leave the room. It is apartment that came with a kitchen, dinner area, living area and a bedroom. You need to download the hotel’s app to be able to access the doors to the hotel and your room. Just select key on the app, bring your phone near the keypad and the door opens. Alternatively , you can also key in the 6-digit and #. 5G access may be inaccessible but you can manually switch it your phone to 4G and you will be able to access the app. There are close by restaurants that was less than 5mins walk; Thai, Chinese, Indian and a local diner that was cheap. There’s portions are big enough for 2. There’s also a provision shop right next door that you can buy your necessities like water, drinks etc. Don’t buy travel adaptors as they don’t work or fit. Easy to get Uber to the hotel and from the hotel to anywhere.

Apprezzo davvero l'impegno e la vera cura che ha dimostrato per assicurarmi che io sia stato curato. Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Abbiamo controllato, non c'era nessuna attesa, e il personale era amichevole e consapevole. È stato un grande toccante che il personale ci ha offerto di mostrarci una mappa di Porto e le cose chiave che avrebbe raccomandato di fare in città. Non posso sottolineare abbastanza solo in quale posizione eccellente questo hotel è in, non è richiesto alcun trasporto pubblico. Tutte le viste chiave sono a poca distanza a piedi. Esso è anche molto camminabile dalla stazione ferroviaria. La camera era grande, con un'illuminazione adeguata, una TV enorme e alcuni prodotti di doccia eccellenti. Il nostro servizio di colazione è stato per 3 notti, ma il gestore dell'hotel ha avuto un'ottima utilità per correggerlo tramite posta elettronica dopo il soggiorno. Il giovane membro del personale che ci ha impegnato per colazione ogni mattina era anche molto amichevole, caldo, ma professionale. Come membri di IHG Platinum abbiamo deciso di provare questa proprietà Hilton e non siamo stati delusi. Il hotel è stato un ottimo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Porto.
