La posizione è fantastica!La stazione ferroviaria è a 8 minuti e la stazione auto può camminare a 9 minuti.A 12 minuti dalla piazza della sala municipale, andare al fiume a 15 minuti.C'è un supermercato Lidl dall'altra parte della strada, e c'è una città di Leather.Sono venuto a Tuluz decine di volte, come mai non l'ho mai preso in considerazione prima. Proprio sulla strada principale, il ristorante e il trasporto dovrebbero essere interi.L'hotel ha una reception 24 ore!L'aria condizionata interna è abbastanza, anche se il momento è piccolo, ma la temperatura dell'acqua e la pressione dell'acqua sono molto forti, e questo è abbastanza buono per questo prezzo!Al piano di sotto del piccolo ristorante c'è un semplice apparecchio elettrico di cucina come microonde. L'unica lamentazione è che l'edificio vecchio non ha ascensori (ma le scale sono super belle), non è un problema per me, forse ma non è conveniente per le persone che non sono in grado di portare grandi bagagli e di operare.

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

Superb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

I know that it's a budget hotel but, really, it wasn't very good. It barely scraped through as acceptably clean although don't go investigating too deeply as you might find things that you don't want to see. There was a cigarette burn on the bed cover...not nice...and a ”quiet room” was at the top of the stairs so everyone on that floor passed the room...quiet ? The welcome was OK, not warm but maybe lukewarm, the check out was very friendly. The shower unit needs replacing as it's botched and very scruffy; almost impossible to get soap out of the dispenser and one of the bedside lights didn't work. OK just about sums it up and that's being fair.

Stuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

Molto centrale e personale molto cordiale. Purtroppo la moquette in tutto l'edificio era sporca. L'edificio è trascurato, ma per una breve visita è perfetto se non si è schizzinosi. Sono arrivato in camera e il bagno non funzionava correttamente. Il personale è intervenuto entro 40 minuti e ha riparato il problema al più presto. Molto accomodante e disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio. I servizi in camera erano minimi, ma sono stato abbastanza fortunato da avere comunque un balcone. Anche l'aria condizionata funzionava. Si paga per quello che si ottiene.
