Non c'è rimpianto di scegliere questo hotel! Vista senza ostacoli del MT Fuji. È possibile immaginare guardare questa bella vista dalla stanza dell'ur. È anche disponibile la colazione e la cena gratuita, una vasta gamma di cibi. Inoltre forniscono servizio di navetta gratuito alla stazione kawaguchiko. Condividere questo hotel con i miei amici! Solo un piccolo problema che ho incontrato è che la testa del doccia continua a gocciare anche dopo averlo spedito e il suono gocciolante è molto annoiante. I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will return if we had the chance to go to Fuji again in the future. Tips: Although the place is nearby Fujisan station, we recommend u rent a car here for easy commute to the attractions. You can park the car right in front of your unit.

Our stay at this hotel in Yamanakako was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it exceeded all of our highest expectations — spacious, comfortable, authentic, and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly generous. There was so much food that it was difficult to finish everything! The grounds around the hotel are also beautifully arranged and cared for, creating a very relaxing environment. We also had dinner there, which was excellent and offered at a very reasonable price. Yamanakako itself is much calmer and more peaceful than Kawaguchiko, so for us it was definitely the better choice. We highly recommend both the area and this hotel to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay near Mount Fuji. The only possible downside for some travelers might be the limited transportation options, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is a bus that circles the lake, and we easily reached Oshino, Fujiyoshida, and Kawaguchiko. In the evenings the town becomes wonderfully quiet, which was actually a huge advantage. After busy days in Tokyo, the silence and calmness here felt deeply relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank them because my husband accidentally left his insulin medication in the refrigerator in our room. We did not even realize it was missing. After finding it during cleaning, the staff contacted us immediately and literally drove to the bus stop just five minutes before our bus to Mishima arrived to hand us the medication personally. We were truly touched by their kindness and care. This level of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We truly wished we could have stayed longer. We initially booked Kawaguchiko Country Cottage Ban because of its convenient location near the Maple Leaves Festival area, but the stay turned out to be far better than we expected, and we truly wished we could have stayed longer. The cottages are peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by fresh air, a perfect retreat after exploring Kawaguchiko. The house is huge, complete with a small kitchen, washroom and toilet, a cosy tatami room, and a bedroom with four single beds. It felt like a private holiday home with plenty of space for families. Parking is extremely convenient, you can park your car right at the doorstep. A playground and a paid laundry area are also located just outside, which is very useful for families and longer stays. At the registration building, a vending machine offering hot drinks and cigarettes adds extra convenience, especially early in the morning. We loved the breakfast delivered right to our doorstep, the freshly made bread was warm and soft, and the hot soup was flavourful. We also bought hot coffee from the vending machine as an extra treat. The property provides onsen facilities, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Our cottage balcony offered an unobstructed sunrise view, and watching the morning light rise over the landscape was one of the most memorable moments of our stay. A spacious and peaceful cottage stay with doorstep parking, playground, onsen, vending machines, breakfast delivery, and the perfect location for autumn maple events . We truly wished we could stay longer. 🏡🍁🌅🗻✨

La camera era spaziosa, con soggiorno, spogliatoio, bagno e toilette. Il tempo era splendido e il Monte Fuji era visibile sia dalla camera che dal parcheggio. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile. L'unico inconveniente era che l'onsen (bagno termale) non aveva una vasca all'aperto, ma era comunque molto pulito e confortevole. Gli asciugamani erano facilmente reperibili all'ingresso dell'onsen, il che è stato molto comodo. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una camera in stile giapponese Bettei Rin con vista sulle montagne e cenato. La signora giapponese alla reception è stata gentile e disponibile. Non c'erano molti negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi potrebbe essere necessario prendere un autobus per spostarsi. La fermata dell'autobus è proprio accanto all'hotel. L'hotel vende snack e noodles in tazza, ma consiglio di acquistare snack al minimarket vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La camera ha una grande finestra con vista mozzafiato sul lago e sul Monte Fuji. Anche se è stato nuvoloso e ha piovuto leggermente per tutto il giorno, ci siamo goduti molto l'onsen gratuito! Ci sono una vasca interna al settimo piano e una vasca esterna sul tetto. Non abbiamo provato quella sul tetto. La cena era buona. Fresca, con un po' di varietà, porzioni sufficienti per noi. Il servizio in sala era ottimo e accogliente. Dopo il check-out, siamo andati alla stazione ferroviaria con il servizio navetta gratuito dell'hotel.

Non so se si tratti di un hotel vecchio stile o se le pulizie non siano state un granché. La cosa positiva è che bisogna togliersi le scarpe perché il pavimento è in tatami. Il purificatore d'aria ha la muffa. Mi piace quando si può aprire una piccola fessura della finestra per far entrare aria fresca. Ho una camera con vista sul Monte Fuji con cavo elettrico, ma posso modificare la foto. Le sorgenti termali sono fantastiche. Il bagno è piccolo e con un gradino. Bisogna aprire il rubinetto dell'acqua calda e fredda per ottenere acqua calda. Probabilmente è una zona rurale, quindi le condizioni generali dovrebbero essere buone.
