Hotel a 2 stelle in Occitania, Francia

Per qualche notte, rimasi in questo hotel, e in generale, era una buona e confortevole esperienza. Il processo di controllo è stato regolare, e il personale è stato gentile e utile senza essere troppo formali, e ha risposto rapidamente alle domande e sembrava davvero attento. La camera stessa era pulita e ben mantenuta. Il letto era abbastanza comodo per avere un buon sonno, e la camera aveva tutte le basi che si aspettavano di tutti i puliti, un decente bagno, e abbastanza spazio per muoversi senza sentirsi impazzito. La custodia di casa ha fatto un buon lavoro per tenere le cose pulite durante il soggiorno. La posizione era conveniente, con ristoranti e negozi vicino, che rendeva facile andare in giro senza molto pianificazione. La colazione era semplice ma soddisfacente, con abbastanza opzioni per iniziare il giorno senza sentirsi ripetuti. In generale, questo hotel ha fatto esattamente quello che aveva promesso. Non era flashy, ma era affidabile, comodo e ragionevolmente costoso. Pensavo di rimanere qui di nuovo se fossi nella zona e avessi bisogno di un posto semplice e di buona qualità per restare.

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.

Superb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

So che è un hotel di bilancio, ma, in realtà, non è molto buono. È quasi pulito quanto accettabile, anche se non va indagando troppo profondamente come si potrebbe trovare cose che non vuole vedere. C'era una sigaretta bruciata sulla copertina del letto ...non bello ...e una ”camera tranquilla” era al piano superiore, quindi tutti su quel piano passarono la stanza ... tranquilla?Il benvenuto era OK, non caldo ma forse lukewarm, il check out era molto amichevole.L'unità di doccia è necessario sostituire come è insensato e molto scrupoloso; quasi impossibile uscire di sapone dal dispensatore e una delle luci del letto non funzionava. Ok, solo per riassumerlo e questo è giusto.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Miquel and Valérie are exceptional hosts, kind, helpful, fun, and they make you feel at home. The location is idyllic and just so peaceful, and everything is well equipped beyond even anything that you could need. Full kitchen, lots of outdoor space for kids to play (trampoline, balls, toys, a kiddie pool, etc...), clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lots of boardgames and cards and puzzles for downtime. The region is also lovely with lots of castles, nature, charming towns. Couldn't recommend more!!

Bien localisé, petit déjeuner très bon et personnel aux petits soins.

Hotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.
