Non c'è rimpianto di scegliere questo hotel! Vista senza ostacoli del MT Fuji. È possibile immaginare guardare questa bella vista dalla stanza dell'ur. È anche disponibile la colazione e la cena gratuita, una vasta gamma di cibi. Inoltre forniscono servizio di navetta gratuito alla stazione kawaguchiko. Condividere questo hotel con i miei amici! Solo un piccolo problema che ho incontrato è che la testa del doccia continua a gocciare anche dopo averlo spedito e il suono gocciolante è molto annoiante. I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

Una notte, due pasti, vasca da bagno all'aperto, purtroppo quel giorno era nuvoloso e non si poteva vedere il Monte Fuji dalla terrazza con vista a 180 gradi, il che è diventato un po' costoso per questo soggiorno. Ho prenotato questo hotel per la vista a 180 gradi del Monte Fuji dalla camera. Il tempo non era come previsto, assolutamente no. La cena è sukiyaki con tempura, la colazione è un bento giapponese, molto abbondante.

Trasporti: Se venite da Tokyo, ad esempio da Shinjuku, scendete all'ingresso Fujiyama Yamanakako (138), lato B. Tuttavia, questa fermata non è indicata sul sito web dell'autostrada, quindi ho acquistato un biglietto per la stazione di Asahigaoka. In breve, questo è un buon hotel, molto adatto a viaggi lenti e vacanze di piacere, la prossima volta potrete rimanere qualche giorno in più 😊

Ho prenotato una notte per il mio viaggio di San Valentino con mia moglie. La camera è molto bella e dotata di tutto il necessario: cucina, TV, macchina del caffè, ecc. Credo possa ospitare al massimo 6-8 persone. È vicinissima alla stazione. Il personale è gentile. È possibile depositare i bagagli prima e dopo il soggiorno.

Our stay at this hotel in Yamanakako was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it exceeded all of our highest expectations — spacious, comfortable, authentic, and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly generous. There was so much food that it was difficult to finish everything! The grounds around the hotel are also beautifully arranged and cared for, creating a very relaxing environment. We also had dinner there, which was excellent and offered at a very reasonable price. Yamanakako itself is much calmer and more peaceful than Kawaguchiko, so for us it was definitely the better choice. We highly recommend both the area and this hotel to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay near Mount Fuji. The only possible downside for some travelers might be the limited transportation options, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is a bus that circles the lake, and we easily reached Oshino, Fujiyoshida, and Kawaguchiko. In the evenings the town becomes wonderfully quiet, which was actually a huge advantage. After busy days in Tokyo, the silence and calmness here felt deeply relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank them because my husband accidentally left his insulin medication in the refrigerator in our room. We did not even realize it was missing. After finding it during cleaning, the staff contacted us immediately and literally drove to the bus stop just five minutes before our bus to Mishima arrived to hand us the medication personally. We were truly touched by their kindness and care. This level of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The cabin was extremely spacious, well equipped, warm, and comfortable. Lots of room for our family of five to spread out! We also all loved the PJs! The location is excellent with onsite parking and even a small onsen. We didn’t take the breakfast or BBQ option but had everything needed to cook for ourselves. Best of all was the view - despite the rainy day, Mt Fuji made a guest appearance late in the evening, which we could enjoy right from our cabin.

La camera era spaziosa, con soggiorno, spogliatoio, bagno e toilette. Il tempo era splendido e il Monte Fuji era visibile sia dalla camera che dal parcheggio. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile. L'unico inconveniente era che l'onsen (bagno termale) non aveva una vasca all'aperto, ma era comunque molto pulito e confortevole. Gli asciugamani erano facilmente reperibili all'ingresso dell'onsen, il che è stato molto comodo. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta.

Splendida vista sul Monte Fuji, onsen rilassante e ottima ospitalità Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel. La vista sul Monte Fuji era assolutamente mozzafiato, uno dei momenti salienti del mio viaggio. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con personale cordiale e attento che mi ha fatto sentire davvero a mio agio. Sia la cena che la colazione erano deliziose, con una buona varietà di piatti giapponesi (guardate voi stessi le foto!). L'onsen era rilassante e pulito, perfetto dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche. Ho apprezzato anche gli ottimi servizi, tra cui la camera confortevole e la premurosa fornitura di uno yukata da indossare durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e godersi la zona del Fuji, offrendo un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort, cibo e splendidi paesaggi. Altamente raccomandato!

Amazing view for Fuji mountain. Definitely worth it! Quite far from the station but they have free shuttles from Kawaguchico station. Clean, spacious, kind staffs. Breakfast was good to experience Japanese breakfast. Tatami floor and sleeping on it with very soft & thick blankets were good too
