Hotel a 3 stelle in Stiria, Austria

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to main old town square. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there.

Situazione conveniente, a 600 m dalla stazione ferroviaria, in un ambiente poco attraente. Camere molto pulite, moderne e decorate tranquillamente. Il WiFi in camera è insufficiente: segnale debole e (probabilmente) switch debole portano a temporanei nervosi quando si utilizza il WiFi. L'acquisto di un semplice biglietto ÖBB attraverso l'app ÖBB è stato impossibile per il tempo - fortunatamente, nel corridoio (!) è riuscito. Da parte di Trip è stato cercato (anche se non riuscito) di risolvere il problema dei clienti. Un'ulteriore difficoltà consiste nella ricezione permanentemente non occupata: il gestore dell'hotel brilla con assenza e inaccessibilità, egli si evade dalla responsabilità nei confronti dell'ospite.

L'intero processo di soggiorno è molto conveniente. La stanza è molto vecchia.Abbiamo ordinato sette camere in una fila. Ci sono alcune differenze nella disposizione di ogni stanza, ma il senso generale è buono.La colazione è molto semplice, forse l'abitudine alimentare degli austriaci, è tutto il pane duro, è più difficile da capire. L'hotel è la stazione ferroviaria Zeltweg, ci sono montagne a distanza, tipico ambiente urbano, ma devo dire che il paesaggio è molto buono.

La stanza è molto soddisfatta per una settimana. La stanza è molto grande, il tavolo è molto lungo, adatto all'ufficio. Ogni stanza ha balcone. La colazione dell'hotel è anche molto deliziosa. Il tipo di ricco ～ La guardia della signorina sul tavolo è particolarmente buona. Mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema della vendita all'estero tedesco, molto raccomandato!

Sauber,ordentlich gepflegte Zimmer, gut war auch der Kaffee und Getränkeautomat in Zimmer-nähe.leider erkannte mein alter Navi die Straße nicht und wir mussten suchen.Bei Dunkelheit und ohne Hinweisschilder schwierig . Aber sonst fand ich das hotel gut.Vielen Dank
