IitravelrussiaThe hotel is nice and cozy, the breakfast excellent (though it was funny to have caviar sandwiches with artificial caviar 😂😂). The only bed thing is that I was offered the room, which was not cleaned after previous guest (it was of course changed)

UUtente ospiteОтдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

UUtente ospiteExcellent choice in Bishkek. Close to Osh Bazaar and the city centre. We have booked it first in 2021 and I can see the improvements done through the years. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Bishkek.

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiMy stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

TThanis T.The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

La stanza è molto pulita, molto facile da fiorire!
Il servizio di lavaggio costa 300 lavaggio e 300 asciugatura.
Una visita al Parco Nazionale di Alka è stata condotta in albergo. Se ci sono quattro o più persone in totale, ci saranno solo 1000 sommi (4000, 2 2000 e 3 1300 per persona), che è davvero economico e utile.
Mi dispiace che la stazione di autobus sia spostata.

Ma quando siamo arrivati il giorno del check-in, l'uomo alla reception mi ha detto che,
”per ora la suite è occupata e non è pronta, sarà pronta solo dopo pranzo.
Se possibile, mantieni lo standard,
Se desidera una suite, la trasferiremo dopo pranzo.”

HHidekiWe stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.
