Hotel a 3 stelle in Kerala, India

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

We were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy. The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff. This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍

It’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

L'hotel si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Kochi, a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. L'hotel dispone di 24-hour sicurezza e personale.Dall'ingresso al ristorante, il personale di servizio è stato molto amichevole e benvenuto! Il segnale dell'hotel è chiaramente contrassegnato, il parcheggio è molto conveniente, c'è una farmacia vicino alla porta, e gli negozi sono circa a piedi 10-minute. L'ambiente circostante è relativamente tranquillo. La stanza era in generale pulita e spaziosa, ma non c’era un asciugacapelli, e il gel e lo shampoo del doccia sembravano usati e un po’ sporchi, rendendoci esitanti a usarli. Inoltre, l'hotel includeva il trasferimento aeroportuale nella prenotazione, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta nonostante le domande ripetute il giorno dell'iscrizione. Quindi, anche se abbiamo compilato il modulo, questo servizio non è stato offerto. Il giorno dell'arrivo all'aeroporto, usciamo da Uber per arrivare all'hotel. Se l'hotel non offre questo servizio, non mettete a disposizione il modulo; causarà inconvenienza!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Initially we thought its only one bedroom, but its entire apartment having 2 bedrooms. Every member of my family was truly happy with the experience, from the excellent location, facilities provided, easy accessibility to both the temples and the local market. Since the property is so close to the Guruvayur Temple, we were able to stay at the temple until the last pooja of the day, witness the Seeveli procession, and attend the temple closing rituals at night, which made our visit even more special. The apartment is pristine clean and tidy, all the amenities shown are intact and very available. The host also, always in contact with us and is guiding us, whenever we require. Check-in was @ 11 pm and it was very smooth. The apartment is very quite and its like ”Home Away from Home” Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Il resort di sabbia d'estate di Adrak si trova vicino al vagamone del valle di pine. La pista che conduce al valle di pine è stretta e anche piena. Molti piccoli negozi sono stati eretti accanto alla pista stretta. Pertanto, è necessario prestare la massima attenzione durante la guida attraverso questa stretta pista prima di entrare nel resort. Il personale presso la reception è stato cortese. Il personale ha contatti con i conducenti locali jeep. Pertanto vi aiuteranno a organizzare jeep per la vista del sito locale e per la vista del sito off-road. Ci sono abbastanza parcheggio per 10-15 auto. Ci è anche un ristorante all'interno del resort. Servizio sia cibo vegetariano che non vegetariano. Il cibo è piuttosto decente. Le camere sono spaziose e mantenute pulite. Sono anche fornite in bagno per bagni a acqua calda. Ci sono solo uno o 2 punti di accesso per il caricamento. I punti di accesso sono difficili da scoprire e si trova sotto la TV. Anche gli interruttori non sono mantenuti bene e alcuni di loro non funzionano correttamente. In generale, il soggiorno presso il resort è stato buono. Lo consiglierei sicuramente se si visitava vagamone.

The hotel is located in 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The beach is very comfortable for swimming. The hotel is really very quite, there are really no noisy places around. It is possible to have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. So it is a nice quite place for a few days for the sea and relax.
