Inizialmente, ero lì per lavoro in città e ho dovuto prenotare qui perché gli altri hotel erano pieni. Alla fine, questo hotel è stato davvero ottimo! Personale gentile, pulito, posizione strategica e prezzi ragionevoli!
Ho dato 3 stelle ai servizi perché non fornivano asciugacapelli, bollitore e caffè.

The service is impeccable. I planned to take the bus and leave Albi and a very friendly staff reminded me that the bus service might stop as it was national holiday. Turns out there was indeed no bus service and that could be a problem as I have reserved a non-refundable hotel already in my next destination. The staff (a few in fact) very kindly help me check alternative ways to get to my next destination and connect with my next hotel (I don't speak French). In the end I booked tickets to the nearest train station and the staff helped liaise with my next hotel that offered to pick me up from that train station. Truly appreciate the help!

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

Adesso confortevole per un soggiorno di notte vicino alla stazione e conveniente per tutte le attrazioni di Toulouse. Colazione: croissants, baguette e yogurt con succo di frutta e caffè. Molto amichevole e utile receptionist.

El hotel hizo su servicio, parada intermedia de viaje. Por lo que pagamos suficiente teniendo en cuenta que era con desayuno incluido. La ducha de buen tamaño el lavabo angustiante. Lavarte los dientes y atinar a escupir en el lavabo, resulta toda una aventura.

Very well located within approx 15mins from train station, and 3mins to airport bus stop. Also easy to walk to all tourist hot spots and shops/restaurants. Very friendly all receptionists, specially Nada was great with helping me check public transportation to out of town tourist spots. Request for a a quiet room was met. Air con large firm bed very soft pillows, small but functional shower toilet room with on the wall cleansing creams etc. Facing inner court yrd with small window so can let in freash air if needed. Room might be on tight side if got very big luggage. For the location and welcoming reception, defo recommend.

CChewieWinsCamera piccola e semplice, ma con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Non mancava il bollitore, ma mi è stato permesso di prendere l'acqua calda dalla zona pranzo.
Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal fiume.

NnursewandererI arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated.
As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash.
The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

KKok HongThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

The parking is the main key for me, as France isn’t that safe anymore, this chain offers gated parking. That’s the main reason of choosing it.

En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.

Il personale ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi per me per il mio viaggio all'aeroporto di Toulouse.
Raccomanderò l'hotel ai miei amici e ritornerò a stare se torno a Toulouse.
Mi hanno anche permesso di immagazzinare il mio bagaglio dopo aver controllato.
