We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Questo hotel si trova proprio fuori dalla zona di contatori di partenza domestica in T3. Ha una piscina 10m+ e un buon giardino. Il colazione non è fino a 4 standard 4-star hotel, ma è piuttosto buono. Se vuoi un posto comodo per un lungo layout in CGK, esp se il tuo prossimo volo è da T3, non c'è scelta migliore di Grand Anara. C'è un Anara più economico dall'altra parte di T3, e c'è un ”Digital Hotel” vicino a un prezzo più economico se si vuole risparmiare qualche centesimo.

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Camera e bagno spaziosi, biancheria e asciugamani puliti. Durata del soggiorno 25 minuti dal terminal 2 dell'aeroporto, tariffa Grabcar inferiore a 100.000 idr, incluso 1 pedaggio stradale. Nelle vicinanze bancarelle di ristoranti, bancomat, alfamidi, indomaret, stazione ferroviaria di Batu Ceper. Posizione molto comoda. Tornerò qui in un viaggio futuro.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Non mi aspettavo mai un tale livello di amicizia e servizio, signorina Raj. Molto professionale e accogliente. Sono arrivato prima, e lei cercava di trovarmi una stanza per un check-in prima, di propria iniziativa, e persino di assicurarsi la stanza, che aveva una configurazione diversa per assicurarsi che si allineasse al nostro desiderio. Molto notevole.

Questa è stata la nostra seconda permanenza all'hotel, soprattutto perché è vicino alla casa della mia famiglia. Ci siamo trasferiti durante Raya, ma non c'era niente di speciale sull'esperienza. Il colazione era molto sottovalutante, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Questa volta abbiamo prenotato la Junior Suite, che era più spaziosa e notevolmente più pulita rispetto alla stanza standard. Tuttavia, se si sta pianificando di rimanere qui durante il Ramadan, noti che c'è una continua recitazione del Corano che gioca 24/7 da una moschea vicina. Sebbene non sia necessariamente una cosa cattiva, il suono passa attraverso le finestre sottili e, purtroppo, a volte mi ha disturbato il sonno.

Hotel in posizione comoda vicino all’aeroporto. Servizio navetta ben organizzato e colazione ottima. Gradevole anche la presenza di piscina e palestra aperte fino alle 22 e soprattutto servizio in camera h24. Stanza ampia ma non il massimo a livello di comfort e pulizia. Nel complesso però buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
