Hotel a 4 stelle in Banten, Indonesia

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Una buona base se si dispone di transito o di volo mattina presto per catturare dal Terminal 3 dell'aeroporto di Jakarta. Si prega di tenere presente che ci sono 2 Hotel Anara, 1 è leggermente più vecchio situato attaccato e vicino alla partenza internazionale chiamata semplicemente Anara e questa, una più recente (aperta nel 2025) chiamata Grand Anara (vicina alla partenza nazionale). Grand Anara lavoro leggermente più economico e ha una piscina. Nonostante la sua posizione più vicina alla zona di volo domestico, ma come è nello stesso terminale con partenza internazionale. Ci siamo fermati per catturare un volo mattinale in Giappone. La camera è molto spaziosa, molto confortevole e buona doccia. Non abbiamo provato il loro ristorante, perché ci sono molti ristoranti nel terminal 3 edificio a pochi passi da. Sicuramente rimarrà lì per il transito o il volo precoce.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Aspettava questa visita per un evento vicino a ICE BSD. Certamente vale la pena. Sarete benvenuti con portatore che offre aiuto con i bagagli, il check-in è stato briezy.  La colazione è diffusa per morire. È possibile godersi un gusto dell'Indonesia e ho goduto ogni pezzo.  Visiterà di sicuro di nuovo, non riuscirà a fare uso della palestra e della piscina, forse lo userà allora.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Ho fatto un transito di 14 ore. La posizione è davvero molto vicina all'aeroporto. Non è ben segnalata come dovrebbe essere. Ci sono molte altre opzioni, ma non così vicine.

Hotel Model J è situato nei pressi dell'aeroporto, molto comodo se dovete passare una notte in attesa di un volo verso una nuova destinazione. C'è un servizio di navetta che parte ogni ora da e per aeroporto a prenotare in anticipo (c'è solo un veicolo). Comunque l'hotel si trova a 10-15 minuti di auto di distanza dai vari terminal Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, rispecchiano quello che si vede nelle foto. La struttura è molto pulita, e il personale è sempre a disposizione. Il bagno è ben attrezzato, c'è una doccia enorme!! Consigliato

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.
