Mi piaceva tutto molto) il colazione era scarso per l'Europa, ma in generale c'era qualcosa da mangiare) le camere sono fredde, e la spiaggia privata è solo una partenza. Personale 1000/10, alla notte mi ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi all'aeroporto! In generale - per il suo prezzo è meglio non trovare, tutti raccomanda)

I stay in ariya niwas for two days, as a senior citizen, the hotel is very near to Central railway station and bus stand, the stay are good 👍

The room was well furnished and have almost all facilities. I enjoyed the stay but i have to vacate early in the morning as i have to report to the aerodrome for my flight to dubai. I recommend the hotel for stay

Very convenient location, 600 meters from maharaja's college metro. Friendly and cordial stuffs. Sincere thanks to krishnendu for the room upgrade. Comfortable room, clean bed and clean bathroom.

Hotel is located in a good place which is near to everything. The rooms were clean and washroom too. The staff were friendly and allowed for an early check-in.

The room was alright but they charged me extra for an early check-in and a late check out. Paying a lil extra was not the problem. But paying more than i paid for a whole day for a couple extra hours is looting. Yes. They exactly asked me to pay more than a day's rent as extra payment.

Best for a short stay as a night halt or a skipping stone stay when you are going to kerela. Near airport, breakfast needs improvement, limited items, rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Bathing area needs more light in the washroom. Rooftop restaurant is good. Of you are planning to visit kochi city, this hotel is good 40-45 minutes away from city center.

La posizione è buona, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria meridionale, ma la stanza unica è troppo piccola, non ci sono provviste di mela, e le hanno dato. Nessun cibo, nessun ristorante nei locali, nessuna caldaia di tè. Quindi per la mattina il tè agli altri deve uscire.

It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

Property maintenance is very good, but there's no car parking, regular restaurant, have to inform one day before for breakfast, no liquor allowed, but who likes to stay in very old (200 years) heritage location can plan, have to go for long way get out side restaurant, no food menu is available in room to understand the type food can be served on request.

Very good, professional service and worry free stay. 1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer. 4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.

Andare a Nebo per la vista. Le camere hanno una fantastica vista sul mare dalla roccia e rende il soggiorno prezioso. Tuttavia, la vista è molto la sola cosa che va per l'hotel. La camera da letto è stupida e mi annoio particolarmente in hotel che si svegliano su basi come la fornitura di un piatto di sapone per il bagno. La doccia è lenta così dura per far uscire la sabbia ogni volta che torni dalla spiaggia. La stanza è ben e spaziosa e l'AC funziona. Non c'è nessun fan nella stanza, quindi non si può davvero sederti con la finestra aperta troppo a lungo. Vorrei che si prendessero cura di alcune cose semplici per rendere il soggiorno medio grande.

La colazione è eccellente e anche il servizio di tutto il personale e anche un ambiente molto buono e positivo sicuramente posso raccomandare ai miei amici, colleghi, e parenti.Grazie al personale e al management.vedi presto.

La posizione era eccellente, vicino alla spiaggia. Il personale era molto utile e faceva del suo meglio per rendere la nostra permanenza comoda. Puli, temperati e organizzati.
