UUtente anonimoThe hotel is new and clean with excellent service, and has walkable distance to Thamel. There is security officer in hotel entrance which made me feel safe, and also a chinese restaurant with good quality of food. All of the staff can speak very well Chinese and English so communication is not a problem in the hotel. The most attractive point of the hotel is the owner 小明 who is also a travel company owner. He helped me arranged airport transport, two-day Pokhara trip as well as one-day sunrise and city-sightseeing trip which were all very well organised with reasonable price. He speaks fluent Mandarin and I communicated with him via wechat for all the arrangements (just email the hotel to ask for his wechat). I can truly feel that the owner and all staff made best effort to make every visitor to feel warm and welcoming like a home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kathmandu.

Its convenient location made it easy to access shopping and dining options nearby. Although not a retreat, the lively atmosphere added to the experience, making it ideal for travelers wanting to immerse themselves in the local culture. I highly recommend Hotel Anuttara for anyone visiting the area!

UUtente ospiteNice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Anzi invadevano qualsiasi cibo o bevande consumate in camera quando il servizio in camera dell'hotel è stato fornito. Buona posizione geografica, buon personale, buon letto, colazione diversificata, cibo amichevole per bambini e cibo amichevole in Cina.Non è consentito mangiare cibo fuori nella stanza.Quando il servizio di camera dell'hotel è fornito, il cibo o la bevanda invaso in ogni stanza.

UUtente ospite非常有意思的一個酒店。我住的老樓，有點舊，但是酒店有非常漂亮舒適的花園，在城市中心地帶提供一個鬧中取靜的休息之處。酒店有豐富的歷史，旁邊有國家藝術博物館，酒店內還有一個 art house, 裏面有不少有趣的作品，並且有藝術家本人在場。酒店餐館看上去不錯（本人沒有試），還有一家喜馬拉雅 Java 咖啡。 Not your ordinary hotel, a hotel with a soul!

JJohn Vincent (JV)New Hotel with Great Roof Top View, needs to improve. Room is nice, smells new, however bed sheet is completely new , itchy , it’s like just bought and not washed , direct to the bed or been there dusty for long time. Towel is dirty white, not convenient. Water is totally disappointed, Color yellow, un-filtered and smells. Need proper filtration. Massage, all is new, bed is sounding haha , no music , no aroma for 8k local currency, 1 hour, masseuse was good. Food some are great, some are tough. View is the best for this hotel, but they open only afternoon to 10.. if you are sunrise person , this hotel is not for you. Sun set was great. Staffs are friendly, however next visit should be more thoughtful on guiding guests, where is elevator, what are facilities and hotel can offer. Breakfast was fair, price is recommendable.

AAli Raza Tabassi.During my 10 days of stay I truly loved the hotel, the staff from reception to house keeping were amazing and above all Kishor from reception and Saroj, how can only forget hom, what great person. I'm very thankful to him for the support he gave me in all my needs, from shopping, site seeing and much much more, I sincerely wish to thank Saroj , your truly a gentleman and I surely will never forgot you. UUtente ospiteLa stanza e la zona erano buone, ma ho avuto un incubo fornito dal ricevitore. Ho consultato il consiglio di viaggio con la ricezione, il ragazzo mi ha fornito un ottimo pacchetto di due giorni di raffreddamento che è stato chiamato da un agente turistico. Nel giro, che è stato un disastro, il giro è solo mezza giornata con 1/3 distanza dal suo giro presentato. Il costo che mi ha fatto è quasi cinque volte il prezzo normale su Internet. Preferirei che fosse una tour molto speciale e diversa da quello che ho trovato su Internet. E' stato un'inganno e un spreco di tempo e di denaro, un'influenza estremamente negativa sul mio piano e sul mio spirito, e vorrei riferire questa esperienza alle parti interessate, che è veramente una vergogna del Nepal.
