UUtente anonimoSituato nel centro città, la posizione è eccellente, con comodo accesso ai mezzi pubblici e alle attrazioni turistiche. Tuttavia, l'igiene è pessima e non hanno fornito il servizio di pulizia delle camere o di cambio biancheria nemmeno dopo un soggiorno di sei giorni.
Anche lo spazio è molto piccolo, ma il prezzo è basso.
Il problema più grande è la pessima insonorizzazione! Riesco ad addormentarmi solo a tarda notte, quando nessuno sale o scende le scale. Ogni mattina vengo svegliato dai passi degli altri ospiti che salgono e scendono le scale!
Sebbene il personale della reception non sia molto accogliente, è molto gentile quando si ha bisogno di aiuto.

NnursewandererI arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated.
As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash.
The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

UUtente ospiteSuperb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

KKok HongThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

UUtente ospiteI know that it's a budget hotel but, really, it wasn't very good. It barely scraped through as acceptably clean although don't go investigating too deeply as you might find things that you don't want to see. There was a cigarette burn on the bed cover...not nice...and a ”quiet room” was at the top of the stairs so everyone on that floor passed the room...quiet ? The welcome was OK, not warm but maybe lukewarm, the check out was very friendly. The shower unit needs replacing as it's botched and very scruffy; almost impossible to get soap out of the dispenser and one of the bedside lights didn't work. OK just about sums it up and that's being fair.

NNasrinStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

SSr.NaldoHotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.
